Great experience. Fast and friendly service. Got a set of used tires on Easter Sunday at a fair price. They let us in the warehouse to inspect the tires before purchase. Will be back again.

I cant thank these guys enough, we blew our tire hitting a curb and needed a new one as soon as possible for work. We were recommended to go here so we walked in and were immediately taken care of. We got a replacement tire at a great price, it was super fast service, and everyone was very friendly to us. Truly a great place I highly recommend it.

I'm not from the area and didn't know where to go when I busted my tire on a curb and on an evening of a holiday. I needed a new tire on short notice and was already short on cash. I called around to a few places. Sam's New & Used Tires quoted me the most affordable price over the phone. When I came in the next morning with an exact amount in cash, he replaced my tire for me AND replaced a leaky air valve with no problem even though I was a few dollars short and didn't make me feel bad about it. I really appreciated it that. Especially since I've been having a bit of bad luck lately. Plus I was in and out in 15 minutes. So I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quick and affordable service whether you're new to the area or just passing through. Thank you so much!

The guys here are very fast kind and polite. Got two used tires in great shape and a nail repair for $267 on a large SUV. They give a warranty and invite back if any issues with the tires or repair. Will certainly return. Clean shop

Was on a road trip when I realized my back tire was ready to burst. Looked in web and found this shops listing, called and they had ones I needed. Greeted us with wonderful hospitality, tires put on promptly! Very satisfied with prices and work. If I needed a whole set I would drive all the way there just to get them if needed. Recommend ppl in area go there and if you have a emergency, call them, you won't be disappointed

The boss said he didn t have the tires & drove all the way to Baltimore for me & called me nd let me kno every step of the process. Best tire shop in Hagerstown might be the best one in Maryland

Called in advance to confirm tires were in stock. Was greeted very professionally.Got to the shop and as soon as I parked they began working on replacing my tires.In under 12 minutes they had changed 2 tires for me.Best experience I have ever had with buying tires. I called Sam's this morning and spoke to Jose. I needed a used tire ASAP. I went in, pulled car into garage and all was finished in 10 minutes tops. Wow. What service and quality of tire. To top it all the price was way under what I expected. Very happy customer here. Thank you Sam and crew

If you haven't used these guys for your tire services you are missing the best place in Hagerstown.Reasonable prices, filled the air in my spare donut tire, very friendly and super helpful, open a little later for your convenience, super fast and overall the best tire shop I've been to. !!! I highly recommend Sam s, they were able to help us out in a serious bind. We got a flat tire on our Tesla, late on a Sunday evening. Jose and the other technician waited for us to arrive on the tow truck, and went above and beyond by give us a ride to a near by hotel because our tire was not in stock. They were able to have us on our way first thing the next morning. Can not recommend this business enough. Big thank you to the team at Sam s new & used tires!

Sam's New & Used Tires is the BEST!! Wednesday October 24th 2023 was my second time using Sam's. They are very efficient. The first time I purchased new tires (EXCELLENT PRICE) the second time was repair, and mounting and balancing of a tire. They were very prompt, and I paid a good price. They were honest about my tire situation and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend them for ALL of your tire needs

Today of all days which is Christmas Eve a lot of places close early or just don t have enough time today to fit anyone in. I called to see if I was able to get my tire plugged because I ran over a nail and got a flat tire. I called before going there and I spoke with Jose I asked him when they would be closing and how much it was to get my tire plugged and he gave me a price and when I got there he was very nice and friendly and did everything pretty fast .I got my tire plugged and put on. I will definitely be a returning customer

I got quoted the best price on a new tire and that was including the labor so I came in and within BARELY 10 minutes they put the tire on we paid and that was that! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE IN HAGERSTOWN PLEASE COME HERE!!!

sam and his staff are very kind and personable! I needed a used tire to get me through the winter and sam got me in same-day, got it changed and taken care of all within 30 minutes, and for a great price. will definitely be back in future and highly recommend! :)

If I can post 0 zeros I would. I came hereand told them specifically to change out 2 tires and rotate the other two. They assisted that they did. Even though they completed the job in less than 5 minutes. When I went back to have my car re inspected for the tires that were changed and rotated. I was told the tires were never rotated based on the same damage from wear and tear that existed before. Re-visited this tire shop, they are saying this is my issue not owning up to them actually doing the work. Insisting for me to call the police while walking away. I asked for my tires back they removed, they said they don t have it.

This place is amazing. First off it was a Sunday morning with a flat tire. They fixed it no problems then 10mins after I pulled out, had another tire go flat. Pulled back into the shop and they put on a new tire. Good prices and fantastic service. Will be using them again in the future for sure, highly recommend

I have gone to Sam's for quite a few tires now. All the tires I have received are in great shape and for a good price to mount and balance as well! I recommend Sam's if you are looking for good tires
