As always an excellent job! I bought my tires through Amazon. They got delivered and these guys put them on my truck within 1-hour of me arriving! Great job as always!

Woke up this morning to a flat tire. They fit me in right away. Honest and trustworthy. I'll definitely be back to get all four tires. Treated me with respect and dignity during a really rough time in my life. Thank you all for bringing some sunshine to this really drab day

In addition to charging almost $50 for fixing nail in a tire, the person didn't know what he was doing. He acted like he was new to the job. He kept stopping what he was doing and asking other people questions. He would then wander around like he didn't know what to do and finally go back and try again.After witnessing him taking the tire off a second time we went to the front desk and requested a different repair person. They refused and said he had plenty of experience.Two hours later the tire was fixed by another repair person. He only took 10 minutes to fix it.Glad we do not have to rely on this shop for repairs.

I walked in and explained that I wanted a more aggressive tire on my suv than what was installed factory. The tires that were shown to me seemed to meet my expectations. My tires had to be ordered. When the tires arrived an appointment was scheduled. My tire were installed quickly and professionally. I'm very pleased with the look of the tires and even though they are more aggressive they still don't make any noise. I'm very satisfied.

Chris was most helpful. Our new Volvo hit a curb and damaged the sidewall of the tire. One phone call to Mr. Tire and he ordered the exact replacement. The next day Chris shop installed the tire and we asked for an alignment too. An hour later we were on our way. Great customer service.

Mr. Tire is the worst place in Hagerstown to get work done to your vehicle. VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. Not only that but the customer service is horrendous and rude. They also began working on my vehicle without my permission. Steer clear of here!!! I recommend Kershners auto care in Williamsport. Way better priced and very quick! Mr. Tire will rip you off

Tommy, Howard and Chris were fantastic!!We were on way to Pittsburg from Virginia and had a flat tyre. They fixed it up in no time. Extremely grateful for their quick assistance. All the staff are wonderful. Enjoy the donuts, guys!

Wish i could give zero stars! They did unnecessary work to my vehicle! Gave me my brakes and rotors they gave me and showed another mechanic and they said rhey didnt need done!

I needed 2 tires and I searched better business bureau they were given a A+ rating so grateful I went there they were through, kind, helpful and professional.I will definitely go back.

The guys at Mr. Tire were great I thought I may have needed a new tire but, I didn t and they saved me money. When it is time for me to get new tires I will be going to them.

Sisters car would not start on 10-17-23. Had vehicles towed and given quote for tech analysis. Given quote on car repair on 10-18. -23 of around $920 to replace sensors. Picked up car on 10-19-23 and payed $915. Car.would not start on 10-20-23 with same problem as if technician only reset computer on car and did not fix problem. Towed car again to same location on 10-22-23 and was told it was likely a defective part (?). Pretty sure front manager lied about defective part and I am not sure they can actually make repair. Now I am out $1100 for tow and repair and I am not sure my sisters car will be repaired.

Went to them for a tire repair yesterday. There was a screw in the tire that they said couldn't be fixed. Said it was in the sidewall and the tires where worn out I looked at the tire and found they where trying to sell me tires I don't need and the tire could be repaired. So I took it to a trusted service center and was fixed. Nothing short of trying to Rip us off!!!

Mr. Tire has reasonably priced tires in my size! They are fast easy service. I m in and out within an hour. Staff is helpful and nice! I ll definitely be coming back here for years to come!Ciara Burkett

From the reception You will know if the service in this shop is bad. when you call and they pick up just to say please hold and never come back to you. So don't bring your vehicle here,this kind of attitude is a bad sign for customers.

I go here for all my car needs. Easy spot to get to since I live in Downtown. They are always straight up about costs, what needs to be done, or how long of a wait. They also won't twist your arm to get more work done. Good customer service too, they've always been courteous.

Online they say they service transmission. I scheduled an appointment for Sunday saying what it was for and drove across town just for them to tell me they don t and won t try to look and find the problem

I hit a pothole and had a bubble in the sidewall of my tire. This happened at 6:15 in the evening. I carefully drove to mr.tire and walked in the door 8 minutes before closing. With no hesitation or attitude they helped me get my car repaired and back on the road safely. I will be back! Thank you so much to the staff cooperation and kindness to keep my family safe. Price was also very reasonable.

Too expensive, took too long, the reminder tag is 3k miles but I paid for synthetic which should be 5k-7k... I think they treated me differently because I am a woman and my English is not spoken well. My employer told me not to go back there again.

Yeah go in to have all 4 of my tires put on my truck (which took them 2 hours to do after making an appointment) and have them put the old tires in the bed (I had to go back in to tell them). When I go pay the bill they proceed to tell me that I need my wheel bearings replaced which I don't cause I just had them replaced a few years ago and there was something missing in my front end which there isn't. I definitely won't be back. FYI just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know what I'm doing.

We had a blown tire in I-81 on the way home to New York, at about 5 pm on a Friday evening. The staff at Mr Tire quickly, professionally, and efficiently put a new tire on our car within the hour and we were on our way. Many thanks to the team there!

Great staff! Everyone was professional and well knowledgeable. There were a few hiccups with wrong parts being ordered, but they were handled with no issue and installed very professionally! Tim is an incredible manger and works very well under pressure. My hats off to this top notch staff!

I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 3:30 PM, and to my frustration, it's now 4:20 PM, and my car hasn't even been started on. What was the purpose of making an appointment in the first place? Adding to the disappointment, the behavior of the staff has been far from professional, resembling that of children rather than skilled technicians. The only silver lining was the woman at the counter, who maintained a level of professionalism. All I wanted was a simple tire replacement, but instead, I've wasted my time. I highly doubt I'll receive any sort of discount for this inconvenience. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this place and will not recommend it to others. If you're seeking prompt service at a reasonable price, steer clear of this establishment.

I had a tire blowout on a Friday evening. Mr. Tire was open later than other stores and able to fit in a tire change last minute before closing. Their work and customer service was a lifesaver and saved my weekend plans. Highly recommended.

I got a tire replacement. I was about 10 mins late but Kyrie understood and was respectful. He was super helpful in finding the right tire for my vehicle and I highly recommend him and the establishment for vehicle needs.

Just went here as a last resort for my brakes squeaking and they fixed it with lightening speed!!! Ended up being the clip for the break pads being too long so they shaved it down! Thank you guys so much not to mention they barely charged me anything i wish i knew about how good they were sooner

Worst location I been to. Constantly ask you to leave them a review so for the bad experience I will! They had me spend hundreds of dollars on other things that didn't need to be fixed but the one thing that actually did I couldn't get done that day because I had no money left. After taking my car from the shop 3 times that morning and still hearing scrub sounds, a mechanic said it's safe to drive just cut your music on . Mr tire sucks and the service is worse than Jiffy Lube
