Had to get an oil change after work and saw the reviews for this place. I would definitely return. Randy was awesome and gives the place a down home feel. Honest and didn't try to add on a bunch of stuff I didnt need. Got me in and out.

Very nice people. Randy was very helpful and the most important thing he respected my time. I brought in two vehicles and I was surprised when he told me that was already done. Thanks Randy for your great and high level of customer service. For sure I ll be back.

No Issues In and out quickly, very decent check in, took my truck in. Had a very dirty Air filter, ask me if I wanted it replaced and I said yes. No issues good experience!!!

I love coming to Grease Monkey. As soon as I pull up I crack a smile or chuckle when I'm greeted by Randy. He is very personable and he makes the waiting time fly by. The workers are also great. They make sure that they come out to keep me informed of any issues and today he came to show me the huge bolt that was in my tire. The atmosphere is relaxing and my kids even enjoy being here. The wait period wasn't long and their prices are affordable. This will forever be my favorite location!!! Make sure that you stop by for quality service and some good laughs.

Professionalism is an essential quality that not everyone possesses. However, on my initial visit to this esteemed establishment, I was greeted with an exemplary display of professionalism in their top-notch customer service. Without a doubt, I will return here to bring all of my vehicles. In fact, I am considering entrusting them with my Amazon vehicles as well. Today, I had the privilege of witnessing an almost forgotten art the art of taking care of the customer. I highly recommend anyone reading this to visit this place and have the same delightful experience that I had. Thank you for your attention and assistance.

they were the only ppl n town that did Ram diesels fuel filters , an not for a crazy price.. whole staff was funny as hell an exceptional at what they do.. highly recommended an if im ever back in the area or predicament again, im ONLY gonna go here

Been taking my cars here for years. Always keeping me informed if any extra work needs to be done. At a reasonable price. The team seems to work well together. Randy is friendly and a professional at his trade. I'll be back.

Have been going here for year's now. Randy and his crew are the friendliest you will run into also the most honest. I was there twice where after looking at my vehicle they informed me everything was fine and nothing was needed. This is what keeps me coming backlash if they can not do the work they will recommend a place to have the work done.

We rolled in at 4:45 and were finished by 5:00 for an impromptu oil change, day of. Randy and Bobby couldn t have been nicer! They were friendly to chat with about our van/RV conversion, and made us feel comfortable. Will definitely return for service when we visit family in Hagerstown!

The staff at this location are incredibly friendly and personable. I originally came for just an oil change and had a $20 off coupon. They told me I needed the cabin air filter and air filter replaced as well. when I got home and looked at the emailed receipt my total was $180 and that was after the $20 off coupon. After comparing prices online for those filters, I can t believe I was charged almost $200 for my oil change and two filters.

Customer service is outstanding at this location. This is the 5th time I have been here and they have been outstanding. It s nice to see people who are dedicated to customer service and making sure our vehicle is taken care of. Always a pleasure to take my vehicle to Grease Monkey. Randy and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle and they know what my vehicle needs to keep it running smoothly. If it needs anything repaired other than the normal maintenance such as oil changes and a check of everything you can count on them to professionally repair anything it needs. I have taken my vehicles to Grease Monkey for years and wouldn t go anywhere else

These men are all very professional, honest and trustworthy. As a woman, I can remember leaving other automotive places and feeling like I was lied to or taken advantage of, but not here. I asked if I needed an oil change because I was unsure whether it was time. They could've lied just to get extra money from me, but they didn't and I've been a loyal customer since. I highly recommend them.

Randy is one of the easiest guys to talk to and is a big reason I have continued to have all my vehicles serviced there. I love this place! They have a great and trusting group of guys that you can trust with your vehicle. I won't use another shop unless the problem is to big for there shop witch is not often. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a relationship with a shop that you can trust with your vehicle and know your not going to get ripped off.

I've been a customer of the Hagerstown Grease Monkey for over 20 years! Always the to go to place for any type of auto service! What separates Grease Monkey Hagerstown from other facilities in the area is the people! Randy is a fantastic leader and runs a great operation! He touches every vehicle that goes through the facility. He knows his customers by name and addresses their needs in a very professional manner. Randy's great.They changed my oil ,vacumed and did their checklist plus installed a new battery in record time.Price was very reasonable. This is why I keep going back even though they are on the other side of town.Thanks guys
