The body shop did an amazing job on our truck. We were treated like friends not clients. The truck was repaired ahead of schedule. We won t take our vehicles anywhere else to have bodywork done. Highly recommend CARSTAR R&M Collision and Glass.

CarStar R&M Collision and Repair stated "we pride ourselves on our impeccable service," and they weren't lying! I hit a deer off I-70 in Hagerstown, Maryland and had State Farm Insurance take it to CarStar. I live in Washington, DC, a good 1 hour 30 minutes away. Drew from Carstar met me after hours to make sure that I could pick up my car. This is the type of service I received. No matter CarStar already had ALL "5-star " reviews!

I got my 2016 Chevy Malibu fixed after a Deer almost totaled it.. they did an AMAZING job ! If I could give 10 starts I would! The service is amazing on top of fast, I have 3 kids so I was very grateful that they did it in a timely manner. Will definitely come back if needed. Thank you! I also recommended my MIL and Wife their experiences were great as well.

They are the best! I brought my car in for hail damage & they were quick to order the parts I needed & schedule me in. They also took me to enterprise to get my rental & was able to follow me when I needed to return it. My car looks good as new! Great customer service & really made the whole experience so easy.

Great communication from the start, gave me a estimate on when my car was going be fix and they accomplished it before the date it was supposed to. The car look brand new like it wasn't damaged at all and even got the right pain on there. I couldn't be more happy , thank you guys.

I side swiped a rock bridge sustaining damage the entire length of the passenger side of my car. James was very easy and professional to work with. He explained all the work that would be done. This shop is amazing! Great job on my car, including detailing, and kindly fixed a place on the front of my car that was slightly out of place for free. James, the owner, was very patient with my scheduling which took a long time due to heath issues. He would check in every once in a while on me. Also I want to share that one of his employees who took me to pick my rental car told how great it is to work there and how kind James is to him and his family. I think that speaks volumes about a business!Highly recommend them for efficiency and a very personal true caring about their customers and employees!Service: Body & Trim

I had an insurance claim from where someone hit my car while I was working. My insurance company suggested R&M collision and I am so happy they did. They did an amazing job in my car it look like new and shining like a beauty. They helped me get to and from the rental and also came in earlier then there normal start time to work around my schedule so I could get an estimate. Amazing service! When I wrecked my car they got my car in and tore down very quick. I was only without my car a few weeks after crushing in the front end. Now you can't even tell there was any damage. It looks amazing and the paint job is seamless! Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing good quality work done fast! You couldn't ask for a better staff to deal with either. They very all very nice and very professional. They replaced my entire windshield after a freak accident the very next day. They even came to my house for no extra charge and my windshield was replaced in less than an hour. They even vacuumed all of the broken glass and glass dust out of my entire car (front and back seats, floor mats, everything) for no additional fee!! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience!! They were prompt, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I am very glad I found them and will use them in the future if need be. I highly recommend this company! You won t be disappointed!

This shop went above and beyond when another well known franchise glass company let me down. The competitor company I m referring to said they couldn t recalibrate my windshield due to my truck having ever so slightly larger than factory tires. The guys here at CARSTAR R&M Collision and Glass were able to install my windshield and recalibrate everything in less than an hour, without issue. The gentleman answering the phone was very courteous, respectful, and personable - which goes a long way nowadays. I ll be returning here for any future glass repair and/or windshield needs. Had my Windshield replaced by Shawn and Ashton and it was better than before they were fast and had my Windshield replaced and Recalibrated in an hour and came to my home to do it! I will recommend R&M to anyone that needs windshield work!
