Beyond Reflections Auto Detailing is top notch!!!! Josh is amazing!!! With 15 years in sales / customer service I was thoroughly impressed with his business model. Josh did a free estimate on my vehicle prior to working on it, followed up the day before my scheduled appointment, and updated me on the status of my cars progression throughout his detailing process. His attention to detail is amazing and my car turned out fantastic! I could not be happier with the results! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their vehicle detailed! I am now a customer for life and will be back in the spring for more services!!!!!

I don't normally leave online reviews, but this is a rare exception. Josh detailed the inside of my Mitz yesterday. All I can say is "WOW!" I dropped off a filthy, tired, gross family car that has been our primary vehicle since 2013. We are talking years of kids, pets, beach trips, tools, camping, food stains, ...and just life. This car has never been professionally detailed. We would wipe it down and vacuum once in a while, but that was pretty much it. When I emptied all the misc. stuff out of it before I dropped it off, I found receipts from 2015 still in the center console box (this is 2022). I had a very short window of opportunity to get this beast cleaned for an upcoming trip for work and I was panicking that I may have to drive a coworker. He wasn't able to get it to the level he wanted because of the limited time frame, but my Mitz looks like she just returned from the spa. I would 100% recommend Josh!! He worked VERY hard and also gave me a VERY fair price for the disgusting mess I dropped off for him. I felt so proud driving my clean car home and I now can look forward to this trip!Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Interior scenting

Unbelievable! Incredible! I only wish I had taken before and after pics of our truck to "knock the socks" off the readers! The previous owner was a smoker who must have never vented his windows nor detailed his truck...ever! It was black on EVERY surface and smelled! Josh took personal pride in his work and was meticulous about every detail! My Husband saw and said " from a pig to a sweet rig"! This is our second vehicle that Josh has detailed for us this year and he has been consistent with his expertise! He is very respectful and kind. He makes drop off and pick up very convenient as well!

I have now taken 2 vehicles and a set of wheels to Josh @ Beyond Reflections. This guy must be a magician because he works wonders!! The first vehicle was a 2005 Nissan Titan that had not been detailed since the first day it was purchased. After it being with Josh for the weekend, I've never seen another Titan with such depth and clarity in the paint.After that I brought Josh a set of very expensive 2-piece wheels to be cleaned and polished. For those that don't know, 2 piece wheels have bolts around the entire diameter of the rim that are tightly spaced, and are very hard to get in between and clean. Not only that, it takes even greater precision and patience to remove ALL the polish from those crevices. Josh did exactly that, I was on my way to a car show, and in my opinion, I had the cleanest wheels there.In my most recent visit, I brought Josh an SRT4 that i had just purchased to have a TON of decals and rally stripes to be removed, and the car waxed. Josh did an awesome job on the removal of 10, yes 10 rather large decals and 2 rally stripes. The car doesn't look the same (it looks a million times better) and have Josh at Beyond Reflections to thank for that!! So, thanks again Josh!!! You come highly recommended in my book!!

Josh is a professional and is passionate about what he does. I used to take great care of my vehicles but after kids, work, and home life, I don't have the time to keep my ride looking the way I want it too. I came across Beyond Reflections online and thought I'd try him out. Josh did an excellent job on my black WRX, took out some minor scratches and got rid of those pesky swirls. I'm not sure you can get a better detail job anywhere in the area, and his prices are great too. I personally recommend.

Josh did an awesome job on my Telluride! I wanted a better paint protection than what Kia offered at the dealership. So I went to Josh instead, well worth the wait and the cost. Not only that the protection will last far longer than what was offered at the dealership.

Absolutely amazing, exceeded expectations. Josh really cares about his work and it shows. Best value in the area, hands down. No where else comes close.My girlfriend got my car detailed for me while on a business trip, so I didn't actually see it until after it had been sitting outside for about a week. Despite this, the car looked better than the day I bought it.Josh is also super helpful when it comes to cleaning product recommendations.All around terrific local business. Would give 6 stars if i could.

I found Josh to be professional and a man of integrity. He had to spend some extra time on my 10 year old truck to meet his approval. It looked ready for the showroom when he finished. I would definitely recommend him for detailing a vehicle.

Josh Roberts is truly passionate about making cars look new again. In these hard times, its so refreshing to find a small business owner who does such a fantastic job at a fair and reasonable price. I am so glad Josh was recommended to me a couple of years ago, we have taken all of our vehicles to him twice a year ever since. I guarantee you will never fool with another detailer again after using Beyond Reflections. There's no reason to waste your time elsewhere, Josh is the best!

Josh is absolutely the best. Don't let his size or his apparent age fool you. This guy is a mature professional!!!! We have three vehicles, a car, SUV and LARGE pickup and Josh takes care of all of them on a very regular basis. When my family comes into town, he is so good they even schedule appointments with him when they are visiting. He does a super job, doesn't miss a thing and is very honest. And you certainly get more than your money's worth!!!

I recently found Josh. My former detailer who was also excellent had a change of jobs and could no longer take care of my vehicles. I took both of my vehicles to Josh and I was very pleased to say the least. Both vehicles are dark colors, one is a black Suburban that Josh refers to as "The Beast" Both look fantastic ! It is nice to find someone that truly cares about his work that you can trust. Josh, you will continue to see my 2 vehicles, including "The Beast" Thanks again !

Took my Black 2008 Trailblazer that had serious water spots and swirl marks. Josh recommended me the 2 stage buffing package that would remove small scratches, water spots and swirl marks. I also needed the truck shampooed and the seats cleaned as I had just driven a 14 hour trip with 3 large dogs. Josh did exactly what I asked and not a thing extra and kept me up to date throughout the day.I was very sceptical before I picked the truck up because the quoted price was excellent for the work. When I picked the truck up that evening I was very impressed. No more swirl marks or water spots. The carpet and seats looked better than new. Honestly I dont even want to drive the truck just to keep it looking this good! He even cleaned and dressed my wheel wells!I have already recommended him to my family and friends.

I received a gift certificate for the express interior package as a birthday gift. I got a hold of Josh via text and he was responsive and accommodating. He worked me into his schedule by request since I was leaving town. During the process of the detailing I waited there and he periodically popped around the corner to give me updates. He offered to do further cleaning on a couple of areas and told me what it would cost, to which I said yes. The quality of his work is a cut above the rest. Truly excellent. If you're looking for a like-new interior detail, you won't be sorry taking your car or truck up to Josh. An easy 5-star review!

This is hands down the BEST detail shop anywhere in Hagerstown MD. Josh is meticulous to the highest degree and very passionate about his car detailing. This is a truly deserved 5* review. I brought my car to Josh and he made it sparkle just like new.. at a price that to me was very reasonable and affordable. If you are looking for the BEST detailed hand car wash look no further!

Had Josh do a two stage buff, claybar, wheel clean and seal on my black 2011 CTS-V. Highly impressed!! As soon as I read his thorough descriptions of each package on his website, I knew he would be the one I wanted to take care of my car. The amount of knowledge he has shows in not only his work, but his conversation as well. Anyone with a black vehicle knows how hard they are to take care of, and that it takes a special person to detail it properly Josh is the guy for the job. He gave me updates throughout the entire process, as well as pictures. Even did extra work to it, and did not charge me any extra money. I ve had over 150 vehicles in the past 15yrs and have used multiple detailers, and Josh has gone above and beyond my expectations. As long as I reside in the Hagerstown area, he will have my business! Thanks again!

Josh is a master of his craft. I have been taking my cars to him for roughly 7 years. He s the only person I let clean my cars. He truly cares about your satisfaction and has a passion for what he does. Highly recommend to anyone.

Just had my S4 detailed by Josh and the quality of his work is phenomenal! I highly recommend Beyond Reflections to anyone that takes a lot of pride in their automobile and pays attention to the details, or anyone looking to sell a nice car and command top dollar. The difference between good and great is all in the details, and Beyond Reflections is GREAT!!

Josh is literally a true master in his craft. I was completely blown away when I received my vehicle. The paint actually reflects every image on the road because of how amazing of a job he did on my vehicle. Josh will not let you down. You pay what you get for and that's PERFECTION.

Dropped off a filthy Lexus that I bought used. Dog hair, crumbs, dust, dirt, you name it. Josh took it in and took care of it. Car looks brand new, spotless everywhere that can be. It felt great being inside this clean car, everything was shiny and CLEAN. He exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quality and professionalism. THANK YOU!

I had a wonderful experience taking my Honda Fit to Beyond Reflections for an overall interior and exterior detail. I met with the owner Josh Roberts and explained how messy the inside of my car was because lets face it I'm a female who does a lot of her make up during her commute so there was glitter and hairspray residue staining the windows,not to mention the crevices of my seats. Not only was he confident that he could my car back to showroom quality he had my car finished the next day and it was perfect! I like this detailer because his work is high quality and you get exactly what you pay for. His Facebook page for the business is just as wonderful, I haven't seen a small business keep their online base so up to date! I love seeing the before and after pictures, he has sales and gift certificates and you can tell he not only loves his job he has it perfected down to a science. It's refreshing to see someone young do so outstanding. Cars are his passion and you can clearly see it with Beyond Reflections. I highly recommend this company for all your detailing needs!

I got the regular full detail package as a gift to myself, and I can't say enough about it. My car was probably even cleaner than the day I drove it off the lot. Every detail was covered and Josh answered all of my questions. He removed stains from my floor liners that I thought would never come out. I also got the scratch service and was so incredibly pleased with the outcome. I recommend his services regularly and love that gift cards are available!

My 2003 S2000 now looks better than a new car at a dealership! I've spent more on products that what Josh charges and whatever he does turns out soooo much better. Even my wheel wells were cleaned! If you want your vehicle done right, for less than it would cost to buy everything to do it yourself, go see Josh!

Josh was super cool and friendly. Explained everything and does an amazing job.My mom's car smelled like mildew from a poor past cleaning job. After he was done I could breathe and it smelled amazing

Just had my 2015 Jaguar F-Type R coated with Cquartz Finest by Beyond Reflections two weeks ago. This coating was applied to the car, wheels, calipers and exhaust tips. Josh is extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer any questions I had. Only the utmost care was taken when working on my vehicle. I also really like the use of gloves. That's not something I've seen other retailers do. Very happy with the results.

I have used Josh at Beyond Reflections to detail my Camaro for 3 years now. I can honestly say that I am never disappointed. He makes my car look new again!! I have used other detailers in the past and was always disappointed. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

My 2009 Camry had not been detailed in years. It is now in MINT condition! In addition, Josh's customer service is outstanding! He was professional, courteous, and helpful overall. There will be no need for me to use any company other than Beyond Reflections Auto Detailing in the future. I have already begun spreading the word.Thanks!Brad

Detailed my car and did an amazing job, VERY well priced and is capable of adjusting schedule due to customer needs. I was very pleased and will be taking my second car in asap. VERY good work and corrected lots of mistakes due to both a prior poor detailing job and just normal wear and tear. A+ work and I'm glad I took the shot to come here

I brought my 2010 hyundai genesis coupe to josh for a number of interior problems, including pen marks, soda stains and years worth of many more. He did much more than I expected and the car came back as clean as physically possible.

My bf barfed all over his drivers seat and floor, this guy got us in same day at a fair price! He def worked with us even though he was busy ans got us in last minute and when we got the car back it looked fantastic he even tried to do an extra touch up on the rest of the car since it was so bad! He waa def awesome i would go again!
