Purchased a truck in March. Took it in for oil change and to have horn fixed at the end of September and they scraped the side of the truck pulling it out of their garage. Took it back today for them to fix the scrapes and I could have done the same quality job with a bottle of nail polish. You can still clearly see where the fender was damaged. I appreciated that they were going to fix it and they didn t charge us for the horn, but not impressed with the fix .

I was driving on 81 when my GMC truck started misfiring. I located the closest GMC dealership and it happened to be Sheehy Buick GMC. I stopped in to see if they could diagnose the issue and not only did they diagnose it, they fixed it and I was back on the road in no time. Their Service Advisor Kyle, and Service Manager Logan were polite, professional and assured me that they had the best diesel mechanic around.In the two hours we waited, we wandered around dealership. Although they are doing some serious construction, I observed a very clean and professionally run facility. Thanks for such a painless experience Sheehy GMC. I will certainly be back to give you my business in the future.

DON'T BUY HERE! I was here just a few days ago with my family and my father bought a 2017 GMC Denali. Traded in 2 vehicles and they handed us a paper stating the value of the trades. One was a 2017 Camaro and they told us it was valued at 24k. The other was a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado and they told us it was valued at 25.5k. Then we find out they changed the paperwork on us and only gave us 20k each. Then proceed to sell the Camaro for 27,990 and the Silverado for 31k. That was almost a 20k mark up. That's one bad way to treat a military veteran.

They are just about done with the remodel of the buildings. Delivering parts for AutoZone again I've gotten to know the guys at GM too. Sam and the rest are at their new location and they seem pleased.

I purchased a suv back in April 2021 and bought the extra warranty offered. The warranty covered ac unit which mine broke in May of 2022 they refused to cover it with the warranty purchased. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY, THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY! My Boyfriend purchased a truck in March 2020 and in OCT 2021 the transmission was slipping the truck was covered under warranty and they wanted to charge a hook up fee. He took the truck to Criswell in Thurmont and they did everything free of charge and washed and vacuum his truck. Great customer service in Thurmont! We called the parts department yesterday only to be hung up on multiple times and had to deal with this situation in person today. We wind up taking the SUV elsewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED HERE!
