I recently had the pleasure of visiting Land Cruiser Heaven in Hagerstown, MD for the installation of my Long Range America extended fuel tank for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma Overland Vehicle, and I must say, the experience was absolutely outstanding!The installation itself was flawless. The team at Land Cruiser Heaven displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise, ensuring that every aspect of the installation was done to perfection. They meticulously installed the extended fuel tank, paying close attention to every detail and ensuring that the tank was securely mounted and seamlessly integrated with the existing fuel system.Not only did Land Cruiser Heaven deliver on their promise of exceptional service, but they also exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of their workmanship. LC Heaven worked with me from the time I bought my 1990 Japanese Import 80 Series until it was refurbished and delivered. Upon delivery, there was a small problem. I expected LC Heaven to offer to have a mechanic review and correct; instead Frank and a Mechanic (Daniel) drove nearly 5-hours to my place to fix it. The repair took about 30 minutes. I saw the pride in their work and the support for their customers. After the fix, they took me out on some trails to show me a few things about how my Japanese import differs from a US model. I highly recommend LC Heaven - my 34 year old truck runs and looks like new. Thanks Frank and team!

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this shop. They are all well experienced with the LC line , from the very first one up to the 200 as of date. Very professional, took me all the steps along the way and provided me with different insights on how to approach and tackle the different problems my 100 series had. I recently had my 1991 Land Cruiser serviced with Land Cruiser Heaven, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise. After many years of family memories, she was in dire needs of a little TLC. The team's expertise made it happen and ensured that my concerns were taken care of. She is back to her glory and ready to take us on more adventures. I highly recommend LCH for their expertise, thoughtfulness and customer service.

I drive a 1995 Land Cruiser 78 series prado. My truck had a head gasket problem when I first moved back to the states from Japan. Researched and found Land Cruiser Heaven. Got her to the shop summer 2022. JoElla was more than responsive and helpful through the whole process. They replaced the head and got my truck back running November 2022 but they told me something wasn t reading correctly. Come to find out the block had fractures so the decision was to replace the engine. Not cheap at all since I had already paid for the service for the head/head gasket. They found me a new engine in February 2023. The price for everything sunk my stomach lol. But JoElla again helped out and ask her boss to put me on a payment plan. I had ups and downs that whole year in 2023 financial. Once I paid everything off they got my Pearl (my Land Cruisers name) back up running. This time with no problems. The engine should get me 30 years or forever. They do great work but just be sure to plan to spend the money for their great work. I say if you are deeply connect with your truck it is worth it. Money comes and goes just like the seasons. Thank you JoElla and Juan!!! Until next time for the suspension.

Dropped off a '97 land cruiser 18 months ago and recently picked it up. The finished product definitely exceeded my expectations. New leather seats looks great, audio upgrade gives this relic some modern features. Inquired four different times about doing a diesel swap on my 80 series Land Cruiser. I never heard back and when I did, the communication was poor. There's lots of bad reviews on the forums and around the community but still wanted to give them a shot-I was wrong to do that.

I tried bringing new business to LCH by calling several times to get tires, wheels and service. I try and support local as much as possible, however no one has returned my calls or made any attempts at customer service. No thanks!

I had a fantastic experience at LCH in getting my ARB installed on an 80 series.Scheduling: Frank was extremely responsive via e-mail to the numerous questions I had. He was able to squeeze me in for an appointment on a very short notice, and provided me with a great quote.Reception: I was immediately greeted by one of the employees and was immediately let in to their garage. They were tracking the work needed. Very soon after, Frank oriented me to the shop and gave an overview of the various projects he's working on. He definitely made me feel welcomed to his shop.Service: There were some decisions I had to make during the install process, and Frank and his crew did a great job keeping me informed and getting my inputs. As a certified YouTube mechanic, I have learned time and time again, and something always pops up during a "simple" install, and having the experts at LCH do the work gave me the peace of mind that the work would be done correctly.Outcome: The bumper install came out very nicely resulting in perfect alignment of the new bumper (not too tight or loose), neat wiring job for the lights (well insulated and zip tied), and spare parts (I didn't go for the winch install yet) set aside nicely for future use.Bottom line: It's good to see a shop that does crazy big builds (saw a diesel transplant with manual swap and a full interior/exterior refresh) still look out for the little guys. If you need any work done on your cruiser, I highly recommend you give LCH a shot, and if you do, you'll probably end up writing a review like this.

The only thing I can say about Land Cruiser Heaven is good things. I originally had a 100 series and Frank and the crew helped me get it ready. I soon decided that it wasn t rugged enough for my needs and Frank once again stepped up and helped me find a good 80 series LC. He then had the crew step in and upgrade my suspension with a lift and tires. I wanted more power so again Frank lent his expertise and told me ways to free up some power. So we took out the automatic slush box transmission and went with a 5 speed manual. Perfect is all I can say. And through all of this with both of my vehicles I received video chats almost daily to include pictures of what was going on with my vehicle step by step. Definitely makes you feel safe when you invest in your passion that a company treats you this well. I ve been to the shop a few different times and witnessed with my own eyes his professional technicians working on other customers vehicles with the utmost respect and care in any task that is performed. Joella @ Land Cruiser Heaven was great to work with as far as being a client concierge and liaison. She was responsive and informative which is always appreciated. Juan in the Garage was very thoughtful and helpful and the owner Frank you could tell really loves his Land Cruisers. My Dad has a 80 series land Cruiser which he has owned since New, and we had the Head Redone, the entire front end of the engine overhauled with new belts, timing chain, guide, radiator, etc., as well as the cooling system replaced. It now runs like new. Along with the motor work, they also too care of some cosmetic and mechanical issues which now have the Cruiser looking tip top. Highly Recommend Land Cruiser Heaven to anyone who has an older cruiser and wants to return it to peak form. Had a snorkel installed and rear lower control arm replaced. Very pleased with the results. Frank and team did an awesome job. Very courteous and professional. JoElla has been amazing as have all of the mechanics, they have gone above and beyond every time my gf and I have brought her 80 series in to them to be worked on. we needed to get it inspected in Maryland so they went through to make sure it would pass and fixed everything for us. When I was talking to the mechanic about a weird noise we had heard while off roading he explained to me what it more than likely was and told me not to worry about it and that he would check it out. What I like about them is that they take the time to listen and come up with solutions.

This was my first time at Land Cruiser Heaven. I expected good things and they delivered, plus some. My 2003 Land Cruiser had a rust problem that unknown to me was safety related. LCH obtained all the parts quickly and was able to complete the repairs one week sooner than expected. They also replaced some smaller but significant rubber and plastic parts that I was concerned about. They were more thorough than I had hoped. When I picked up my Land Cruiser they were very pleasant and explained in detail the repairs and part replacements. And they showed me the rusted old parts, which I highly appreciated. I also have a 1988 Land Cruiser and will definitely call Land Cruiser Heaven when either of my Land Cruisers need significant repairs or any modifications for off-road.

LCH is one in a million! I ve taken my 80 series there multiple times for big or little jobs. They are all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. Always going above and beyond. Great experience. Frank was amazing with helping us get our 200 series Land Cruiser in tiptop shape. Really friendly staff too (Juan Pablo). Going to Land Cruiser Heaven is like going to a toy store for me, they have a lot interesting Land Cruisers projects going on also upgrades and trims that we never had here in the US, like they 80 series LC Diesel Conversions using OEM engines and parts, another nice thing they do is the Auto to manual 6 Speed transmission. And if you want to get your interior to factory new check their 100% leather set cover replacements. For a Toyota enthusiast like me this is a one stop shop, no need to go somewhere else what you get here is quality and professionally installed.I will be back for sure!!!!

While I am happy with my vehicle, they took 11 months to only start my vehicle after being parked for only 2 years, add underside protection, new front tires, new emergency brake, a radiator flush, brake flush, new shocks, and replaced a couple of gaskets. Most shops would only take about 1-2 months. I asked them to make it road worthy. And when I got it, I have a brake light out, headlights fuse missing, and turn signal not working. Expect to spend an average price while waiting forever to get you vehicle back. Not happy with my experience. My new-to-me, but previous owner-very neglected, 2000 LX470 was in need of its timing belt service, several leaks inspected and sorted out, suspension maintenance and a few other items. The folks at LCH did a very thorough inspection and put together a detailed condition report with options and recommendations. The online inspection with pictures, findings and estimates was really helpful and easy to use.I ended up having them complete almost all the open maintenance - they were thorough and performed really quality work. The truck's driven great since.While I just had maintenance work performed, they had some great builds in progress. I have a first gen Tacoma and was looking for a shop that would go above and beyond in helping me maintain my truck to get the most out of it. I needed to get work done quickly on my 2006 LX470 before an endless amount of upcoming road trips this year. They were extremely helpful in getting me scheduled and taken care of within 2 days for upper control arms, lower ball joints and a rebuild of the front hubs. Land Cruiser Heaven has lived up to its name. While I would have loved for Frank and his team to completely restore my 80 series, I simply can't afford all of that right now. Frank helped develop a priority list of repairs that needed to be made and restoration that could wait. Now, I have a truck that runs great and a plan of exactly how I'm going to proceed with the remaining work I'd like done on the truck. Throughout the process, he was fair and transparent. Frank himself provided daily updates of the work being done with pictures and descriptions. The icing on the cake was Frank lending me an awesome truck he's already restored while mine was in his shop for the week. As soon as it's financially feasible, I will definitely bring my truck back to Frank for the remainder of the work.

I took my 1994 Land Cruiser in for a thermostat replacement and steering repair. Frank was very helpful and was very quick to have the repairs done. I would highly recommend! JoElla s a great ambassador for LCH4x4. We ordered a couple of BJ45 panel parts from her to be sent to New Zealand. Due to Covid-19, there was quite a delay in the product arriving. Unfortunately the product did arrive damaged to us. A claim was put in to the courier company UPS (I DO NOT give UPS any stars for their professionalism), and we had to fight to get any reconciliation for over four months.JoElla was fantastic in assisting us to organise to get this credit.I would definitely recommend JoElla & LCH4x4 to anyoie.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

After doing a bit of research, i brought my 1996 4Runner for timing belt, engine oil leaks and cylinder head work. I was kept updated with pictures and text messages. I brought in my 2020 Heritage Edition Land Cruiser for better tires, 2" lift, upgraded suspension and a light bar. I received a call about what I wanted and two estimates for the work. I dropped off the LC on a Monday and picked it up a week later with all the work complete. All the work is great and I have received many compliments on the 'new' look of the LC. Frank, JoElla and the crew were nothing but nice and attentive. They even showed my 10 year old son around the shop and answered his questions about 'Iron Pigs!' Love visiting there as I an a Land Cruiser geek and that place is like a high end toy store for me. Here, Frank! Take my money!! If you have a Land Cruiser, take it here for the work if you are in the area. Frank and the whole crew at LCH were great to work with. We recently had our 80 series in the shop for what we though would be a lower engine rebuild after an engine knock developed prematurely for our truck. Our local shop had misdiagnosed this problem as a main bearing failure and said that the cost of repair was so high that a new engine would be the only way to go. We chose to take it to LCH, who found the problem to be the drivebelt and pulleys. After a front engine repair, the truck drives like new. We also received a comprehensive vehicle inspection and diagnostic that is trustworthy, as LCH only deals with Land Cruisers. We live 4 hours away but will be taking our truck to LCH for all major repairs and upgrades moving forward.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

After my transmission broke (90 BJ70) none one could fix it.I took my 70 series to 3 different shops in two different states. (Florida and TN) and no one had an answer. They took it apart but they could not put it back together. After almost 4 years dealing with the mechanics and wasting money on labor time a met Francisco and Juan Pablo during an Overland Expo East and they took the challenge and put my 70 back to live.The guys over in Land Cruiser Heaven rebuilt my trans and fixed some leaks and other problems due to the car being parked for so long.I drove from Knoxville, TN (400miles) to LCH not because there are not other places that could fix my 70 series, but because the reputation that LCH have. They are a small shop dedicated to Toyotas; everything from oil change to huge make overs. They do it all.Thank you Fran and Juan Pablo for taking care of my 70 series!See you soon!Oscar
