I received a very good experience with Caliber collision. From the start of filling out paperwork to end result of my car being completely repaired! Everyone is very friendly and understanding that accidents can disrupt everyday life. The repairs of my car look like I just bought it off the lot again! Thank you Ashley and Ryan for making this experience remarkable and stress free to your best capabilities! I will definitely be a returning customer in future for any and all automotive repair needs! My car looked perfect after my accident when Caliber was done with it. They even cleaned the it for me. The service provided was great. I love the text message updates they send to keep you informed on the status of your vehicle.

I cannot say enough about Caliber Collision. From the front door to out the door, their customer service etiquette was amazing. Everything was explained at a level that I could understand, the work was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I am so pleased with the work and the staff. I had a second vehicle repaired due to an accident, Ryan was my advisor and once again, I was blown away. Ryan even waited at the shop after closing hours so that I could have my vehicle when promised.Blessings Teresa

These guys are superior everything seemed so seamless the paperwork was easy they communicated well and there work is fantastic ive never been more happy seeing my car look like it came right off the lot again. Thanks again guys.

This shop is always amazing to work with. I've had one car end up being a total loss and one that just needed a bumper repaired/replaced and each time the process was extremely smooth and seamlessly integrated. I simply just had a select them and then drop off my car The people there are super friendly go over everything with you give you realistic expectations and even asked me about making sure I had my rental car in place and if I needed them to pick me up from the shop. I live just a block away and Enterprise is also just down the corner so I actually prefer to walk but it was so nice of them to ask me is it really shows that they care about you as a whole. Everyone's always a little shookup after an accident. I just picked up my car and it looks amazing right now. I have to admit my car was a complete mess inside as we had recently done some road trips and since I went straight there from accident I didn't get a chance to clean up but didn't think much of it since it was just a little bumper repair. But to my amazement they actually fully cleaned my car for me and it looks great inside now plus out. All my stuff is still there neatly put together. I also love that they communicate with you via text message and have a little online portal for you too so it's super easy to be up to date on the status of your car and really easy to communicate with them since I'm not really much of a phone call person lol. When there was a slight delay they were very upfront about it telling me exactly what part they were waiting on, which I really appreciated versus just seeing something sitting as pending. I don't recommend crashing your car but if you do I highly recommend you go here.

when I pick up my car all my warning lights were on and still on. they deliver the car with these warning lights please look the pictures. and they decline to fix it and my bill was $14037.46they charge $14K to fix the car with these warning lights.

I was very pleased with how I was treated by the employees here at Caliber Collision. They made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in and got straight to business. The gentleman walked through the process with me of what is going to happen with my car and gave me updates. They were pretty quick fixing the damages but did such an amazing job! I can t even tell it was in an accident. When I picked my car up, the front desk lady gave me all the information about my vehicle paperwork and two gentleman walked around my car with me explaining everything they did which was very nice. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Hagerstown. I have not one bad thing to say about my experience with them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ryan and the rest of the employees were knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely recommend to others and I will return for any future auto body repairs. They repaired my car back to the way it was before the accident. Amazing job!

From start to finish made a stressful situation easy to deal with! Ryan was my service advisor and he was quick friendly pleasant and went above and beyond to help me with my repair! The team here all worked together great to make the experience top notch! Look no further for collision repair you will not be disappointed!They went as far as to vacuum and wash the exterior of my mom van which was a task in itself haha thanks Caliber!

There is nothing more alarming and stressful than witnessing a drunk neighbor try and park his car in front of mine while hitting and dragging my Kia Soul s front driver s side quarter panel for filth. I wasn t looking forward to dealing with his insurance company and possibly a repair shop that wasn t going to come through with a sound solution. I couldn t have been more wrong.Enter in Caliber Collision in Hagerstown.I was contacted by Ashley, who expertly and efficiently, set up my repair appointment and navigated me through the entire process with confidence and care. She introduced me to Ryan, who listened to my concerns and reassured me of the work to be completed. Along the way, there were several other employees who offered water, snacks, and cheerful greetings. Ashley coordinated pickups and drop offs to the car rental. The work on my Kia was completed in such a timely manner and was absolutely pain-free! Ryan and his team also assessed a minor problem aside from the repair work that saved me future stress for a long road trip ahead once I picked up my car. I have nothing but accolades for the entire Caliber Collision team. The process moves forward like an extremely well-oiled machine, customer service is stellar and the repair work is pristine! One of the most efficient and friendly staffs in car repair. Hands down.Trust when I say that you are in expert hands with Caliber Collision. Thank you Caliber Collision!! 5 stars!!

Caliber Collision was great! Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job repairing my car. We haven't tested the cruise control yet, but the bodywork looks amazing!

When I returned home after picking up my vehicle, I realized that one of my rear floor mats was missing and there was a stain on my driver seat. I also noticed there was a part that had not been replaced but was damaged in the accident and it still had paint on it from the car that hit me. There was also an area inside the bed of my truck that was never painted, only primered. There is also a large amount of primer overspray on the rest of the part. The tailgate is slightly skewed too. This was a result of the accident but was not fixed.When I called to report the fairly large amount of mishaps and bad workmanship, the manager only said, "OK, when can you bring it back in". No apology, no sympathy. Bad look.

Exceptional customer service, was updated daily on the status of my car. This was the first time working with this company and I will surely do business with them in the future (plus they cleaned my car inside and out**huge brownie points) Talk about beating the competition!!

Very friendly service the repairs look great. They worked with my insurance so I didn't have to. My only complaint is that even after I filled out 2 different surveys. I still keep getting texts asking me to fill out a survey. Maybe somehow they didn't get saved. Caliber did a great job on the repairs. It's a Hyundai that some not nice people tried to steal. And they failed at stealing it but the Shifter had to be replaced alongSteering steering wheel apparatus. To which they added a screw to make it harder to take off. They also knew that Hyundai was doing free software upgrades To make them less stealable. They told us to take it to the dealer. We already knew and had an appointment the next day but some people might not. They know cars and what's going on with them. And they had lots of different types of cars in the lot that they had fixed.

This place made my claim very easy and low maintenance.I was greeted with a smile and immediately was helped by the front desk receptionist who was very informative and could answer all of my questions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in her care.I met with Ryan the mechanic who was working on my vehicle and he reassured me that everything will be taken care of, and when I handed over my keys I felt very comfortable with this establishment and Ryan having my Car.They kept me very informed throughout the entire process of my car being in their possession and as for Ryan the mechanic I'm sure he's going to do a wonderful job on my car. I should be picking my 2022 to Jetta up at Ryan's estimate tomorrow afternoon by closing at 5:30 p.m.I dropped her off when January 2nd and will be picking her up on January 5th not too bad for their turnaround time. Considering the damage was $2,089 worth of damage.Plus to add a bit of back information since my auto collision happened with a young man, who unfortunately backed into my car at a red lighthit. He The young man wanted to keep insurance out of the equation so the caliber collision team fixed my car and the young man paid in full for the damages he done tot car. Caliber collision knew and understood my every need and definitely made a customer for life out of me.

I Absolutely couldn t thank these guys enough for putting my car back together for me! They were absolutely so awesome and very nice and professional! They kept their word and Ryan even went as far as driving my car to another state to get it programmed to me so I could have it back on the due date as promised. Not to mention they are honest and straight up as real as it gets! And the hospitality is super dope these Guys even offer Fresh Popcorn with like 6 different butter seasonings to sprinkle on top and beverages LOL I had a field day !! Love them.

This is a top notch business with an excellent staff! They hold themselves to the highest standards. From the lady in the front office (I am sorry I can't remember her name) to Randy, Ryan, and the few technicians I talked to, nothing but friendly and knowledgeable people. Other businesses could learn a lot from them!

I hit a deer and it damaged my Ford Explorer. I called Caliber Collision under recommendation from my insurance company. I worked directly with Ryan throughout the entire process. He completed and filed the estimate quickly, handled all of the communication with the insurance company, kept me updated on progress, and even handled the return of my rental car. All repairs were completed at a reasonable cost, on schedule and the car looks great. It was even cleaned before I picked it up. Jeremy at Caliber Collision was a pleasure to work with! He called me throughout the process to discuss how my car was doing and answered any questions I had. When I picked my car up I almost didn t recognize it for a second because it looked brand new! On the inside & out! These guys really take care of you! Highly recommend

This was my first time in dealing with the Caliber Collision name and my experience was nothing short of the standard when it comes to a quality driven body shop. From the moment I dropped my car off, Jennifer got to work in documenting the damages and had a copy of the quote emailed to me that same day. Transportation to my rental car was provided on site.Buck at the front desk made the initial process a breeze. I actually forgot to remove my roof rack before dropping the car off and he went out of his way to acquire the tools necessary for me to mediate the situation. The customer service I received from this specific location was top-notch.The repairs were done and my car was ready for pickup on the original day they estimated.
