I wish I could give TEN stars! They did a fantastic job and my 10 yr old car feels like a brand new ride! I will be getting all of my car service needs here at Wholesale Tire Outlet on Penn Ave in H'town from now on!

Took a set of front wheels here on friday 2-9-24.Wanted to switch two tires over but i had purchased these wheels unknown ! so i explained that i wanted them to be thrown on the balancer FIRST!!!!!! to be sure there wasn t any issues or bends.Picked up the wheels and mounted them and a 40mph wobble not shake / called back into the shop to advice of this , and was told that he told my son the wheel was bent and mounted the tire anyway ; which defeats the entire purpose of me having them check them FIRST.it s clear they do not understand common sense. why else would i ask to have them checked to begin with, called back into get this situation rectified, and unfortunately they are just like like the rest of todays society and STAND behind nothing they do and the quality of work is just absurd, it s like putting lipstick on a pig, they just wanted the money to mount the tires even tho they knew the wheel was not true & bent.it s not the fact of the money or the fact of the miscommunication but more so the fact that they don t stand behind nothing that they do , and clearly can t follow S I M P L E directions , un-trustworthy, and far from professional !

pricing here is just absurd , quality of work is not much better reading other post ..Rivera tire center is not much further & pricing is much cheaper , professional , and actually STAND behind the work that they do, as i ve saw here & experienced opposite. so hard to find loyal people now a days :(

Kevin takes very good care of us! He has put new tires, new rotors and brake pads, and performed regular oil changes on all 3 of our family vehicles. We don't trust anyone more than Wholesale Tire Outlet. Rates are fair, they don't push unnecessary services, and the work they do is reliable. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Paid $65 for a USED tire and left a $10 tip and made it 53 miles before it blew apart. Called and told them what happened and they said bring it back and we will take care of it, today I drove 90 miles to bring the tire back and they told me no refunds and they don t have anything to replace it with but would sell me a new tire even more than they quoted me the first time I was there.

I brought my car in for an oil change and what another repair company said I needed new brakes. They have anew customer for life because they informed I only needed an oil change. My brakes were in good shape and not needing to be repaired or replaced. Honesty is not easily come by these days. As someone who spends a lot of time in my car. It s important to have a repair shop that truly takes care of you. Thank you!

In spite of the shop being busy, my tire was looked at and repaired in about 30 minutes. The owner was really nice as well. Will surely come back here whenever I'm in town in need of any other of his services.

I'm new to Hagerstown, so when I heard about this place on the radio, I decided to check them out for my much needed oil change. I also had a slow leaking tire that needed some work. Even though they were very busy, they squeezed me in. After about an hour or so the work was done and I was out the door, without too much pain to my wallet.

I love taking my car here. The owner is always friendly. His prices are fair. He always does his best to help the customer. This is the definition of customer service. He puts the customer first.

The guys here are great, outstanding customer service with no trying to up charge you with services you don't need or want. I came in for tires and an alignment, and they did it quick with no issues, even with me scheduling a same day appointment as I was in a hurry due to a pending snow storm. They also did a good job with the alignment, and now the vibration in the steering wheel is gone. All in all a great experience with very competitive prices and a very laid back atmosphere. I can't remember the last time I was at an auto repair shop that didn't try to tell me that they found something else wrong with my car while working on it, and try and drive up the price with unnecessary repairs, so the fact that they didn't means a lot. They also offer a couple different financing options which is great so you can spread out the price of tires or a expensive auto repair. I plan on using them again next time I need tires. Thanks guys.

I ve used them for my tires on my Lexus GS350 and my SUVs. Altogether I ve purchased 5 sets of tires and had them replace my brakes on each vehicle. A small issue arose where a lug stem was stripped and they replaced it no questions asked. They re good people who are fair to their customers and don t give you that feeling that they re sketchy. They re not going to sabotage something on your vehicles just to swoop in and be your savior at a decent price.I have no problem recommending them to anyone and they ll give you an honest estimate.

I wasn't going to leave a review because I thought calling them would be better but the fact they tried to put the blame on me, I changed my mind.I have, or should I say had, a 2006 Hyundai Sonata with over 140,000 miles. We religiously took the vehicle in for regular maintenance and auto parts, tires, etc. when needed. We heard this place was the best in town. My car was leaking oil over the last 4 or 5 oil change, etc. we told them to please check for a leak. Each time we were told they couldn't find a leak so they tightened the bolt.So I'm driving to Frederick and as I'm exiting onto Ballenger Creek Pike my car starts to shake and the dummy lights start to flicker. I made my appointment but I knew I couldn't drive it back to Hagerstown. I called for a tow truck and fortunately I was close to Superior Auto on Wedgewood Blvd. (Excellent!) We took our cars there when we lived in Frederick. So it turns out that the whole corner of the oil pan was rusted completely gone. I would need a $2000.00 engine and a new oil pan.I called Wholesale this morning and told them what happened. I then said, "If someone comes in and tells you they have an oil leak, please don't just tighten the bolt. Look around other areas of the car." The gentleman on the phone said, it was my responsibility to check the oil. I was very upset with that answer. The oil light never came on. I have had the car since 2006 and my husband and I are always vigilant with vehicle maintenance. We told them at least 4 times about the leak. I don't have personal access to a car rack! If they would have owned up to their negligence I wouldn't be writing this. Better yet, a $2,000 engine and new oil pan labor and parts paid would be nice.

...I recommend bp take their business else where. the one who claims the place acts as though He's doing u a favor, or as if the money u are willing to spend doesn't hold the same value, to the point of refusing service. very unprofessional, with poor "customer" communication skills.

Can't say enough good things about the guys at Wholesale. Had a minor crisis two days before Christmas and these guys did a great job getting my wife's car back on the road. Good prices and exceptional customer service. Will use them for all my future tire needs.

Kevin and his guys are the best around, he legit has the best tires at the best prices. Hes been taking care of multiple people in my family for years and they always go above and beyond. I cant fathom how the one reviewer had an experience like that. You guys are awesome!

Have had a few experiences with Kevin and his crew, and every time I go there, I get Top-notch service, and some of the best prices ANYWHERE! I had quotes on tires from 3 other local places, the price Kevin gave me was $100 less, and for better quality tires. Since then, these guys have also done a transmission service, with front/rear differential and transfer case fluid change, and their price was half of what the dealership wanted for the same work. Wholesale Tire Outlet is my go-to place now for vehicle service. These guys are AWESOME!

Great place for in and out service. I called ahead and checked their inventory and schedule and asked me how soon I could be there. Two front tires on my mom's 2010 Ford taurus set me back $255.00. That's a $100.00 less than local competitors. My 3rd time buying tires here and surely isn't my last time either. I highly recommend.

Should you plug or patch tires when damaged? Every major tire chain in the country ONLY uses patches, these guys use plugs, because they are cheaper and quicker than taking the tire off the rim for a proper patch repair, you decide

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were able to beat Costco's price for a set of 4 Michelin Primacy tires by over $100 and included a $50 rebate. I was an hour late for my appointment but they still got me in when I arrived. I knew I needed to replace both sets of brakes, but the owner pulled me into the shop to show me that I only had about a week left on the rears. He offered to replace them the same day and replaced the front and rear rotors and pads for only about� $100 more than what I would have paid for buying the parts myself and around� $500 less than what the toyota dealership would have charged me. On top of this, the guys were friendly and gave me a clear explanation of costs including the last minute brake job (ceramic pads, rotor options, etc.). I left both the owner and the tech a $20 tip each since they saved me around� $600 and took care of me on the spot. With all of the businesses out there who could really care less about customer service, it was nice to do business with a company that wanted to take really good care of me.

They could really improve on customer service. They made my husband feel bad by the way they were treating him. The waiting room was ridiculously hot. They didn't put the plastic mats on the floor in the drivers seat, so when they got in to move the car, their nasty, dirty boots left black marks on the carpet. Overall, we weren't pleased.

I was just a walk in as my car blew the right front tire out and I was riding on a donut. I could tell they were very busy, and didn't have any openings. The guy said they wouldn't have any until Tues. Well I couldn't wait that long riding on a donut. So he put the new tire on the rim for me and I told him I would put it on the car. He didn't have to do that for me, and I greatly appreciate it! Thanks guys, You most certainly have my business. Keep up the good customer service!!!
