This shop told us there were two issues that would be safety concerns were wrong with our vehicle. We were there for just an oil change. We did not fix them there and took our car to the dealership the next day and asked them to check these two things specifically. The dealership reported no issues at all and did not recommend any repairs. Mr. Tire completely lied trying to get more money out of a female there by herself. It's ridiculous. Do not go here. The front desk guy is very nice but clearly the mechanic is full of you know what.

Personnel are always so friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the questions I had, have fair pricing, and flexible scheduling. When we can't do it ourselves, we bring all our vehicles here to the Hampstead Mr. Tire for tire service and oil.

Best service in the area. Very easy management to work with and every time they told me about something I may need for my vehicle was not forced or dishonest. They even brought me back into their ship to show me why they recommended what they did. Very transparent and open ended business. I d recommend it to anyone.

I went in for 2 tires and the manager Chris was very friendly and helpful. They were a little shorthanded the day I went in and one of the mechanics "Cody" stayed late to help. They finished up much faster than expected.

The tire warranty is a scam. Employees do not communicate with each other.Place used to be run nicely but off to a bad start for 2024.

My wife convinced me to let Mr. Tire do an oil change on my truck. While changing my oil, someone broke my driver's side window control. Charged me over $200 for the window control unit and it's not even the correct one. Now I can't get them to replace it with the correct part. I won't let them touch my truck again!

We were pleasantly surprised by Mr.Oliver the stor Manager, spoke with him 3 times about my appointment, he was very acomadating to change day & time.When we arrived he was very helpful, all Manager should have se approach to there customer's.What great experience was HOME.RUN

Christopher has been a great help when I went for my oil change. He explained what my options were and even scheduled me an appointment. When it was time to explain what was going on with my car Kyle explained politely and he wasn t pushy on getting anything done today. I was given a list of the things that they suggested along with the price. All in all it was a walk in the park.

I m new to the Hampstead area and I've had to bring my car in twice to be looked at. Both times have been no charge. Christopher and his team have been completely honest with me and have not tried to sell me on things I do not need. I will continue to come back here. They have a loyal customer from here on out.

Kyle, the front end manager is a wonderful and brilliant young man. Lot of intelligence. Fast and friendly service. Didn t try to get me to buy anything I didn t need. The staff is very well mannered. Very pleased with the service!

Lady was nice, but prices are outrageous as their is no rush to work with you.I went in for an oil change and they wanted $163.00 to use Mobil One(roughly 120 for the oil and the rest for parts) The price of oil shouldn t of been more than $89.00. Matthews Tires is going to do it for half that price (about $40)Don t go here.

I went into Mr Tire needing a repair to my tire. The manager, Christopher was easy to work with and took my vehicle right away. The technician carefully covered the seats of my vehicle to keep it clean and he was able to repair the tire with a patch. Christopher advised the tires should be replaced. I was thankful Mr Tire was able to put me into the schedule and repair the tire.

The Manager Nick did a great job of working with me to determine the problem with my tires and did the right thing to remediate the problem. He was very professional and approached the situation with a caring attitude. This willingness to help and take the time to talk and problem solve has earned my appreciation as a customer and I will be returning for service in the future.

Responsive and not pushy about extra services! Got 4 new tired and an alignment done in 1 day! Took longer than the 2 hours quoted (droped it off the night before and wasnt ready until 5pm the next day). Otherwise no complaints.

I found a screw in my tire last night at 5pm, called here at the hampstead location and Nick the manager said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. He was able to repair the tire and get me going again quickly. Nick was very friendly and helpful I will be back for sure!

Always welcoming, honest and never pushy when it comes to other needed services. I always feel confident I won t be over charged when leaving my vehicle in the hands of Mr. Tire. I have yet to have a poor experience at this location.

Great experience at this location (Hamstead). Would highly recommend them. The new manager, Nick, works his butt off to keep everything running smoothly and satisfy his customers. He probably deserves a raise!!

Incredibly helpful!! I believe the person helping me was named Chris and he helped sort out everything with my tires and alignment and oil that had been messed up by Walmart s auto department!
