Very pleasant and friendly. Had rims put on they did a great job. Did the job in a very fast pace. Will return if need anything else done. Also very reasonable in price

I went in to get more tires replaced and i got two used tires (looked brand new) and it was super cheap and he stopped eating lunch and replaced them within 15 min i was in and out!!! Super nice guy!!

I have purchased several sets of tires from Sam's in Hagerstown and have been nothing but happy each time. The prices are good, but the quality of the installation is superb! Always very well balanced, super smooth.Then today, I found a screw in a tire recently bought. It was right by the side wall, so it was not repairable. The road damage protection included with the tires covered the replacement tire, all I had to pay was labor.All of the interactions have been first rate! Highly recommended these folks!

Never answer the phone . Did not send text reminder for tires when they came in . Order in November had to call and call finally get appointment in January. This definitely be last time every coming here . Standing there waiting to check in you hear phone ringing non stop it no wonder no one can get ahold of them . $800 spent never agein .

Always have a great customer experience here (much better than any other sams club) Dianna, who is at the front desk, is amazing, she does a great job juggling customers and making sure everyone is attended to. Give her a promotion!

got new tires but had a little bit of confusion ordering them putting wrong set on but guys did a good job on and off with right set don't even know if I got Warranty with set I ask for have to Check receipt
