First time visit. This is the best way to get an engine oil/filter change. So quick and efficient! The entire crew were very thorough in checking over other things on the vehicle as well. The top side technician even held a shop rag under the oil dispenser so they didn t even leave a drop of oil on the engine! The customer service rep, and all the technicians were nothing but pleasant, friendly, professional, and full of smiles. Very well done! I will definitely go back in the future.

I usually love this place for oil changes. However on 2/4/24 we went for one and was told a 30 minute wait. We said that was fine. They tell us to wait at bay 1. Almost an hour goes by with the same car in the bay. We watch 3 cars who got there 30 minutes after us go into different bays. Finally we called and asked what was going on. They said the car in bay 1 was having issues. I wanted to know why if thats the case, weren't we allowed to go in to the other bays that kept opening up instead of them allowing cars that got there 30+ minutes after us go in front of us. We should have been next especially after waiting almost an hour. Well they didn't have an answer for this question. So finally we got fed up and left. They need to keep the line instead of telling the cars to pull up to the bays for this reason.

Update to my last review. I emailed the email I was given and never even got a response. We will be trying again today to go get our oil changed and hopefully have a better experience. I prefer to go here and have had good experiences in the past so I hope the last one wad a one off.

The staff is always friendly, if you let them know you are only there for one service they don't try and up sale you anything. Truly a great experience every time I use their service.

Great work and very happy with results on complaint is the amount if time spent there just a lot of line flopping because people would vet up to them then tell them what services they need where maybe there could be a better system implemented I have Ideas if they would want to reach out

If your ever looking to get started in working on cars or just need a job, this is NOT the place to go.It s pretty rough when my girlfriend (who worked there for the past fourish months) came home crying and frustrated on the regular due to the sexism and harassment received by the manager Mike.They regularly forced her downstairs without help and she was regularly harassed for being lazy and for not trying at her job while people upstairs would often be outside talking and smoking and not assisting her.Valvoline also failed to provide ample PPE such as rubber gloves or hot sleeves to people, which resulted in burning oil covering her regularly and even some minor burns.I d never recommend working here unless your a fan of being harassed, tired, burnt, and rushed and then forced to work overtime.

Daryus, Greg, Brent and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to create a positive experience. Daryus explained all of my options in a clear and concise fashion while other team members completed the service quickly and efficiently. This was my first time in this establishment but it won't be my last. Great customer service!!

Used to be a great place , now they can t keep staff on so it took me over an hour to get to the bay and another 45 min to get my oil changed never again!!

pulled up to get an oil change and they got me in instantly. i met daryus (sorry if i spelled your name wrong boss) and he showed me my options and hooked me up even though it was my first time in. they were all super friendly and looked at my exhaust even though they dont do exhaust work here. would definitely recommend for an oil change and i will be returning here 100%! thanks againguys!

My wife went in very emotional and hormonal because she didn t understand what was going on at the time while I m on the phone trying to help her driving to her and she asked the employees to check why her check engine light came on they said the cylinder was hot I asked them if they could check her antifreeze and they didn t I get there and it s bone dry

First time coming here, had a Groupon to use. Even with the Groupon they didn't push me to get other unnecessary services. Jamie serviced and helped me. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. All the workers I encountered were very pleasant! I had a great experience and will definitely go back to get additional services when needed. You guys gained a new customer

Ding ! Ding! Super fast service. I took advantage of a 1/2 off synthetic oil change coupon and could not be happier with the service. All of the staff was attentive and very nice. They did try a few upsell opportunities ,which I expected. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The entire service took less than 25 minutes. I was able to stay in the vehicle the entire time the service was performed. The entire place was clean and well lit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick service. Their pricing is fair and even better with the coupons!

Usually I really like this place and always tip the mechanics generously and recommend family and friends to come here. But today when I pulled in in the wait line, one of the mechanics came outside as I was waiting and asked me to switch the lines with another car because they pulled up before me apparently. The other car was in line one waiting and I in line two. She said this is a policy but I doubt this is how it should work. I never have seen people being objected to change the lines. I would like to discuss this with a manager. Probably will give a call. Later, the same line that they took me off off another car who arrived after me was called in. This is outrageous.Services: Tires, Oil change

This is my first time going there for my son's car. You're able to watch and experience the whole thing on the driver and passenger seat. They check for everything! Wipers, headlights, air filters, and much more.

Very pleasant staff! I showed up 8 minutes before they closed and they STILL gave me an oil change, were very nice and completely professional! You would have never known that I was keeping them there after hours! They have my business for life!

they always do an excellent job here, the staff is always friendly and quick and work with whatever it is you want. they re a great place to have around when you don t have time or the ability to drop your car off somewhere for the day. I plan to go back here a lot more

Wow what a horrible experience... They were acting unprofessional upon showing up and complaining about the line forming behind us. Uhm we can hear you, our windows are down... We came here for a simple oil change (it took 40 minutes once we were in the bay), we have a Volkswagen Golf that we usually take to the dealership for everything but my husband and I decided hey, we'll just go to this place since it's supposed to be their specialty and it's close and we don't have to schedule an appointment.... They broke our engine cover attempting to remove the air filter to show us we needed to replace it to upcharge us (it was dirty, but not unusable) a service that we did not ask for "just a simple oil change please". We did replace the filter, because we felt obligated after they spent the 20 minutes breaking it. Another reminder that we will always go to the dealer, we will NOT be back, and we will tell our neighbors and friends about our experience. $140 oil change discounted to $111 for breaking a part and now we have a $150 part to replace anyway (and now the engine sounds like it's rattling). Shame on you guys. If you're unfamiliar with the vehicle you should have told us pulling in and we would have saved ourselves, but you chose to try to educate yourselves at our cost, oh well off to make an appointment with the dealership. Just gross!

They purposely put too much torque on your oil plug so that you can t get it off to do your own oil changes. For a while I couldn t do my own oil changes because of the torque they put on my plug. It was so tight I damaged my plug trying to get it off. Went to another shop and thank god they didn t use so much torque. Now I can do my own oil changes. If you can t get it off with a basic hand wrench then it is too tight. It only needs to be tight enough that oil won t leak out.

Went for an oil change and the tech asked if I have taken my vehicle elsewhere since my last oil change. My answer was no. He went back under the vehicle. After hearing an impact for several minutes he came back and said a bolt on the skid plate wouldn t come loose because it was stripped. I stated I haven t been elsewhere and have had no service since my last visit. He stated they aren t responsible for bolts or fasteners. Although I disagreed I left and parked to inspect the bolt. Not only was it obvious the bolt was recently stripped ( still fresh marks no rust. ) there was a bolt missing not put back in, one clip in the splash shield and one broken.While I understand things can break, strip, wear out ect this was obvious negligence. Thoroughly Disappointed in the lack of responsibility and service.Service: Oil change

20 minutes on a Sunday morning.NO oil change.Funny thing.....we started our wait at the sign that communicated 15 minute to have an oil change.Best part we were asked to move bays 2 times. Why??Well the first time...it was to take a car from the line beside us...so that car could get an oil change.Yes...we were bumped from the line.Then in the second time we are told to move back to the first line...WHY?According to the service person...he didn't know why we were asked to move to begin with.He suggested we go get breakfast and come back.Horrible service ..... will never return.

Do not just trust them to do what is on the checklist. Watch them! $150 synthetic oil change, and the tech did nothing else.i called and complained, and the manager called me back in a reasonable time and was honest about what had happened. I returned the next morning, and they completed the service.
