Have always had a great experience with Sheehy! Been in there three times now for service related issues on both my GMC Sierra 3500 and now my Tahoe. Ranging from the AC going out to the transmission having issues and needing to be dropped. They have taken care of me both times and charged a reasonable price for both issues! Would highly recommend the team over there. Josh is my man everytime I ve been in there with an issue so far and really knowledgeable and helpful.

I am extremely happy with my F250 purchased at Sheehy Hagerstown. Wanda and Lou put the P in personal service. Price was right, condition was like new, no pressure and I left in under 3 hours. I really liked being able to test drive by myself on every kind of road I will drive. Thanks Wanda

The service writer was great, kept in contact with me and dealt with the warranty company. New engine, transmission modules, and brake booster replace. Couldn t be more happy with him and the tech who busted his butt getting my truck fixed !!

My Service writer was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me and explain all of the details in repairs that I had done on my truck. Also the gentleman the checks the truck in and takes it from the service value was also very helpful and very pleasant helping me out of the truck and into the truck when I left everyone I came in contact with put an excellent job. It was a pleasure once again To Do business with these guys thanks.

Sheehy made the best offer out of 4 dealerships. Kevin, the salesman, is sincere, personable, and dedicated. GMC was a month behind on shipping. Kevin diligently tracked and updated the delivery status. Even with an end of the month last minute delivery, he was able to make the incentives work. Thanks again!

The online appointment system was very efficient. I arrived a little early but they had all the paperwork ready to go. The customer lounge was very nice and even had cubicles where you could work. They evaluated my vehicle and gave me an estimate prior to making the repairs. They also gave me an estimated completion time. Both estimates were met. The repairs were excellent and the service staff were very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the experience.

Simply outstanding!We had an awesome experience buying a car with Chase McCoy. From the initial introduction, through the final (Red Carpet) pictures to complete the delivery, Chase was beyond easy to work with. He was very attentive, far from over bearing, and extremely thorough. Also Chris Gaston, in management, structured a phenomenal deal that we were unable to refuse.Both Chase and Chris made this car buying extremely easy, and most certainly a very memorable experience. When the need/want arises will not hesitate to buy from Chase McCoy again.

Wanda went way above and beyond to ensure my experience at Sheehy went flawlessly. This was by far the BEST car buying experience I've had. I wish I lived closer so I could have my vehicle serviced there! Wanda, Kevin, & Lou were friendly, helpful, detail-oriented, and organized. I drove from Virginia to purchase and it was worth every minute spent. I would highly recommend! I love my beautiful new Yukon Denali!

Most of the time when I go to a dealership I always feel like I will get told I need some unnecessary amount of work done. When I walk in this dealership, I never feel this way. I usually work with Josh and he is great always honest and even when I say I m going to get another mechanic to do some work for a cheaper price or not today he never hassles me which is really appreciated as a consumer. The renovations are nice as well!

For me, it s one of the better, if not the best, car buying process I went through. Appreciated just talking with me as a person and being upfront about everything. Mike, my salesman, communicated timely and was flexible for my situation to make it easier for me to take delivery. Vehicle has been great and appreciate Lou in Finance being extremely responsive to any emails or questions I had.

Sheehy GMC of Hagerstown was pleasure to do business with. Our salesman, Chase, was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. He communicated via phone and text enough to be efficient but not so much as to be annoying. At vehicle walk-through, even though he had a customer waiting in the showroom, he never made me feel rushed while he showed me all the features of my new car.The sales manager, Chris, and Lou, the F&I man were also accommodating. We would definitely buy another car from them and highly recommend Sheehy Hagerstown.

The "Service Electric Park Brake" light came on over the past week or so. I scheduled a service appointment and the service department found that the software for the sensor needed updated. The work fixed the warning light issue as well as the cruise control that would not work because of the brake issue. Excellent work and very good folks!

Amazing service as always. Easy to schedule. Never there more than an hour for routine service. Excellent job explaining services that need done and cost. No pressure if you need to put off a service for a little bit, and the best part about that, NO ATTITUDE or trying to talk you into something you really can t afford at that moment.

I had the pleasure of working with Wanda Bennett, Hayden and Bill. Traffic slowed my arrival time but Hayden kept up with me every step of the way. It was easy, and pressure free. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. The car salesman Andres was the most knowledgeable person I have ever had on the GMC Slt pickup. The entire process was quick and easy. Pricing was upfront and my trade in value was fair.

To have my vehicle serviced it was a great experience. When I set up my service appointment I also wanted to have front and rear mud guards installed. This did not happen . Josh was trying during my appointment to get this done. I assume that when I made my appointment for service these where not ordered. So now I will have to make another appointment and trip.

If you are looking for new GMC take the time to stop by Sheehy GMC of Hagerstown MD You Will not be disappointed those guys work real hard to get the deal done and my salesman Robbie. He told me that I was going to love him when we finished the deal and he was right. He did a excellent job. We'll be going back to them again in the near future.

When I first arrived, there was no one in the service area, and I thought it odd. Within five minutes, however, two service representatives arrived to help me. They were very friendly and helpful and my car was ready within an hour and a half. Full service check up. Very professional personnel.

After an extensive search, I finally found a vehicle I wanted to buy. Sales associate Bill Emma made the process very easy, chasing answers to my questions and clearing the way for my purchase. Lou, the closer did his best to meet my needs and complete the sale with finance offers and add ons. I am very pleased with the professionalism, openness, and of course my new vehicle. I would buy from Sheehy again.

I would ve put 0 if I could. One thing after another with no resolution or concern for their customers. They sold me a wrecked car and I have had to take it back for several things only to be told they don t hear the rubbing noise and the transmission they couldn t even check after having me drive an hour there and sent me to the ford dealership where I live. I had an estimator at the collision center write an estimate on all the repairs that you can tell was thrown together so that it wouldn t be noticed by a regular customer(the estimator pointed it out but also made sense with the issues I ve had). I had to pay for the trunk that wouldn t work right after I bought it. Tried to get them to help me but all they say is the carfax doesn t show anything. The carfax won t show anything if it s paid for out of pocket. They don t want to hear any of it and refuse to even think about buying back this vehicle even with me offering to purchase a brand new vehicle from them even though they have screwed me over so many times. I talked to the manager several times and yet he only answered some of my emails and refused to answer most of my questions. My original sales guy told me not long after buying the vehicle when I had the first problem, that he quit working there because he didn t like how they handled things and thought they did shady business. Had they actually found a solution as their contracts states they will in cases like this, I wouldn t even leave a review or I d rate them better. I gave them the opportunity to right their wrong but they only care about making money no matter what happens to their customer. I would remove this if it was rectified but doesn t look like that s going to happen. Sure, they don t need me for them to continue to make money, it would just be nice to know they actually care about their customers.

Great staff, always friendly! Josh, Chris, Joe, and Logan are wonderful! Always a pleasure to do business. I brought my car in to be serviced and detailed. The car looks wonderful and immaculately clean. They even replaced the headlight for me within minutes! Thanks for taking care of me.

My salesperson, Andres Chavez, was very professional and thorough while being very personable at the same time, along with others at Sheehy GMC as well.
