Love this place. They are setup to take care of all your needs. If they do not have it, they will find it and install it. Had a great experience each time I had parts ordered and installed. Very friendly staff and owner and plus they share their knowledge on many important topics on trucks and barbecue pits.

Great at sales. C/S terribleAsked for a replacement cap latch that fell off and ask to ship me one. They'rereply was that we have no way to ship anything. Apparently, they have never heard of THE USPS. I was certainlywilling to pay for it but was shut down immediately! Done! I'm sure I can find it on Amazon! Good luck to the rest of you customers

Great for trailer service and repairs; even if you didn't buy one with them. Super friendly staff and easy going experience with everyone there. Will be back later for LED light bar install on my truck. Thank you for the excellent service!

After pricing trailers from PA to VA, we arrived at Pen-Mar and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The trailer we left with was of better quality and at a lower price than any other we viewed. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in our purchase. No upselling, no hidden costs and the features on our trailer were standard whereas the other dealers were more than happy to charge for them. You cannot go wrong with them.

I went to Pen-Mar sales for a tonneau cover. The cover was ordered and I was contacted to set a date for the installation. They took the truck back 10 minutes early and was right on the time they said they would be with the finished product. Drew and his staff did an awesome job. Thank You Pen-Mar

Their trailers seem to be made well. Prices are competative. Friendly. They also sell a lot of truck acessories, running boards, tonneau covers, all weather mats, etc.
