I consider Bergey's Truck Center in Hagerstown, Maryland my hometown repair shop, though I currently live in Virginia. I trust their work and I'm treated with respect. They are fair with pricing of labor and parts, along with being quick to diagnose and repair your truck. I highly recommend them if you seek quality work. Stop by see Sissy in service and Pete, Noah and the other professional staff there!!

This place was great! Everyone was super friendly & cozy the moment I walked in for service on my big commercial truck. Actually, their customer service was superb the moment that I had called them and asked if they would service my commercial vehicle. Sissy was by far the best front desk/customer service person that I have ever encountered. I work in the service industry so I encounter quite a lot of people, but she is by far the BEST! Sissy definitely keeps you going back to this place! The technicians were also great. Kevin does great work to your vehicles. They really try to go beyond what is expected. The manager, Ken, is also super friendly. He will work through with you with whatever you. Like I said, I was beyond grateful & amazed with how they handled my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat anytime! Bergey's you are great and very much appreciated! Thank you for all of your customer service & great work! I'm so glad that I found you!

I highly recommend Bergey's in Hagerstown MD. Sissy was very pleasant to deal with. She was informative on parts, labor & cost which was all very reasonable. The top notch mechanic's here take pride in their work. My vehicle feels solid, safe & smooth. This entire Hagerstown team is exceptional and irreplaceable!! Thank you for doing a fantastic job.

I will keep it short and sweet . If you want quality service from people you can trust that aren t tryna get over on you because they know your in a bind. Come to Bergeys here in Hagerstown MD . Bergeys was able to get me in there schedule on short notice and got me up and running faster than i had anticipated , and in this business we all know TIME IS MONEY!Thanks to the whole staff for being super polite and honest ! I will be definitely coming back to Bergeys for work on my truck !

Our go-to shop. Bergey's mission is simple. Get us back on the road ASAP. Bergey's always does what they say they will, when they say they will, for a reasonable price. We've never been left hanging, unsure about what's happening.

Bergeys did a for me early this 2023 they did very good job I have not have any trouble with my cluthe I had air leaks and they timely get and out and Sicci the adviser she is very nice I recommend Hagersrown Bergeys this AL A&R National Transportation

I took my truck for AC repairs. Very honest and definitely goes the extra effort to make sure is done right. Bergey's is a great place to get your truck repaired! Sissy and the team is very pleasant to deal with. If I need any repairs, Bergey's is my first choice. Thanks guys!

Bergey s Truck Center is the only place I'll take my trucks for repairs! I've been dealing with Sissy and her team on several occasions and I trust them completely! They are fair, honest and always go the extra mile! The mechanics do excellent work and my drivers enjoy coming here for repairs. I won't trust my trucks being worked on with any other shop in town!

I called Bergeys to have my tractor serviced. Upon arriving Sissy was very kind. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to assist me with my truck needs. Not to mention her beautiful smile. My experience here was amazing. The process was clearly explained and I appreciated the professional atmosphere. Called to get pm done on my truck and sissy got me in last minute! Only took 1 hour to do a full pm on my truck! Definitely will be back again! This is my 2nd time getting services done here and the service, and expertise is great!

I had a wonderful experience while getting my truck serviced. The front desk clerk, Sissy makes you feel welcomed and comfortable with her excellent customer service and bright smile. She went over and beyond to see that I was too Ken care of. I highly recommend this shop

I would like to thank the staff and maintenance folks at Bergen's Truck Center, Hagerstown, MD. Sissy was great and quick to get me scheduled for new air bag install on my motorhome. They even took the time to explain what they had to do for the install. Great people and great prices. I fully recommend and will be back for future service.

I was at the Hagerstown Maryland Bergeys truck Center and Sissy was such a great help to me! I highly recommend you to go there and let them help you! The atmosphere when u go in is so pleasant and she even helped me email a document to my boss! Hands down this is the best place I've been to! I'll be back! The mechanics took me in right away and got me through with no wait! Thank you Sissy and team for your excellent service!

We can t say enough about the service here. Ken, Pete, Kevin and Sissy provide top notch service and customer service. We bring our fleet here and they understand the urgency to get us back on the road in an efficient and professional manner. They handle everything from our preventative maintenance and from fixing our EGR cooler to replacing our transmission in a timely manner. Thank you Bergey s of Hagerstown for all you do!

Let me begin by telling you how happy and pleased I am with Bergeys. I am an accident free million mile driver and I have broke down alot in my career and this is the first place that I can say they truly care about the driver. I'm an out of towner who needed a clutch on my Volvo and without hesitation helped me from begining to end. Ken, Sissy and the mechanics there are honest trustworthy people who are great at what they do from customer service to researching my warranty to the excellent work that was done to my truck and the prices were very reasonable and alot better than these other places that look at us drivers as a golden ticket and rip us off. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Bergeys truck center if your a local or an out of towner like me you are in good hands with them. Thank you for everything...

We took our diesel pusher to Bergey's to locate a freon leak in the dash air conditioning. They replaced a leaking condenser coil and a faulty expansion valve, and now the unit cools to our satisfaction for the first time in many years. We will be taking our motorhome to Bergey's for future maintenance needs. All of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Great service and friendly people. Needed to have a wheel seal checked on a drive axle and moose guard tightened up. Once in the shop, all the work was done quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable. Bonus, they have a well stocked parts store on the premises. Good time to pickup those little extras. Will definitely be visiting here again. Nice to find a shop that puts the customer first. A rarity these days.
