Icon Automotive is great. Scott and his guys have been taking care of my car for years. I know nothing about cars, but I know I can trust them to be honest and trustworthy. They tell me what needs to be done and their rates are very reasonable. When they've checked my car for things and couldn't find anything wrong, they didn't charge me for all the time they spent investigating. My 2002 Mazda Tribute has 220,000 miles and is still going thanks to the guys at Icon.

My experience with this place has been fantastic. . It's a small shop. Easily missed if you don't know it's there. It has two mechanics. And they do excellent work. The prices are fair, and the service is pretty quick. I'm pretty picky about who I let touch my vehicle But I trust these guys completely. I do 95% of my own work on my vehicles. I Only go to a shop when it's something. I can't do. Like requiring special tools or welding. So I know a thing or two when someone is trying to BS me. These guys have never done that. So give them a try you may like them.

I have taken my family's vehicles to Icon for many years.Scotty and his mechanics are the best. The repairs are always done right the first time and they don't try to sell you things you don't need.He has done factory required maintenance to keep my warranty up and saved me hundreds of dollars that the dealers were charging me for services they Insisted needed to be done even though the factory has no such requirement for the warranty. I totally trust them.

Honest, reasonable, knowledgable. I decided to trust the reviews I read, and I'm glad I did.. I will definitely go back. It's not a big, shiny store, but these guys will get the job done and treat you well. On a side note, this is the first place I can recall that actually gave me my broken part back I always ask (or check the box at the dealerships) but somehow most places always seem to misplace them.
