Took my car there Friday for service. Ended up needing a couple of things that didn t require touching any of the areas in the pictures. I understand things happen, I m just not sure how these particular things happened. When someone has light interior, there should be extra precautions taken to not dirty the interior of the car.Overall the experience was great, the people in the service department were pleasant. My advisor was very cool, I was informed of what the recommendations were, what they entailed as well as the cost. I was just disappointed by the carelessness of handling my vehicles interior. I will definitely go back for service, it would just be great if the techs in the back were more careful when dealing with light interiors.

We are from Virginia and my wife works as a traveling nurse at a local hospital and were staying at the Fairfield Inn right next door to Younger. One day our beloved 2006 Toyota Sienna with 244,000 miles on it (dependable Toyota!!!) decided to up and quit so we were left in a dire situation in where we had no way home. We carefully limped her over to Younger and met with Brian who was exceptional and very attentive to our needs and we worked out a deal for a 2024 Toyota Highlander. He answered every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He turned a stressful situation for us into a comfortable transition into a new car. We are loyal a Toyota family and because of Brian going above and beyond our expectations will remain a loyal Toyota family.

Following a poor experience at another dealership, I made an appointment at Younger Toyota. Wow. What a difference!When I entered the service department, I was greeted warmly, given a time estimate for the repair on my car, and offered tea, coffee, and snacks while I waited.The atmosphere was welcoming and the surroundings comfortable with many seating choices. I explored the showroom, had a nice conversation with a salesman on the floor, and then enjoyed a quiet space in the waiting area.When my name was called, I returned to the service department, and received my vehicle a full 30 minutes ahead of schedule.In the future, I will bypass my local dealership and drive the extra 30 minutes to Younger Toyota. Well done. Top notch customer service!

This dealership is phenomenal! I recently purchased a vehicle from River there and he has been amazing from beginning to end! I got a flat tire this morning on the way to work and had the car towed to Walmart to see if they could fix it. They didn t carry my tire so I called River to see if the dealership had one. Needlessly to say they did! Not only that but River ALSO drove the tire out to Walmart for me! I have never been treated this way by any other associate at a dealership. His customer service and integrity is amazing! Thank you River for saving my day!!

Gary Cohen and his team are top notch! There was never any pressure. We were assisted through every step and received great training on how to utilize all of the tech in our new car. Plus, Younger doubled our powertrain warranty! This should be the last car we ever need! I've put about 400 miles on it already and it has been a joy to drive again!

I highly recommend Younger Toyota. The salesman, Richard, was great. He was helpful, honest, and not pushy at all. He also went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. He even took and made phone calls while he was off for the day to set up the purchase of my new vehicle. Jeff in finance was also great. he was friendly, helpful and honest as well. Overall, a great experience.

We bought a Corolla from Justin and what a great experience it was! I initially reached out to him on his day off and he worked with me, even while not at work. He was very patient and understanding and we ended up being able to set up a time to look at a few cars we were interested in. After discussing, we were able to agree on a price and got the deal done!Through the entire process, Justin and Younger Toyota were FANTASTIC. They were highly recommended and did not disappoint! 5 Stars!

Lead salesman Mike was patient with us, as we really didn't know what type of vehicle we wanted at first, and went through several test drives and took weeks to make a final decision. Mike is knowledgeable and professional, everyone else that we came into contact with was professional and we never felt any high-pressure salesmanship.

Wonderful Toyota service! I personally did not buy my car from them, but I know several people who have and they have been incredibly happy with the process. I ve been getting my Corolla serviced by them ever since I had the car. Younger s will not cheat you out of money. The best and most reasonable prices I ve ever seen for car maintenance. They let you know what s coming up so that you can plan for that. Bonus for the snacks in the waiting area :)

Looked at a Explorer that was overheating and mentioned to check the water pump to the sales rep Harley. They said they fixed something else and said it was fixed( never saw that repair show up ont he CarFax). Test drove it again and even though I was not convinced it was fixed went through with the purchase as my wife loves the Explorer and I could not duplicate the issue.Bought the car and when I got it home it had no coolant in the car. I filled the coolant and it disappeared again and the oil was also overfull which made us stop driving the car right away. Took the Explorer to a FORD dealership and spent 2.3k to have the water pump replaced and the Explorer is now holding coolant. Buying a car from Younger was smooth, just don't like places that will not investigate buyers requests and leaves them hanging on a. 2.3k repair bill

I came to younger the first time and met my salesperson River early in my journey in looking for a new truck. River helped me find one that fit my needs and within my price range. Unfortunately we couldn't come to an agreement with the price. They gave me their best price and I refused to look around elsewhere. After looking around for a week I quickly realized the price they had given me was more than fair and River was a better salesperson than all of them. I went back by and they honored their original price we discussed no questions asked. River again was delightful to deal with, knowledgeable, and professional. This was a theme with everyone i talked to here. Even dealing with the finance part of the deal with Jeffrey. Jeffrey was laid back and only gave me facts without the filler. Overall Great prices, great people, and great service. Thanks for the new truck.

We had a very good experience with our new car purchase. Brian was diligent in sending us news of what vehicles would be available and pricing. Mike was terrific in making sure that we had a good understanding of the vehicle and the purchase went perfectly. We highly recommend these gentlemen when searching for Your Next Toyota !We are a Toyota family and have bought exclusively for 45 years .My only complaint is for Toyota motor corporation. Maybe a Loyalty rebate should be offered !?

Absolutely horrible service out of this place. I brought my car in for service covered under plan sold by Toyota. They checked me in and I sat in the waiting room. The girl comes back and makes an absolutely outrageous claim that somebody had gone in and cancelled the service plan they sold me when I bought the vehicle. I try an explain that thats literally impossible since Im the only one on the account. She refuses to help me in any way and tells me to leave and call Toyota corporate who just so happens to not be open on weekends. I called the next business day and am told that there was absolutely no changes made to my account and everything was the same as when I bought the vehicle. Turns out that the workers at Younger simply just didn t want to take in my vehicle for whatever reason and the girl made up a completely false story about my account. Ended up losing wages from work and then more wages when I had to reschedule. This isn t the first issue i ve had with them either. I can only recommend that nobody ever buys a vehicle from Younger Toyota nor should they use their service department. You will find much better deals and discounts at any Toyota dealer around the DC beltway. I can only imagine what kind of shady stuff the sales department would be willing to do after having dealt with the service department. Will be going to Toyota Rockville from now on.

I had an excellent experience from Younger Toyota. I purchased a brand new 2018 Rav 4 in 2017. Just recently it was totaled and now I have 2024 Rav 4 XLE. The staff here is like family. They want the best for you. The integrity, which is hard to find at most dealerships is what prompted me to purchase from exclusively them. Just communicate with them and tell them your budget, additional packages,,just your desire and they will make it happen. My sales consultant, brother and new friend Justin Whited made my entire buying process an ease. I said all those wonderful compliments because they are like family here. I'm very observant because I'm in management myself so to hear and see the professionalism the other staff has with potential buyers is remarkable.Side note:"They even have an insurance agency here that will help you with auto, home, recreational, etc.(see Amanda Fuller)This place is a one stop shop!Thanks again.Sincerely,Ms. Paul

Brought our car to Younger to have the brakes replaced on our 2018 Camry. The rear passenger wheel would produce a grinding noise when applying the brakes at low speed. We brought the vehicle back to Younger the same day and for two additional appointments to address the brake noise. First they resurfaced the rotors, then greased the slide pins, and on our most recent visit they replaced the brake pad on the passenger rear wheel stating the replacement brake pad had been "warrantied" for the future. The noise persisted. Today we took the vehicle to a different shop where they physically showed us how the rotors were sanded down too far and had now become warped. I don't want a refund. I simply want others to know my experience. The staff was ALWAYS friendly however their team couldn't produce a solution during our three visits.

I traded in my Toyota Corolla and upgraded to a Rav 4 on 11/11. My husband and I had the best experience. It all started off with River Weese. He made the process so easy. They were short staffed but he was still happy to help us and the other customers he had been taking care of before we got there. He had the happiest attitude and was awesome! Once he started the process with paperwork we then were met by Dwayne Johnson who was very professional and worked with us and our budget. Everything was wonderful and seamless

Upon entering Younger Toyota with inquiries about purchasing a Hybrid, I was fortunate enough to be greeted by Janet. She is simply phenomenal. I've had experiences with multiple sales agents in the past, many of whom, unfortunately, were more focused on making a sale than genuinely assisting the customer. Janet, however, is a refreshing exception. She's a different sort of salesperson, one who truly cares and goes out of her way to cater to the buyer's needs.Now, I won't mislead you into thinking that I walked in and walked out with a car. The current market conditions dictate that only a deposit and a 6 to 8 week waiting period will secure you a Toyota. However, Janet was with me throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on the status of my car.While I acknowledge that there are likely other commendable employees at Younger Toyota, I'm glad I didn't have to sift through to find them. If you're reading this, I highly recommend that you save yourself the time and effort: just ask for Janet when you stop by at Younger Toyota in Hagerstown.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Germaine, our salesperson was knowledgeable, pleasant, and a woman of her word. She knew we were coming from Northern Virginia to see a specific SUV that was high in demand. She checked in with us while we were on the road and made sure the car was still there when we arrived. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. The business manager Cheryl got us a great finance rate and was very easy to work with as well. Definitely worth the trip from NOVA (especially after some not so great experiences locally). We are thrilled with our 2020 4Runner Off Road Premium and will return to Younger when we need another car.

As many people know, the way you buy a car is completely different today that two years ago. BE PREPARED to build your car at your taste or select one of the ones of their "list ". I selected one even without driving it or seen the options. I'm very pleased, my boyfriend is really happy! The only downside is that the saleswoman and finance manager don't let you negotiate the manufacturer price or document fees. In overall, my experience was really comfortable and easy. Note: They're other dealerships that have huge markups on their car lots. Please, don't get into huge debt. Study the market before buying. Get pre-qualified with a low interest rate with a credit union before even going to a car dealership.
