Appointment was easy to make on-line. Existing customers can quickly navigate site and select service type, date, and time. All associates were friendly and helpful. (If arriving for scheduled service appointment, I recommend pulling up to garage bay door and entering service area.) The service team was professional and thorough with attention to detail and customer courtesy. Alex, with the service department, made sure to communicate necessary details with me and kept me in the loop. This was a great experience all around. Thank you.

Bought a used Jeep from Mercedes of Hagerstown. First of all Lexi is great Secondly 2 weeks after I gotIt my clutch started squealing. Was told by 1 manager to take it to Jeep cause they don t know how to fix jeeps. Called Jeep $150 to look at it. Main manager calls and offers $200 so I guess $50 towards actually fixingIt. They tried to grease it that didn t work.. So there is a problem and they are making it my problem.. Not satisfied at all

Have not had the best luck when it comes to dealerships but this one is great. Brought mine in for a radio update and they had a loaner waiting for me when I arrived. Whole process was quick and painless. They even beat their estimated time to complete the job. Thanks to both Nick from Service and Elizabeth at the cashiers station. Both very kind people. I ll be back for sure!

Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown always does a phenomenal job on my car when I need repairs. Customer service is always friendly and my car is returned to me in a timely manner as promised. I don t look forward to needing any work done anytime soon, but when I do, I know it s always going to be well done.

I recently moved from VA to Frederick, MD and my Service B notification came on. I had previously gone to a different mechanic in Frederick and afterwards l I knew they tampered with my counter. I immediately called MB of Hagerstown and set up an appointment. Customer service is amazing. I felt very welcomed. The service dept informed me of an open recall and took the time to explain it to me. I felt so at ease and cared for. They told me the cost of my Schedule B service and about how long it would take. They did exactly what they said. They charged me exactly what they said and advised me of service needed for my next visit. It was the best service. There is no place like Mercedes Benz dealerships service. And I was given a delicious Mercedes chocolate cookie.

This dealership is the best Mercedes Benz facility I ve ever dealt with.They go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Everyone at every level is professional, courageous and understanding. We re retired folks and sometimes it s difficult for us to get around. Hagerstown Dealership drop off a loaner, take our car to be repaired/service and return our care to our home. They meet all our needs. I m very glad I ve switched our account. Keep up the good work guys!

The level of service I ve received since purchasing my Mercedes has been top notch. I haven t had this kind of professionalism at any other dealership. My favorite part, is they will come to my house and pick up my vehicle for service appointments. Highly recommend

Alex was great as always. Drove from Baltimore for routine service and everything was done exceptionally well. Service was completed quicker than expected. No surprises like I normally find at other dealers. Alex did say my brake pads were getting thin but can wait for next service.Highly recommend them.

Wow! Excellent service. The appointment started on time. Within 15 minutes my car issue was troubleshooted. A stepwise approach for a resolution was proposed to save money. 20 minutes later, my car was running like new at 146,000 miles. Clean waiting area and awesome cars to check out in showroom. 5 Stars all around.

Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown has always provided great service for the Mercedes I have owned (3). My E250 has 180,000 miles on it and the service has been exceptional with NO visits outside of the service intervals. Great job by the staff at Hagerstown!

Kyle is The Bestest. This was a Pleasure Experience and I was Treated with Respect. Kyle Professional Courteous Respectful Due Diligence and Made Sure that I was Not Just Satisfied. He went Above and Beyond my previous experience of dealing with other car dealership. Even though it was/is the End of the month, I was not Pressured to purchase a car. First and foremost It was about Me ,My Needs, to ensure that I was going to get what I wanted. I returned from another test drive and Kyle presented me with the Price List for the 3 vehicles. I was blown away by the prices, not what I was expecting. The vehicle that I Truly Wanted was the Mercedes-Benz S580, with what I had to Work with the S 500 was the vech I was going to be able to get. Kyle kept his Word and Did Everything he said regarding the Discounts. The Bottom Line, Out the Door Price, I was able to get My Dream Car , the Mercedes-Benz S 580..I was Overwhelmed with What Kyle did to More than Any of my Expectations. Outstanding Customer Service, Courteous, Treated me with Respect, Professional Due Diligence. And on Top of All of This, I received a Unique Gift that I was not Expecting This Unique of Chocolate. I experienced a pretty severe tire blowout due to a huge pothole, I was 30 miles from home, but 1 mile from my dealership. I slowly drove there, and the staff all helped me in a moment of crisis and unexpectedly. I needed a rental, but they were able to get me back on the road and headed home in no time. I appreciated all the help and support I received from the staff at the dealership And they got my car fixed pretty quickly.

Alex Folz is hands down the best service liaison in the country. Alex is the first person I call when I need my car serviced or need his professional opinion on anything Mercedes-related. The rest of the Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown team is also very knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and always looking out for you. The MB Hagerstown team has always worked very hard to get my car in and out of their service center as quick as possible whenever maintenance is needed. Mercedes was absolutely wonderful and having my Red Benz picked up was the absolute best. I was under such a time crunch. Nick was super. He contacted me and kept me in the loop all of the way. To know everything went together as smooth as butter was such a relief. I could not have been happier. I picked my Benz up and what perfect ease. Fabulous cookies, also. Hagerstown Mercedes is OUTSTANDING. I recommend them to everyone I know that owns a Mercedes. My dream car since high school and I finally own one. Great Grandma and her RED Mercedes AMG. I love it. I had a difficult life experience with this vehicle repair as it was a purchase I should have avoided. Nick, however helped me through it& I don't give 5 stars often (actually before this not at all) because I believe there's always room for getting better. This was expensive & difficult for me & I'm grateful Nick was there to help me.

I enjoy this Dealership , they care about their customers, that's hard to find nowadays!! Kyle is the best sales person I have ever worked with.
