Went in for an alignment service with an appointment. The waiting area was clean with some beverages and snacks available for patrons waiting. We decided to take a look at the new Santa Fe while we were waiting. Dain assisted us, and even after informing him that we just purchased a vehicle and was just wanting information on the new Santa Fe, he still went out of his way to show us different trim levels and what each trim level featured. Not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful, but spent a good amount of time doing so. By the time we completed our window shopping, our car was already waiting for us at service (which we obtained excellent customer service as well).

We had a great experience buying our used vehicle from Massey. After many bad experiences elsewhere, we were not hopeful and walked in without an appointment after seeing a vehicle online that caught our eye. The vehicle was on the lot as advertised and in great condition despite not being prepped for our arrival. The team was knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly - particularly Kaitlyn Hollinger in sales and RD Sutton in finance. They both made the process quick and painless. Thank you Massey team!

After having a horrendous experience at the college park location, I came here for a diagnostic. (It was hard to find somewhere to go due to the sealed transmission.) This was the first place I'd gone where they actually believed that I thought something was wrong. I ended up getting it flushed (among other things).The man who helped me, Randy, was so kind and personable and explained everything thoroughly from the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it up. His customer service was wonderful.

Just bought my second Hyundai Venue from Massey Hyundai. I love it. The sales person Kaitlyn was great. The financial person was very helpful also. I would highly recommend Massey Hyundai for your nextnew car. Ask for Kaitlyn. She is the best.

The staff provided a poor service and acted unethically. Specifically, Randy intentionally had my car inspected even though he knew it would fail the inspection because of tinted windows. It is concerning and unacceptable that the staff would take clients' money without giving them a fair warning about such issues beforehand.
