Last week I had a problem with a load, and it so happened that on the way I had to move the load due to incorrect weight distribution. I asked here and there and this workshop was recommended to me. these people responded incredibly fast and helped me a lot and didn't even wonder what to do just the guy came and immediately helped me with overloading my flatbed trailer. Great job great attitude and very reasonable service prices!After a job well done I talked to the mechanics and the owner and they also showed me around their workshop, they do many types of repair services on engines trailers truck chassis .very well organized workshop with all kinds of tools and I can see they do excellent work. It also has a pretty good location and good parking!Thanks!

I had a wreck on I 70 at exit 28 when the guys came out to open 70 back up. It was very professional very quick and dealing with everything in general with my insurance company. I had a tow from middle of nowhere Pa to Hagerstown MD. Paul grabbed my truck and his co worker grabbed my tlr. Paul was quick and efficient. Took care of me and my truck the whole way. I will be using this company again. Be safe you two :)

Had a terrible fuel leak after hitting an object on 81. Greg came out to see the situation and was cheerful and kind even at 02:00. He lined up towing for my tractor and trailer back to the shop. Since I was in PA they had to be towed separately. Matthew and Paul arrived shortly after they came on shift in the morning. They were both professional and friendly and efficient in getting us hooked up and on the road. They took the time to answer my questions. Very knowledgeable. Eddie and Cyle did a great job getting my truck back up and running once the new tank arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we were road ready! I highly recommend this wrecker company!

Paul towed us off the wild traffic Beltway in Bethesda MD. Paul was absolutely fantastic, a real professional and helped lighten the somber mood of having a major breakdown. Thank you Paul and Wrenches & Wreckers for rescuing us from the beltway today and safely towing to the truck shop !!!!

If you're having truck trouble and feel like you've tried everything, you've got to check out Wrenches and Wreckers in Hagerstown, MD. Seriously, Doug is a legend there. My truck had this super annoying air leak that no one could figure out. I went to seven different places from Texas to Maryland, and nobody could fix it. But then I found Doug.Doug is like a superhero of truck fixing. He's got all this skill and knows how to do things that seem impossible. He looked at my truck, and it was like he just knew what to do. The place he works, Wrenches and Wreckers, is pretty cool too. They have all the tools you could imagine, and everyone there really wants to help out.What makes Doug the best isn't just that he's really good at fixing trucks. It's also that he actually cares. He's not just trying to make money; he wants to make sure you're safe on the road and your truck runs like a dream.So, to Doug and everyone at Wrenches and Wreckers, you guys rock! The crew at wrenches & wreckers went above and beyond to ensure my truck, trailer and load were recovered safely and without further damage. Even after they recovered my equipment they provided me with exceptional service. They mounted and installed new tires on our trailer and helped my employees ready it in order to finish delivering the load. A++

I read the reviews and these guys deserves every bit of it, they are very professional, polite and honest. Paul I respect you brother I told you my situation (stuck in mud on the side of the road) and you gave me a time and you was right there so I don't miss my delivery appointment, even thought you were in the middle of doing something else.

We were on our way to Hatfield and McCoy trails to go 4 wheeling when the coupler on my trailer broke off, they towed our trailer and repaired it all in the same day ( they even stayed late to help us ), My friends and I can not thank them enough, they saved our vacation and we are very grateful, highly recommend them. Just had to get my 2021 FL towed from the loved in Hagerstown to the FL dealer down the road. Paul the driver who showed up to help us was ver polite and friendly as well as well versed in his trade and he had us hooked up and headed down the road in about 15 minutes. While I hope not to breakdown again anytime soon I sure hope that if I do it s Paul from Wrenches & Wreckers that comes to help me out. 10/10 service.

I Was driving and my truck started wobbling so I put my hazards on so the truck behind me could pass by, little did I know it was a tow truck behind me. so I pulled over on the side of the road and he pulls over in front of me and told me he could see my wheel was wobbling and it looked like it was about to fall off. I told him I could feel it wobbling and my truck started to lean.I swear to goodness that was nothing but God!!!!! My front tire is missing two lug nuts and my back tire had three of them extremely loose. I was saved from a car accident Thank you Timmy Z! He help me even when he was off duty and we got rained on

I had one of my trucks break down and was recommended to call Wrenches and Wreckers by the local Love's. I called and Doug Barnes was dispatched to help my driver. He was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and very fair. Our semi broke down at a DC and Paul B came to tow us. Absolutely phenomenal work, got to us quickly, loaded up our truck and got us to the shop with speed care and excellence!! He kept us informed on what was going on and made sure to get us to where we needed in a very timely manner! Triple a wishes they could!!!! I work for a truck dealership and we are transporting trucks all the time. I have had a few break down while in route and all I have to do is contact Wrenches and Wreckers and they get to my truck quickly. They do a great job on handling the units like it is their own. Always friendly and willing to help.They also tow into our business for other clients and we see that they handle every customer with the same respect.I would highly recommend this company for any towing needs from cars to 18 wheelers. I would like to Thank Greg & Mike for their help and advice on helping me get back rolling! Mike was very professional and honest with me when I shared with him about my problem. He sent me one of the best technicians I've ever had. They jumped right on my problem and resolved it instantly. I had went to two truck stops earlier that day and got the run around. Professional and quality service. They are the best in the area and will do anything to get you up and running asap. God bless all the friendly and professional staff. Thank you, Eddie( mechanic) and Mike ( tow guy). The manager is hands down a great leader. Thank you to Mikey, the roadside repair guy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about changing my fuel filter, and stood there to make sure i was good before leaving. Thank all you guys at wrenches and wreckers.

I can t really put in words how kind and wonderful these people are! They are so understanding and Colby is AMAZING! He does his job to the T. When my vehicle got towed I was not home at the time though my neighbors told me how thorough he was with photos and getting my vehicle onto the rollback! Not a single dent or scratch. First time we sent a truck here was for a couple of batteries. They took care of us right away and charged, what I thought was, a very reasonable rate. We've sent our truck and trailer here a couple more times since and have been treated very well. These guys are fast, and their rates are, by far, the best in the area. Especially for the quality of work they put out. When you call, ask for Mike. He's a pleasure to deal with.
