Needed an oil change and tire rotation. Service manager Tee and his team did an excellent job communicating with me. Very satisfied with the minimal wait time while they serviced my vehicle. In and out in about an hour.I was most impressed with the price point .. AND how the technicians wore gloves to keep grease and oil off my truck and their hands ..unlike the dealership I got my truck from.Thank you for the excellent service.

This is the best Midas I have been to yet! They helped me out when I was unable to use my Midas credit card to complete my transaction and were so patient and accommodating! Ricky also did a great job! The management was also been amazing!

Had work done on an exhaust system. Service was prompt and price was fair. Personable/friendly staff.UPDATE: Just had a minor adjustment done on the fitment of the system. These guys again promptly took care of it with no problem. First and second impressions of this place are very good.

We had a major engine failure while on 95, and was not sure who would be able to help us on a weekend. Luckily Midas was open on Saturday and was greeted on the phone by Ricky. I am leaving this review because of the customer service that Ricky and the rest of the mechanics showed me that day.They made our family of five feel welcome and I knew we were being honestly taken care of and not taken advantage of.I am usually leery of chain automotive shops, but the Hagerstown Midas really did feel like a small town mechanic. Their customer service was top-notch.

I had made an appointment online back on February 13th to have an issue looked at with my engine. A coworker had jumped it and blew out their jumper cables and fried my engine so I was having issues with idling and the engine not running properly. All of this I said when I booked the appointment online. They gave me a call promptly, told me the time I selected wouldn t give them enough time, didn t ask me any questions about my issue or anything and got me in quicker then my appointment was which I thought was great. I get there, they didn t ask me any questions still which is probably where I should ve been starting to question things. I give them my basic personal information at the counter and they take my car back and start doing what I thought they were supposed to be doing which was checking out the issue I had stated on the website.I was wrong. When they got done they proceeded to tell me everything else that was wrong with my car. And they gave me an oil change that was never discussed. When I asked them about the issue that I had brought it to them about in the first place, they told me they hadn t even looked at that and that they didn t have time and that I would have to bring it back at some other time. I brought it to them because it was an emergency that couldn t wait. All they did was charge me money for something I didn t want or need at the time. Beware and make sure you fully discuss with them before and don t assume the online thing is working or they will just think you are bringing it to them to do what they normally do.

After being gone a month, I came back and needed an immediate oil change/tire rotation. Scheduled online to help with my phone anxiety. I am so grateful I found this place. The staff was so welcoming, did not try to push extra work- just suggestions for what will need to be done in future (that will get done eventually). Fast, efficient, and so kind. Prices affordable and trustworthy. I will be going here from now on! Thank you all!

I had work done here on my sons Acura. The part failed twice (not the fault of Midas). T said bring it in and we will take care of it. The 3rd time my son s tire was flat and it was repaired when we picked up, zero charge. I will definitely return here for repairs in the future

They have worked on two of my cars!!! They have been amazing with diagnostics and repairs. Under the last two circumstances its been an in and out. Well knowledgeable on what is needed.

You were a 1000 times more reliable and helpful than the dealership. Updated 11/06: I adore these guys, they replaced my alternator with the quickness and have made a life long customer with me. TLDR Bring your car here, they will take real good care of you.These guys are legit, after working on my car yesterday and working with me financially too, when it acted up today I pulled right in. The symptoms were familiar so I suggested my own diagnosis, none of them disregarded me at all. When I turned out to be right, they didn't charge for the diagnostic fee and used my own spare part to replace it. Tom the mechanic was impressed with me, but no where near as impressed as I am with him. I watched Tom guide his team as he oversaw at least three other mechanics and assists them with the vehicles they were working on. He handled my car himself and went above and beyond to make sure I was good to drive away. Bonus brownie points, my dog absolutely loves Tom!

I brought my car in to fix some welding on my exhaust to past the inspection, they gave me a ok price so I had them do the work. I take it back to inspection and found out they didn't do a complete job and miss two leaks. So I took it back and ask if they would fix their mistake and they wanted me to pay more than the first time to fix two leaks. After leaving this review the owner contacted me and apologized and said he wants to work with me but it was already fixed by someone else. but it took a review to make them want to fix they mistake. Over all I will never go there for any work

Easy to make an appointment; free tire rotation with oil change (you have to ask for it to be done); did not tell me tires were dry-rotted after they rotated tires.

I was in a tough spot after hitting some debris on the interstate, and most places were closed becaude it was the weekend. Mason fixed my car quickly, and the guy at the front desk was courteous as well. Apparently it was an easy fix, and they didn't charge me, which was outrageously generous.

Hello,During the spring of this year I went to this Midas shop for a pretty extensive brake job. The staff treated us very well and the workmanship was great. However I was told that I would receive a $80 rebate in the form of a MasterCard debit card. To date I have yet to receive the $80 rebate card. I believed this would come in good faith but have yet to receive anything. I do not know who to reach out to to follow up on when this card will arrive. Made appt online. Staff friendly. Appt was at 9:30am. I arrived at 9am. Car was pulled in bay at 9:10am and I was on my way home by 10am.

Manager Tee was great. He had my car on a lift asap and gave me a good idea of what potential cost was going to be. He was able to get it within my price range. I highly recommend this shop. I ve been a few times now and each time has been great. I feel comfortable coming in and I know the price will be what they say it is. There s never been a surprise charge or any pressure to get work done that I don t need. I ve had that issue with another shop in Maugansville. The employees at Midas on Duel Highway are honest and friendly. I sent my mom here recently for her car too, she was helped by Curtis, whom she enjoyed chatting with. Overall awesome shop which is also right next door to a Popeyes.Services: Tires, Oil change

Will now only use Midas! I brought our car in as my husband is in Iraq and normally gets it serviced when he is home. As I am new to the area I wasn t sure which garage to take the car to however used Midas when I used to live in Texas and was always pleased with their work. The level of customer service and service on my car was excellent. The whole team was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Thomas the mechanic talked me through anything that needed to be fixed and even showed me on my car so I fully understood. T and Mike explained everything that needed to be done and the pricing - which was incredibly reasonable for what they fixed. They even spoke with my husband on the phone who said he had never dealt with a dealership team as impressive.
