I got my first motorcycle here and they went over everything with the motorcycle itself and extra general riding tips. They made me feel very welcome and it was a great way to ease into the motorcycle community. If/when I get another motorcycle I ll definitely be coming back. :)

I m a new rider, I made the trip from Winchester VA to Hagerstown MD, due to the same bike costing $2,000 more at my local dealership.The whole staff were super helpful especially CJ and Chuck, never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions and were willing to order anything they didn t carry in stock.Wanted a quad lock, was unsure of the setup I needed or how to install it (they come with easy instructions.) they took the time to check my bike to ensure I was getting the proper setup and helped with any installation issues.Overall it was a great experience and I recommend anyone who is looking into purchasing a bike or riding equipment to check them out, you may find what you want for less like I did.

I purchased some OEM parts from Twigg Cycles. The product arrived fast, was very well packed, a great value, and in excellent condition. Thank you so much for keeping my bike looking great and ready to go on its next adventure. Twigg Cycles will certainly be a go to next time I need parts.

Very happy with the buying experience. My son purchased his first motorcycle here. I came along to co-sign the loan. Great selection of motorcycles. The Indian Motorcycle area is stunning and they are working on a new Triumph extension. The buying experience was positive and excellent. They did a nice job of taking care of us and making sure my son had everything he needed. I would definitely go back to buy another motorcycle here. Wanted to acknowledge Barbara who did a great job too.

I just wanted to say I'm very appreciative of the help we got from Jake. I was going in to look at some dirt bikes for me and my son and as soon as we saw what we wanted he came over asked if he could help. He had us ready to go in under 3 hours with brand new bikes. If you are looking to make a purchase I highly recommend you deal with Jake

If you're reading reviews to try and decide whether to go or not, this is your sign to go. Even if you aren't 100% set on what you want, or how much you want for your trade, or are pretty much only set on that you want something new, GO IN. These folks, even at 830am on a rainy Saturday are an absolute joy to work with; bonus points if you can work with Ben as your salesmen. Ben is knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and dedicated. I did a pretty much 180 degree shift in my plans between what we discussed to what I left with that day and he was smooth and pleasant the entire time. Finance was a joy to work with.Most of all, and I hope this resonates with anyone reading this review, there was NO PRESSURE. None. Everyone from the GM, to sales, to finance was as patient as could be.Go to Twigg.

Wow! A beautiful motorcycle shop. Clean, bright, well stocked and displayed. The bikes will take your breath away. There was more on offer than I could take in in one visit.

Second time I've done business with Twiggs. No complaints. They were very responsive to my requests and even got their lender to rate match the offer I'd found on my own. Ben was great in showing me all of the features of my new bike and answering any questions. Great place.

This was my first time dealing with Twigg Cycles. The owner, who was busy running a fork lift and moving stuff around, stopped what he was doing and came over to talk with us. Our salesman CJ, was very helpful and answered all our questions. Everyone was super friendly and made the whole process easy. Best experience I ve ever had buying any type of vehicle.

Best transaction at any Dealership I've ever had. Met me in the lot. I was 200 miles away and he put a sold tag on my bike so it would be there when I got there. That is good service.

Just got my Ranger worked on here. Everything was fine they even said they waved the delivery fee for me. Only flaw is that when I wanted options to put doors and a top and back on to enclose it more efficiently they put together one quote for me that was over $5200 and I already have a windshield. price is ridiculous and of course it was their only option available. Went elsewhere to get a quote for what I need and turns out what I need is around $2300. So be careful, I m picky with my machines and look for quality but also fair pricing.

Ben and Frank were phenomenal in getting me in and out in record time. Traded in my old bike for a new one with all sorts of goodies on my dash I've never seen. I was originally in for a MT9 but Ben swayed me into a much prettier GSX8S. Thanks for helping me and will be back once I break this bad girl in!

Recently bought a new Indian motorcycle from Twigg Cycle, and the overall experience was great! Want to thank the wonderful folks at Twigg, Barbara, Kelby, Frank and Heather for their excellent service and professionalism. I have visited many cycle shops over the years, and Twigg has to be one of the best. If you re interested in purchasing a motorcycle, I would highly recommend them.

My experience with Jake from twigg cycles was great. I needed a super light bike to haul on the back of my camper, short enough not to block my tail lights or tag. The answer was a kawasaki z125. It was an easy and smooth experience. I definitely will be dealing with Jake and twigg cycles for all my future endeavors. I am also surprised with how comfortable and capable the z125 is to ride. I 100% recommend twigg cycles. A great one stop shop for all the popular brands!

Seriously, such an amazing experience. My wife purchased a bike two weeks ago and her experience was so great, I came back and got one the following weekend. We worked with Ben, and quite frankly, I couldn t be more satisfied. He was amazing to work with and didn t pressure us or use any weird tactics. He was just there when we needed him, and could answer every question we came up with. It was honestly more like a friend helping me pick out a bike than a salesman, and my words alone can t fully express how awesome that was. I will be going to Twigg Cycles and working with Ben for all my future motorcycle needs. Go let Ben take care of you. You won t regret it! Thank you Ben! Special shout out to Frank as well.This was the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. Full stop.

Had the service department do a street tune on my 2019 Indian Chief Dark Horse. It woke my bike all the way up and I could not be happier with the results. The street tune for your bike is a great alternative to paying much more for an upgraded cam. I found the service staff to be genuine and friendly. Moving forward? I will not take my Indian anywhere else and there are two closer to me from my house. 100% recommended.

I had such an amazing experience with Twigg Cycles. My wife got a new motorcycle two weeks ago and the whole experience was amazing. So great, in fact, that I came back the following weekend to get a bike of my own. We were working with Ben and he was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and really didn't pressure us for anything. I'll be going to Twigg Cycles for any future needs, without question, and I recommend you do the same. You won't regret it!

I m super happy with my first bike from Twigg. Ben and Chad were extremely attentive and knowledgeable, asking questions about my experience, tastes, and plans for riding to get an idea of what might be a good fit. They had detailed knowledge of all the different makes and models I looked at and were upfront about their limitations. When it came time to purchase, Frank was helpful in explaining the different options for warranties and dealer service and wasn t at all pushy. I ll definitely be coming back when I need to upgrade.

I met with Ben to buy my first bike, and he made the experience a great one. He educated me and the whole time, I felt like he was just as excited for me as I was. Once I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely be going back to Twigg!

Bought a 2002 Goldwing Trike and everything seemed to be good, great communication and took their time with us when we picked it up. However after we got home I discovered a Broken Frame once I started cleaning the bike to the level I like my bikes cleaned. I pulled off the shrouds and plastics to detail them and found the Broken Frame. See attached Photo. A State inspection was done on the bike, don't know how they missed this but they did. I talked with the dealer and they are going to try and make it right. So I pray that they will.

I purchased a Bike with Brandon at Twigg Cycles. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable of motorcycles, not pushy at all. My favorite part of thr day was the test ride! Brandon took me through back roads loop in the area that really allowed me to feel the bike in various road situations. I could tell he is experienced in guaging a person's riding experience. Of course I bought the bike and it's one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had. Thanks Brandon and thank you Twigg Cycles.

I had a great experience buying my first scooter from Ben here! Very friendly and informative employees who took care of me start to finish. Don't hesitate to make a longer trip to see these guys. They do all the PA paperwork and legwork to make it a seemless experience.

Got my first bike a few weeks ago from Twigg and it was a great experience. The staff is helpful, knowledge and fun. If your a new rider or seasoned they are a great place to go for your next bike. Can t wait for the upcoming events and to be part of the community.
