I made a last-minute appointment for warranty service, and I'm amazed at what a great experience it was. April is a great representative to deal with, she knocked it out of the park despite my showing up late and the shop being packed. I drove quite a ways to get here, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat - the professionalism and service is miles above the 4 other Honda dealers I tried to get set up with prior to looking this far away. Totally recommended!

I went in for an Express oil change on a Saturday towards closing. The service was excellent and fast. My Servise Advisor Bill Crouse was attentive, very nice, and had a great sense of humor. As soon as he saw me, he asked if I needed help and took care of me right away. He explained the oil service process and advised me on what service was due next. Lastly, while waiting, the staff in passing were polite and made sure that I was being helped, which I very much appreciated.

I needed a recall fix for my rear view mirror so I made an appointment for Sept. 12th -Tuesday 8am.I mistakenly showed up Tuesday 5th-8am.Nobody said anything about being early.They sent me to the waiting area and got it done.When I got home I realized my mistake and laughed out loud. I live 25-30 minutes away-I m so happy they had the time and helping hands to do it. Everyone was so nice! Thank you!!

I live 10 minutes from Shockley Honda but MUCH prefer to come to Hagerstown Honda for service. They are far more customer centered, yet were 40% cheaper for the same transmission drain and fill service. I kept my appointment, and they honored it, having me in and out within 40 minutes. The associates are all very nice and polite! The services are done in a timely manner and they make helpful recommendations or points after the inspection and bring anything of big concern forward during the inspection.

I have been taking my Civic to the dealer since I drove it off their lot for the very 1st time. They have always been super professional, knowledgeable, and have always tried to work with me when something is wrong w my baby Civi. Bill in the service department is always there with a smile and always looks to saving me money. I recommend this dealership to everyone as it has been my Car's to go place when something is wrong with it. It has been more than decade and their service continously us top rank. Outstanding dealership.

I bought my vehicle here and I have had most of my service done here. They know my vehicle and get waited on immediately even without an appointment. But it's getting older and repairs are getting pricier. Nice waiting area.

I got my air conditioner service Tire rotation oil change transmission flush brake fluid flush 21 Point suspension so far the AC is working awesome everything else seems like it's working great they were very professional I will be back

They are prompt and courteous.I bought a Honda because Consumer Reports has them listed as a top company for vehicles that last.I purchased a truck from them for the same reason. Even though there are other companies that are listed above them.Honda has one size truck-midsize with other features that sparked my interest.Such as 4 door with room.Hidden compartment under the bed of the truck.*I use this as one would use the trunk of a car.**So I have a car and a truck ALSOThe tailgate opens 2 ways which I find very convenient.
