Absolutely excellent experience.I had trouble getting my Toyota properly serviced at local mechanics and decided to take my vehicle here to address an ongoing issue.They were excellent at the service center! They diagnosed the problem and presented several solutions with consideration to cost savings.Throughout, they were great at communicating with me and keeping me up to date. Courtney, in particular, has been great to work with.There had been a hiccup with parts shipping and a delay, which was totally NOT their fault. Regardless, they took responsibility and made it up to me.Although it is over a 45 min drive and there ARE closer options, I will only take my Toyota here going forward!

Overall: The service team is kind, courteous and do an exceptional job in customer service. I brought my family to the appointment because I knew it would take a while and we are considering upgrading to a new car from a 2015 for space and a smoother ride.Service: We had Bo as a service rep. He was quick to communicate when anything happened and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while we waited. They were flexible in helping me set an appointment that worked with my schedule to do some routine maintenance as well as getting my SUV MD inspected. I was expecting to pay more for this service as I knew my rear breaks were getting low and would be apart of it. I called ahead to ask prices and was expecting to pay around $750-$800 for my rear breaks, coolant, break fluid and balancing tires. I had my previous mechanic go over the car when I did my last oil change so I had a rough idea of what would be needed aside from the routine maintenance things. In the end I don't feel I was "up charged" however, while doing the rear breaks I was told the rear break calipers seized so I would need to replace and bleed the whole thing. On the inspection side, they found that my front breaks had rust so it would not pass inspection and I had to have the front breaks done in addition to the rear which I was doing on the advice of my previous mechanic. I ended up leaving paying a bit over $1600 and removed one of the routine maintenance things I was planning to do by Toyota's maintenance plan in the book which would have made it even more.I'm leaving a 5 star review because the service was a lot better than I expected. I do believe they were being honest and straight forward. Also, our car drives fantastically now which was a big part of the reason we were considering a change. Despite paying double what I expected to pay, I think it is a circumstance of life vs being upsold things I didn't need. The only thing I think that would be an improvement is adding pictures of "new" things that happen while doing the service so the customer can see for themselves rather than going on someone else's word. When it comes to that amount of money it is hard to just trust your not being mislead in any way. In my case I think it was warranted and there isn't anything you can do about breaks seizing mid service. I'm not sure if it would have been safe to just drive off with seized breaks. However, if something happens the next time our SUV is in for service, whether real or not, I would become more distrusting/suspicious especially since our SUV hasn't had things like this happen in the past.

Friendly, knowledgeable, caring staff. Mechanical issues are addressed quickly. Scheduling is not an issue and you can get in quick with minimal delays. My car needed service and to my surprise they were able to get parts in the next day and complete work in under 24hrs. Easy to find location, great selection of cars on the lot with many options to choose from if you're browsing while waiting for service. Wait times are short and staff keep you up to date and explain everything in easy to digest and understand terms. Prices are fair. By far the best Toyota service center I have had the pleasure of working with. I will be returning here for future work. I was even able to schedule initial diagnostics and drop off the very same day. This location is not overcrowded and makes for a quick in and out.

They did such shoddy work and I hadn't noticed until I went to clean the car. I just wanted to remove my five star review, and if I could, I'd give them a MINUS 100 if I could! Scott Subetto, the acting manager of the body shop was rude and rolling his eyes when I went back to show him how the bumper and fender do not even meet! Big gaps! AND a scratch on my hood. Nothing meets up or looks straight. SMH. The force of the impact takes it through to the other side, Simple Physics. The energy throws it through to the other side. They even missed the scratch between the hood and fender! Mr. Scott Subetto, the acting body shop manager, and in charge, said to me, "It's from somebody hitting you in a parking lot." Really? Where there's no damage to that other side at all? Way to GO in discounting my complaint and not taking accountability! By-the-way, I got the highest A in College Physics. I'm negligent in observing your mistakes sooner. But I'm not THAT STUPID. Perhaps I can save other's from going here. This guy is a bully and no accountability. And since the insurance company already paid them...DON'T GO HERE!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Service tech Clair doubled the original estimated price to $1000 from Steve original estimate and then proceeded to try and shame me when I asked for the reason in the double price. Oh no hunny that s a way more expensive part. - called 2 other local garages and the same work was quoted as less than $500 from both. United Automotive in Chambersburg has never left us down and will continue to get our business. Stay clear of this unprofessional and terrible mechanics.

The good: Easy to schedule; VERY friendly; prompt and friendly courtesy shuttle.The not good: Failed to provide written estimate of the scheduled work. Also, the advertised extras of coffee, donuts, and car wash not offered. Looking around, coffee and donuts did not seem available at all.The bad: Attempt at extreme level of upselling - $300 for spark plugs (which were done only 30k miles ago, but they insisted were needed); $90 for a/c "refreshing"; $60 for wiper blades, which are all in good condition currently. They also noted the brake reservoir as worn/failed (it isn't) yet recommended $118 for a brake fluid exchange (while the brake fluid is still nice and clear).I have attempted to call the service manager twice and left messages, but have received no reply.Unfortunately, Younger is yet another shop where you have to watch out for ripoff.Service: Auto maintenance

"We service ALL makes and models" but when you take your BMW in, "We don't do BMW." Their reasoning was because they can't source the parts, and it wasn't up for debate. Meanwhile Sheehy gave me a quote to repair the parts that were damaged.Anyone can replace parts anyway. I can do that in my backyard, and feel like taking that path anyway after dealing with these guys. The whole point of a collision center is so that they can repair the body panels, not just replace them.Put simply, Younger needs to put an asterisk next to the "We Service All Makes and Models" or ditch the slogan altogether if they can't stand by it.

Needed some wiper refills for a Rav4 before the snow hit the DC area on Jan-16. The MSRP is $29.99 but their price was $20 each, which is very fair and not common to see a dealer charge less than MSRP. The facility is very nice and so are the people. I saw that they have Volvo now, in addition to Toyota, Mercedes-Benz and Mitsubishi in Hagerstown and Nissan in Frederick. Younger sure has grown over the years, proof that they treat people the right way.

First of all, Toyota in general has a high standard and quality. I have loved the amenities, as a client, at every Toyota (so far) across the country. This one isn't as great as others, but is getting better. Nice staff and food perks. Wait times could be way better.

The fastest at Younger Toyota always do a good job. Thorough, quick and efficient. That's why I've been going back there for around 15 years now. Between my late wife and I we've bought 5 cars from them and had them serviced there as well.

Tried to scam me wanted 300 bucks to replace a fuel cover and spring that costs only 30 bucks. Also wanted to paint the cover which already is painted striaght out the factory.

Love the service at younger. Only wish someone was there to wash my car saturday. I look forward to that when i get serviced. But staff is limited every where any more.
