Just picked up my NAPA GOLD oil filter and it has a label "made in China". The GOLD filters are not cheap. I like the NAPA stores but after buying Napa filters for 30 years I will be looking for filters made in the USA.

Was greeted upon entry. Took a moment to get some help but when I did the lady attendant (Jessi, Jenny?) was top notch: very helpful and dedicated to me getting the right products.For such a small stores, it felt a bit busy with a lot going on, but that's good indicator they are in demand.

Store is neat with plenty of parking. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable with a good selection of products. This store has a retro feel to it as it reminds me of auto parts stores of yesteryear which can be a nice change versus the chain stores. The store is out of the way for me, but they had what I needed at a fair price and I would not be put off buying from them again regardless of the drive time. Definitely worth a call if you're in need of some auto parts or supplies.

It was ok, certainly not excellent. I was not even acknowledged being there for the first 5min. Finally someone said, "I will be right with you". I wanted to get a starter for my historic car, however, they wanted to charge me $10 to ship it to the store. Really? Needless to say I didn't get one.

First they didn't have my parts even though website said they did. However, the lady showed tremendous about of Knowledge to help me obtain the parts. Definitely appreciate and the level of professionalism. Highly recommend

I will be coming here exclusively for replacement auto parts from now on because their parts actually fit the application I was working on. Helpful and usually a better crowd than Advanced or Autozone.

This location is a horrible LOCATION WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried returning an item I had bought the previous day at a different store and they will not do the return. They are forcing me to drive out of state just to do the return. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
