I had the misfortune of hitting an MD deer. Was towed to bodyshop, and they took care of everything. My truck got a small leak, the ac pooped out, and it took a week before I could get back, but when I got there, everything was fixed, and I was back on the road the same day.Thank you very much, Steve and Levi, for ALL your great work.

I don't know about all of the service managers there, but the service person Tony was the type of person that takes out his bad day on people. I asked for the torque specs on the bolts for my valve cover and I purchased the seal from them. He told me that he didn't know and wouldn't let me ask his mechanics. This person is a control freak and will get you upset. Don't use him. If this is the way the management runs this company, that isn't a good thing.

All crew members who work here are top notch, especially Dan, he deserve an extra rated star.This place is awesome, they know how to treat right their customers, a lot of respect and work done in no time, a bit expensive but well worth the money you pay and the service you get. Thank you all !!!

Went here for repairs--truck would only go around 50 mph. We suspected a fuel issue. They estimated 2 hours of diagnostics (min) + new fuel filters @ $138/hour or around $436. Said they would get the truck in and let us know. Basically it took them 24 hours to install new fuel and air filters. Invoice jumped to $820. They tried to charge $110 for a test drive among other things. I called to complain and manager reduced to $580. Still feel this was grossly overcharged and no explanation was given for taking so long. Should have been a 1-2 hour repair. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I took my 2000 freightliner classic in to shop for leaks, no one could give me answer why it was leaking. The guys found problem fixed it and for affordable price. I am overall happy and have recommended other owner operators to go check them out. 5 star facility can't miss with them.

Worst dealer I have ever been to. Brought truck in on Monday morning for check engine light on. No other obvious problems. Told it was DTS filter needed to be replaced. Then it was a shifter arm and bushing. Then it was a sensor. Then when they took sensor out they striped the threads. Had to call a specialist (the next day) to come fix threads so they could put in new sensor. 9...yes NINE DAYS LATER....I get my truck!!Shop manager should be fired for being a liar!!! You are constantly being told it will be tomorrow. They tell you they will call you. But YOU have to call THEM!!! Found mechanics standing around telling jokes (not on break) instead of working. Oil stains all over driver seat. (Seat cover shoved in door pocket). And would someone tell me why they would mess with my passengers seat when there wasn't anything wrong with it?!!!There should be a "no stars" option to rate this place!

I would recommend this place to everyone. Great customer service, friendly/helpful staff and they did an excellent job repairing my car. My car left there looking better than before! Every aspect of my experience was top notch!

This place is top notch! It used to be the Freightliner truck repair shop but is now a trailer & body shop. If you need any repairs they will get you in right away & get you back on the road. The level of professionalism & quality of body repairs is outstanding! Not to mention the staff members are very polite & ready to help you out with whatever your need is.

We have postponed having the cause of our Check Engine light checked out for months because it had been so intermittent. Finally, as we were leaving Baltimore, it was not only consistent, but demanded immediate attention. We were able to limp our loaded trailer to Martinsburg, WV and then bobtail to Hagerstown. I was pretty sure it was an injector problem and, when I called the Hagerstown Freightliner on Sunday, I was told they could get it in the same day. This Freightliner location is new and very nice. My wife and I have been driving OTR since 1998 and have had plenty of opportunities to spend time in truck repair shops and this was one of the nicest we've spent time at. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was told that it was an injector and that the job would be completed by the next day. The job was completed by Monday night and they gave us a little price break since we had them replace all of the injectors. The cost of the repairs was pretty much what I expected and the time to complete the work was better than expected.

Worst experience ever. Came in last week to check a noice on engine on friday night, it was saturday 5pm and they finally said its ready, when we tried the truck there was nothing done, and the guy was either pay and take off or stay until tuesday (labor weekend). We had to pay over $300 for it to be checked and on tuesday I called back, manager said to bring it back woch we did last night friday again, but unforyunatelly was the same guy, now its 8am I called to check on the truck, and they said they haven't worked on it and that they will charge today again for the services to check the truck out, I told them I brought the truck for guarantee on the service done last week, they said if we don't like their services that we can take the truck out and hang up on me. There is no manager on the weekend. Now I have to take off and have to deal with them next week over the phone.

$750 for an alternator belt and a tentioner. Checked the truck in on sunday night. Took them until wednesday around noon to put the new belt on.Charged 150 for diagnosis alone and found out a couple of other things including bad torque arms. Later on we took the truck in another shop to find out almost all of the diagnosis was bs.

The worst customer service hands down. Would not recommend it for anyone. They don't even deserve a star rating. They work whenever they feel like. Been sitting waiting for a light fix since 9 o'clock and now it's past noon they haven't done a thing. Worst freightliner repair shop in all hagerstown. They don't even deserve the name freightliner.

2 hrs diagnosis for a starter then 4 hrs labor? 4 other estimates were all 2 hrs, if they do the repairs the diagnosis is waved...why because it's figured into the Mitchell shop rate. Never again. I just paid $20 more for the starter Dien the road to make sure it was not gotten from Frightliner. Disgrace to the industry.

Worst experience, if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a major ripoff, we got three invoices with different $ amounts, only to pay and find out that the problem was something completely different. They also charged $740 to replace a battery!!! Their hourly rate is $138, that is why when you get there the place is always empty....STAY AWAY!!

I hit a deer on Fri 10_28 16 nxt Fri thygitdone around 1500 pm well They said my Co had not sent them Po well that at 1700pm will not open an2 Monday we left Th. Turbo hose popped off Well we checked Th. Trk to make sure nothing would well checked th bumper Thu put on th bolts where not right you turn Th. Bolts by hand th Po Fri if you go there to gt your Trm fixed make sure Thu tighten every bolt b4 you leave
