The guys were very friendly. Prices were decent. They were fast and overall good guys. I still visit again if in the area.My issue is, after leaving, the oil OVERFILL warning came on, but i was an hour into a 2 hour drive to my brake mechanic. I ended up having to pay $45 bucks to have a quart of oil to be taken out by my mechanic.So basically, these guys charged me for a quart i didn't need, and then I had to pay to have it removed.When i finally got back on the road (about 5 days later)My turbo sensor started acting up, so the check engine came on. Likely root cause 'oil overfill'. Projected part + labor cost $900.So, my $220 oil change became over a $1k problem.

Had to take the vehicle in for a tire rotation. Next day low tire lights on. Take it back said the tire that should low was good so probably a sensor. Got it home and the right rear tire was flat. Tire sensors never got relearned. So when it said the right front tire was low it was actually the right rear. And nobody in two visits check the other tires to make sure. Brought it back a third time to check for a leak after father-in-law blew up a tire. Found a pinhole leak in the right rear tire. After paying $30 for a tire rotation that did not get tire sensors relearned. And a failed inspection that left us with a flat tire. They wanted us to pay $40 for a patch job. After going through all that and talking to the manager in between you would think they would offer to patch it for free or possibly 50% off at least. Good thing is the tire wasn't damaged and the father-in-law repaired it with a old fashioned plug. Lesson learn just wait for Pope tire to open up!

I will NEVER go back to this place again. I took my car to get an oil change here (as I usually would) in August before our vacation. While on vacation, the drivers side plastic piece that goes on the wheel well got ripped off completely by something that got stuck up under my car. I bought that piece online to replace it just to find out that the entire underneath of my car (the engine splash shield) which gets taken off during oil changes was MISSING. As soon as I found this out, I called Jiffy Lube and was told sometimes the guys forget to put them back on and of course they didn t have it in the shop anymore. I was told they would order another one, also never got any type of apology for the incompetent employees they have- who have caused a huge mess. 2 weeks go by, no call about the part so I called to follow up. I was told someone threw away the paper that came with the part so they weren t sure whose part it was and couldn t even call me because they weren t sure who to call. On my way home from work tonight, I hit a raccoon and damaged the plastic on the wheel well ONCE AGAIN because I didn t have the engine splash shield part that they FORGOT to put back on. Going to the shop tomorrow morning to get my new part- and discuss how this is the second time I ve had to replace another part on my car due to their careless mistake that happened in the first place. If they do not fix my wheel well this time I will be contacting corporate. To be told (by multiple mechanics) that my wheel well problems would ve never happened in the first place if the engine splash guard was on it- is highly discouraging considering the excellent business I use to get at this place. Awesome team .The manager at the Hagerstown location near Sam s club was polite his pit crew were very prompt even changed a wiper blade for me . My truck was ready to hit the highway for a long journey. Thank you all I ll see you at my next service . Great team great first time experience.

Came in on two separate occasions the first was for an oil change and the second time was for brakes needed changed. Both times were the same staff and both times they were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

I asked for my interior windshield to be cleaned good. A worker came in to the office and said we don't clean interior windshield or windows. The proper response from him should have been. We don't clean interior windows but since you specifically asked, I'm going to clean it good for you. You would have been a hero. Instead I left not satisfied. I would have paid a couple bucks to have it done and tipped the guys. It's your business to run as you see fit.

Eric was so helpful, and actually showed me the filters that needed replaced. He also went over what Hyundai suggested next for my car. He didn't pressure me, but gave me all the info so that I could determine when I should bring my car back in. The team was so fast in changing my oil. They even filled my tires and vacuumed my car out! I will continue to go there due to their amazing customer service, their speedy way of getting you in and out of there, and their caring attitude towards their customers and the vehicles that they service. Thank you all for everything! I put my trust in all of you, and you never cease to amaze me.

I would give zero stars if the system would allow it. As of 3/18/24 their price for an oil change came to $120.67. That is unconscionable. The notion that a bloody oil change should be anything over $30 is robbery and they are well aware of it. I guess they feel they can gouge people because 1) blame everything on the plandemic (but not drop their prices when it is over) and 2) the younger kids today have no idea how to do basic maintenance on their vehicles. Well anyone who has half a brain will go buy what you need to change the oil on your own driveway and save a ton of money. I will not be going back and the fact that they have enough of a customer base willing to pay such an appalling price FOR AN OIL CHANGE just goes to show what an inept, helpless, foolish people this nation has become. Shame on Jiffy Lube and shame on anyone who goes there twice.

The personnel responsible for the paperwork lied on the form saying they performed certain tasks...like washing the windows, checking the fluids etc. I called over to the manager explain to him what was and wasn't done. He , himself washed the windows. I know all of this because I have a broken foot and sat in my vehicle and watched what they did and didn't do!!!

RE: Jiffy Lube-Hagerstown on WeselWhile at jiffy lube i caught the operators in 3 lies.... firstly, noone asked me what I wanted done. I wanted a new oil in my vehicle.... they put what I had ordered last time I was there, which was over a yr ago. Secondly I ordered a new air filter installed and I watched them put the OLD filter back into my vehicle... when I called out to them and asked why they put the old filter back in the car he replied " oh my fault, i was in a discussion with him".... thirdly, my car tells me the PSI my tires has... it showed the same as when I arrived .... when I asked about it, one man said "i checked it myself"... by this time the Manager is involved... I drove my vehicle back around and manager checked the tires... front left showed 27 PSI... he told the man 'there is no way you checked the tires'.. if you take your vehicle to the Jiffy Lube on Wesel.... watch them....*IF* i ever take my vehicle back there(unlikely) I will make sure I put my car in Bay 1 so I can watch what they do 'cause the only one that does what they are supposed to do is the man that washed my windows...

Couldn't ask for a better company to change the oil, filter, and two air filters. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Waiting area was clean, and I had a clear view of what was taking place with my vehicle. Staff is friendly, service is very fast. But the prices are crazy. $150 for a synthetic blend +an air filter. Good thing money grows on trees. I believe Tractor Supply has them on sale this weekend.Time to do manual labor myself and earn those extra Adulting badges!!

My girl asked for the most basic of oil changes. They charged her $60 for their "premium blend". Marked off a slew of boxes stating that they checked/replaced/filled certain items during the oil change. I don't think they did anything for the $60. Boxes marked "VACUUM FLOORS" and "WASH EXTERIOR WINDOWS" were both marked COMPLETE... none of the windows were washed, floors left clearly not vacuumed. Dirt bag Manager doesn't care. He swears everything else checked off was completed. Doubt it MF. They're going to see more of me if i find out filters weren't replaced

The quality of service was not the problem, it was that they stole money out of the vehicle. It was just change but it's the principle of it. If they'll steal money what else will they take out of the vehicle. Are they giving me an accurate account of what work might need to be done to my vehicle.After originally posting this, the manager immediately contacted me about the issue. He was courteous and professional. I believe he was sincere in his desire to resolve this situation and ensure it did not happen to another customer. I would go back to this location and I would recommend it to other people because of the manager (Alan) and technician (Luis). I don't believe One bad Apple should taint the reputation of this location.

Staff is very friendly and courteous. Staff is not pushy at all. If you don't want something just say no thank you. BAM done no haggling. Any questions you have they answer.
