Today wake up early to make a good number for oil change and when im at the store they decided to not pick any walks in customer, are you a hair stylist or a barber ? Normally I was a customer on oil change and since today not anymore .

Thank you to Shay and the mechanics that worked on my car today. Just got an easy oil change & discovered I have a loose axel that will need to be fixed. I m grateful for all of the helpful advice I was given and the kind & quick service they provided.

The group here was very nice! Tammy was super sweet. I had a flat and was traveling over 1,000 miles home and though they couldn t fix my tire they (the staff behind the desk and then guys working on my car) were helpful, patient, and beyond sweet. George helped me locate a tire place down the street. They were so sweet and amazing. I cannot brag on them enough!

I waited for an hour and a half at Walmart for them to tell me that they don t have the oil that my car needs because it s new . Then I get in my car and they have left massive oil stains all over the cover I literally just bought. Absolutely trash.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The supervisor refused to complete my oil change stating that they close at 6pm and it was only 5:10pm. I was waiting online for 5 min already behind someone and they lady refused me my service. I feel I was racially profiled. It was a Caucasian heavy set woman who refused my service. I would like for management to contact me back regarding this issue immediately. Thank you

They denied service on Saturday afternoon, ideal store close time is 7pm and they are going to close at 4pm today, can t entertain me. Service denial happened with me many times in different form. I am trying there because I have purchased tyres from walmart and have free tyre rotation but didn t get a chance to rotate tyres with them anytime.Services: Tires, Oil change

Oil change was done quick on a Saturday afternoon. They also rotated my tires. As I was driving off my car just felt weird like my tires were flat. I pulled over to check the air in my tires and it was 35 psi. My car calls for 38 psi. When I took it back to tell them I needed more air in my tires I was told that 35 psi is standard. And that what ever that my door stated regarding the PSI was done. But indeed it wasn't. The manager said no problem and that my safety is first and he'd never put me in harms way because he wouldn't be able to sleep knowing he was putting people on the road in unsafe cars. LIES!!! Because he claimed to put the air in my tires and didn't! In fact he told me to give it a few days for my car to feel right because of the tire rotation. I left there not feeling confident and I was indeed right about that feeling. Got on 70 and felt like my tire was flat and had the worse drive into work kept stopping to look at my tires. Finally that afternoon I checked the tire pressure and each tire was different ranging from 33.5 -35 which means that they never put more air in my tires to begin with! I wouldn't trust them ever again.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

They always have what I'm looking for and the customer service is descent. Get there early if you don't want to wait in line.

I was hesitant based on the negative reviews. I just had four new tires put on my Tundra. Service was great. They were doing their job immediately. They were done within 40 minutes which was a perfect amount of time for me to do some shopping.When I went to pay, the manager Brian saw the line was three people long and helped. I'm pleased and recommend.

I got a synthetic oil change and new tires. The woman who worked the counter was extremely nice. She was super busy with customers and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing. She handled it all phenomenally. Best of all, the prices couldn't be beat. Far cheaper services than anywhere else local. While I'd love to help out a small "mom and pop shop", that just isn't in the bank account right now, so this was great!

If you want cheap tires this is the place but if you want to get it installed then make sure to spend 6hrs for the job.They are slow ... Too slow..The tire pressure on all my 4 tires was 37psi...which shows seriousness with the job...They need a lot of improvement, the front desk staff is good at Hagerstown but not at Frederick..they are too rude.

Drove to auto center during posted hours and was told they changed their hours and were closing an hour early due to staffing shortages. Totally understand about staffing issues, but it's unacceptable to not change your hours online so that customers are aware.

I called Walmart's tire center about a tire for my husband's Cadillac. They only do standard car tires my husband's tire is on a 20 inch rim. She told me that they do not have the tire I could order it on Walmart.com, however, they may not be able to install it. When I asked her what she meant by may not be able to install it she said I would have to purchase it online wait for it to be delivered take it to Walmart once it was delivered to see if they would be able to install it. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have been able to install it's but I was not about to go through all that

Wanted to just do a headlight restoration the woman looked at me for a good 5-10 seconds looked irritated and said they couldn t do it don t have any open ports( there is two cars waiting outside on top of mine so three total and one port is open the other has a car in it but could put another car in it as well). Lazy should have known better then to come to Walmart for any kind of work on a car

I have no clue what s going on here the place closes at 6pm I get here at 4:30pm and they said they re not taking anymore people for an oil change it takes 15mins to change oil I came here last time at 3pm and everyone was leaving for the day I think they was upset at the management but I couldn t get one at that time either. I have never had an oil change from them but I will be here in the morning if for some reason I can t get an oil change they can forget about my business and any referral from me.Service: Oil change

ZERO Customer Service skills! Call to ask questions and receive ONE word answers as if you're "bothering" or an inconvenience to the woman answering the phone. The hours are posted 7am to 7pm. I'm told they are closed 2 hours before they're supposed to. I say "ok thank you" and I get a "ahh haaa" and hung up on! IF you're that miserable and don't like your job then get another one!!!

The person on the phone was nice but not helpful. She first told me they were busy for the next 2 hours so I responded that I could come in then but she then replied that it wasn't guaranteed that they could actually look at my vehicle and would be best to wait till the next day....

Too bad I can t give 0 stars! I brought my 2013 Chevy in for an oil change around 11:30am.They said it would take about 1-1/2 hours,there were two cars ahead of me. So,I waited and shopped a little bit. After 1-1/2 hours I went to check if my car was ready. They said they couldn t do the oil change because they didn t have the right filter. They suggested I buy my own filter and bring it in to them! What the what? Definitely won t be going back!

Excellent service. My buddy and I were driving up 81 and a tire on the trailer blew. We got a spare on and got to the shop to get an additional spare tire and the mechanics gave us a good deal and even caught at error from the manufacturers prints which would have caused us to buy the wrong spare.

Got 4 new tires installed. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous and called as soon as service was completed. Great price and lifetime rotation and balancing.

I called with an emergency late last night. I was given the opportunity to come in, however they were booked and I would have to wait. I'm a disabled Veteran and by the time I got the tire off, I was too tired. Called back and said that I can be here @ 7am. Good people!

bought 2 front tires I went to get air n checked it they put 40 pounds of air in one tire n 38 the other. Tires should only have 32 pounds. I think they need to take care responsibility for the job they do.

You have to wait always for more than 3 hours and it does not matter how small is the work. The also have the tendency to leave you waitting on the phone for more than 20 mint or they simply hung up. The voice is so familiar that you can even tell how has these tendencies.

My sister and I was in a hurry and badly needed to get her oil changed. I was going to buy the cheap oil change but they refused and forced us to buy a full synthetic oil. I then talked to my mechanic about it and he told me we didn't need full synthetic oil. Worse place ever never go to them.

I have tried calling them to see what the wait time was for an oil change the past TWO Fridays and after several attempts, one person picked up and placed me on hold without asking me if it was ok. Doesn't say much about customer service!!

Very good. I highly recommend them. One of my tires had a nail in it and I was resigned to having to get a replacement tire because the nail was in a non repairable area near the sidewall. But they discovered that the nail had not penetrated causing a leak. They were honest and told me so instead of selling me a new tire.Also, the headlight lense treatment is very effective in removing the dull yellow haze often seen in older cars.I highly recommend the Hagerstown Walmart automotive peeps!

Simply Oil change, new filter and no oil was put back in vehicle. It blew up the engine a day later. Their Insurance company wanted me to jump through a ton of expensive process on my own dime (like have the entire vehicle engine removed and torn down) to even take a look at this issue and see if they were liable for the damage. So my family is now down a family vehicle because of wanted a quick oil change without thinking I needed to go to a REAL shop.

I was told at would be 3hrs before they could replace two tires for me .l had work order done to keep my spot in line. I came back in 2hrs didn't lose my spot in line but was told it would be 3hrs before they could do the work
