I got my 1965 Ford Falcon painted a whole new color last week. I wasn't charged a dollar over my estimate, which was very nice. I looks like they painted over a hair, and some small scratches, but they said that I could bring it back in and they would buff/sand that out. Not worried about that because they still did a great job. They even got behind my bumpers. I have since recommended Maaco more than once. Only $1,650

Took my Jeep fenders in to get painted and Joey went above and beyond to make sure they were done correctly. He kept me updated through the entire process and let me know if there were any issues along the way. I am highly impressed on how professional he was and how much effort he put into them. I can really tell he takes pride in his work. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Ray did a superb job. Maaco redid my granddaughter s whole car and delivered it back to her within 5 days as was stated to me. She was extremely excited when she saw her car. Thanks again for an excellent job!!

Great results for a great price! I opted for one of the mid-range paint options, and they did all of the prep. I also opted for getting the black trim painted, where they paint things like body trim and wiper arms with a flat black paint. This provided quite an enhancement for my 17-year old car, and didn't add a whole lot to the price.To be sure, upon close inspection, this wouldn't be mistaken for show-car level paint, but the quality of the work was still very good. (Check out the photos.)As far as any criticism, they did take a couple of days longer than I had anticipated to complete the project, and there is one minor paint detail under the hood that I have to go back for. As far as project completion time, I should mention that this was not a collision repair, so time was not of the essence for me. And as someone who regularly works with repair shops as part of their job, I can tell you that such delays are not unusual in the industry.Bottom line, my old car looks amazing, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

I so appreciate Raymond and Maaco in Hagerstown! We had a minor "incident" that compromised the passenger door of our Subaru. It was critical to get it fixed asap as my husband is currently using a walker. Raymond looked at our car immediately and completed the necessary work free of charge. The door now is totally operational. We so appreciate his assistance and generosity.Maaco had fixed a prior accident to the car quickly and beautifully. They are our go-to place for the car! Needed a front plate put on my Volkswagon at the last minute and Maaco not only did the job quickly and efficiently but didn t charge me anything. It was much appreciated and I will be recommending them to anyone else who needs work done on their car!

My f-150 had rusted out rear fenders. They stayed late on a Friday to get it done so we could pick it up because we couldn't get it on Saturday. They did a great job. Looks like new. Thanks for the great job.

Raymond was very professional in getting the job done. Not just a job but a Hugh monumental paint job. She was a big bus. Big task but he and his crew completed the job beautifully. They aimed to please.

this was a nightmare. it started off that kyle seemed like such a sweet person only to find out how he lied upon lie. i was so surprised at how he turned out to be. he made my husband and i deals if we would bring our van, truck, trailer and golf cart in he would give us a good price on painting them. in the meantime my tahoe got side swiped so he said he would talke care of that also. we trusted him cause we thought he was a good person. well as it turns out. the horse trailer took forever as did everything else he did. they would tell you it would be done in 4 days and it wouldnt be done for 3 weeks. the trailer came back pitted as you can see in the pictures and now rust is coming through. kyle said he would take care of it and then told us he wouldnt at the end of all the mess. told us it wasnt under warranty . the van had to be painted twice due to runs in the paint, over spray and numerous missed spots that i dont know how anyone could miss. then to top it off the rose color had numerous scratches, and bubble in the paint and they cracked the spoiler. again he promised to repaint all the rose trim and back out on his promise. the van took a good 4 weeks and was suppose to be done in a week. and came back a mess. and we had problems with it running after we got it back. the one employee named ray is rude and has no idea how to treat customers. we had it out with him a few times. we feel he might have tampered with our vehicle. cant prove it, but it ran well until something was put in our gas tank to try and mess up our engine. luckily we could have it fixed. then the golf cart which they never even sanded down before they painted it and had to be gone over 4 times. he waived the fee he was going to charge us for the golf cart cause it was horrible and there was no way to lie his way out of it. it too is rusting due to the fact that the paint job was not done right. our dually took 4 weeks because they kept missing spots on it, the paint bubble in different spots and they forgot to paint in between the be and the cab. then to top it off when i questioned about what they were going to do about the stuff that wasnt taken care of they kept telling me they were going to take care of it and then months later told me they werent. i was also told that the reason they could do a good price on some it was they made the estimate to the insurance company from my tahoe, higher so they could put the overage towards the golf cart and van. and when all of this was going on. kyle gave me his cellphone number so i could contact him personally because of all the way things were being handled by ray. well then he stopped taking my calls cause his wife thought we were messing around. REALLY ?????? so he wasnt allowed to talk to me until i messaged her and told her i was a happily married woman and i didnt appreicate being accused of messing around with her husband. i thought he was just being nice giving me the number. i have all the conversations and never was there anything to make her believe that. no real conversations other then business. and nothing at all suggestive. when i told his wife what was going on with him not going through with the promises she said she doesnt get involved with the business. but she made him stop responding to me cause she thought he was messing around on her . then i also had to deal with ray who would hang up or use vulgar language and was totally rude and disrespectful. i have more pictures and all my bill of sales for anyone to see. i will be going to the insurance company and reporting him for fraud and possibly taking this to court. word to the wise dont deal with this business. there is so much more i could put here, but i think you will get the just of it. i just called kyle and tried to give him one more chance to make it right, before i give my review and he still refuses to do so. 10 min later ray called me back and threatened me told me not to do this review. or i will be sorry

This Maaco is a cut above most Maacos. They very professional. I have delt with them since 2012 for a few things over the years, I always notice their paint comes out looking very good. Their prices are very fair compared to other maacos and their prices beat any other body shop in Hagerstown... I have never had any issues with paint peeling ofcause I always pay them to prep my cars suvs etc for the paint so it will stick. I have my 2001 GMC Yukon there right now being painted and I will add pictures of it when its done. If you got a older car, its crazy to pay 3 to 6k for a paint job on a older car that is your daily driver and will see wear and tear, Maaco is the perfect place for a daily driver to get it a fresh look. Go on youtube and look up macco paint jobs, your see their good.. I am going end up paying 1550 for my yukon to painted the same color and with them doing all the sanding and fixing rust spots and fixing my driver door that did shut good... You cant beat their prices.update jusgt got it today on 7-25-20 and it looks awesome.. For the price you can not beat this deal.. I am getting compliments on it in forums about the Yukon I am on as well. This Maaco did a great job

This is not your usual Macco that does "standard" quality body work. Theseguys are true Craftsman and Professionals that do a truly OUTSTANDING job! They do vintage/classic car quality work. We have our commercial fleet repairs and painting done here. Outstanding! Ray and his crew do a fantastic job! Just picked up my 2000 Subaru Impreza from Maaco in Hagerstown, MD. This was my first experience with a body shop for rust work to be fixed and needless to say it was a good experience. Back in December I spoke with Raymond and got a free quote for the quarter panel rust, the bumpers and my hood. I said it would be a few months before I came in to get it done. I took the car this monday and it had decided to just get the quarter panels done. I had a new quote within 5 minutes and had my car at the shop and finished within a week. The pictures don't do enough justice, I had attempted to fix the rust on my own but after looking at my mess for a while I took it to the pros to touch it up.(I also drove home through road salt and snow). After my experience I would definitely recommend Maaco of Hagerstown and will be back if I ever needed it. Very friendly and fast service. Thank you!!Service: Body & Trim

I needed some repair work and paint job on my car and a friend of mine said they knew quite a few people that were very pleased with the work Maaco had done for them. I took my car there and they did not disappoint. They were very friendly, helpful, and they got my car in very quickly. I have an E-350 work van that needed some rust repair and repainting. They were able to schedule me within a week and have my van back to me within a couple of days. They worked with my schedule so that I could get back to work as quickly as possibly. I was very surprise of how well the end result was. The rust damage is now repaired and unnoticeable and the paint had consistent coverage and top coat was shiny. It looks like I just bought it from the dealership. Excellent work and service.Even detailed my outside prior to finishing...price was fair and reasonable. I also would have had my car painted there four years ago and the paint looks as good as it did the day I had to deliver then. The replacement bumper even though it took a while to get to them they made sure it was painted exactly correct and you could not even tell there was damage. I highly recommend for the price and the quality

This Maaco location was highly recommended to me by my father. My father has a collection of classic cars, all of which he has entrusted Kyle to paint. His extensive expertise and value for quality services are unmatched by most in the business. That being said, I was dead set on using Maaco for my spoiler installation on my new 2016 Honda Civic Coupe. I visited the site to get an installation quote, and left with an appointment set that weekend free of charge. It's obvious that they value their client base as they went an extra mile for a new client. I can't say enough good things about Kyle and his shop.

Had the opportunity to use Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting this past week to resolve rust on the roof of my 2006 Toyota Corolla. The rust was pretty bad and the paint was cracked and lifted in so many areas. Gotta say, I'm impressed with the work they did to remove the rust and return the roof to a perfect finish. I highly recommend this Maaco shop for not only their professional, quality work and pricing, but also their customer service and easy going approach. Attention Any Potential Customers Considering Having Some Professional Work Performed At This Location: I Am Often A Person Whom Is Quick To Criticize A Business For Inferior Work Performed, But On The Other Hand, I Like To Give Credit Where Is Credit Is Due. The Paint Job That I Recently Received From This Hagerstown Maaco Location Was Certainly An Example Of Credit Being Given. My 2005 Scion Xb Was In Desperate Need Of A Complete Restore Back To Its Original Color.The Painting Experts That Are Employed There Went Beyond The Call Of Duty In My Estimation, Not Only Exceeding My Expectations, But Also Cleaning My Car Inside And Out, Even Making The Tires Look Brand New! I m Sure The Professionals There Just Raised The Value Of My Vehicle If I Were To Sell It! By The Way, This Is The 2nd Vehicle I Have Had Painted There, If That Tells You Anything! We had body work done after a fender bender and also decided to get the car painted. Ray was very professional and gave us a quick and fair estimate (much cheaper than another business we contacted).
