Today I ran out of fuel and I got stuck in the intersection of the entrance of the high way I ran to the nearest pilot and they called this toeing company before the cops showed up they gave me a really good deal for just the toe and even helped me prime the fuel. It's never fun having to run out of gas especially in a box truck I would have paid $1500 if the cops should have called the toe company for me. I recommend giving these guys a chance.

After going to a competitor where there was no mechanic or boss. I went to their shop, arrived at 9:30 a.m. and left at 5 p.m. They took care of me right away. The electrical mechanic was very efficient and one of the best I have found in my career. And all the staff are very kind. And finally, the bill is very correct, Excellent work ladies and gentlemen, I highly recommend and I will talk about them to those around me. Super services- very happy. Came in after hours they got me back on the road same night. Great people. Noticed some bad reviews. No biggie. Probably fake also but I believe them and will return.

We had an antifreeze leak repaired. The part you see has an attachment that is plastic. That plastic peace had cracked. It was hard to see. 2 other shops could bot figure out where it was coming from. There were no fumes, but our eyes were dry with a sandy feeling, irritated and red.We felt exhausted all the time.Alex and his team got us back on the road in no time!Previously, they found a crack on a leaf spring that it's easy to miss when doing pre-trips.Efficiency, professionalism, and dedication to what they do show how they strive to give the best service on what they do.Thank you to all of you who make Fix and Go team my favorite on my list of repair shops!

Alex was great!! Had two trailer tires that needed to be replaced. They got me in and out in under 30 mins. If I have problems with the truck I will definitely return. Also the lady in the front was very kind and professional!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent shop I really enjoyed the staff. Yes, very polite about this company is super nice people exactly bravo. I am from Canada and American people are very hospital. Bravo exactly. Great mechanics.

Great job got my trailer repaired loaded me and I m back on the road. Highly recommended the shop in the area. Probably the best one they re open 24 seven easy access from Highway thank you fix and go. Have a great day.

Great service but review your bill. They sent over an estimate/quote and wanted to charge for 5 hours of labor. The job took 1.5 hours and we called them. They tried to justify it and say they used two guys to "get us moving faster" when we explained that 2 guys at 1.5 hours is 3 hours, they "graciously" charged us for 4 hours. The facts are the facts. Estimate was 5 hours not a flat rate... 5 hours were charged. My employee asked if it was book rate or actual labor rate. Your employee said it was not book rate. Charging for 5 hours when 3 was done seems odd.

COME HERE ASAP!!!!!TO ALL TRUCKERS, & COMPANIES,I came in with my trailer air tank hanging off on one side, and the mudflap & bracket bent and dragging on the other. 3 hours of service, welding, drilling etc, replacing parts, and a DOT TRAILER INSPECTION.IM ROLLING, MY VEHICLE is back at standard to operate on our road ways..This location is byyyyy FAR one of THE most sufficient locations I have been to...Very quick estimates, and service, not too long of a wait. I was serviced immediately my company did call ahead, they have free snacks, VERY PROFESSIONAL, they handled everything.... especially communicating back and forth with my company to move service along. I'm so freaking Happy, they just saved my load, and me from getting any Tickets, Citations, or Put OOS

I was having a ruff night with my coolant leak I couldn t figure it out where it was leaking from called Fix&Go in Hagerstown MD they said come on down they were available right away and they were really on point about it found the leak doing a pressure test had a radiator available changed it and on my way I went happy and satisfied not to mention staff were awesome very friendly and helpful

Called them tonight during the super bowl for a jump on my semi truck, they were fast and reasonably priced I will definitely remember this place when I'm in the area and need work done. Not alot of honest and friendly places left out here. They had me back on the road in less than 30 mins of my phone call.

Awesome company!They are quick and pros when it comes to towing an repair.I ve got my truck done by them and also towed by them. I ve worked with them for a year now, they take good care of their customers. Busy company that gets you in and out. They don t play around when it comes to getting there job done. The mechanics are great and the office is friendlyI ve red few bad reviews and I completely disagree with that. Lots of good reviews because of the food gift card incentive. Probably a great place if you are working through your insurance, but there was very little communication with me leading up to getting the final bill. I left with the same problem that I brought it in for after paying more than I was expecting for a fix I m not sure I needed.

My brother's truck was towed by fix N Go tow truck driver told him that this is good place and they have good mechanics to fix trucks. He agreed to drop off at their shop. They diagnosed the truck and said it need to be rebuild the motor. We asked for quote they said we don't rebuild motors.They charged 4k for diagnostic the problem.Ripped off.

It appears that this company has an issue with their employees not being properly trained to take road calls and office manager being extremely rude and unprofessional. Just like their phone calls are recorded so are ours and I can definitely prove how unprofessional they are. The office manager was unhappy that few people from maintenance called and now I am calling as I am the owner and we paid all of this money for a Chinese tire. Complete rip off and the lady didn't want to hear any complaints so decided its best to hang up the phone. How nice of her. They took 1300+ for a steer tire replacement and didn't want to own up to their mistake. Please be very careful when you are calling them for repairs. Their untrained personnel can cost you quite a bit of money.

Alex and the entire staff are a life saver! Can in late on the 17th of October with a weld that needed repair. Had me finished first thing in the morning and back on the road. Great people! Super fair prices! If anything on your truck goes wrong this is the place to call. Thank you guys! You have a return client with me!

Just had a driver call for a tire repair (we had a blow out with a drive tire across the street from them) we have a used spare in excellent shape that we carry and we were told over the phone they don't make money on just doing mount and dismount and that we would need to purchase a used tire from them at $295 plus tax as well as a dismount and mount or $400+ for a new. What a joke that's a sad way to do business. We will not waste our time on calling this place again meanwhile we will pay the T/A even more to come install our spare just for the principle at this point! SMH.

Fix & Go and Jeremy were awesome. They got my Sprinter van towed after two other companies failed. One other tow company even dropped and damaged the van. Shout out to Jeremy and Fix and go for saving the day!
