Needed a battery for my SUV. Associate took care of me. Found me one at the price I was looking for. Installed it, sorry for the corrosion and cold, then got me going. Thanks to them. Especially Khaleal who help me out.

Every time I come it has been great until recently all I did was come for a tag light to be rudely talked to from a employee there not even greeted.. so I can in and a guy named Louie was working the phone was ringing so with me being polite I gave Louie time to get the phones while I stood there waiting politely. Then about the 3rd time he hangs the phone up he was to look at me and say we ll do you need something he was very rude about it so I m like well yeah of course that s why I m standing here waiting on you to finish on the phones .. so he gets the light and all I did was ask do you know how to replace it. That s it and he wants to be rude again saying no that s not one of or free services we provide here like okay buddy sorry for just asking a question. Idk very unprofessional and won t be back

Been having issues with my car starting up and I figured it was the battery so I brought it into this advance auto and James was very helpful and showed me that the connections on my battery were loose and that was most likely the issue. So he went inside and got some tools to tighten everything up. This is some of the best customer service I ve had in a while, keep up the great work James

Needed a car battery and really appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of Joi, who assisted me with the battery selection and then with a somewhat complicated installation. Job well done. Thanks for your help.

Needed a certain polish for a detail job of a harley i was doing..no one seem to have it.but the staff at this advanced autos went above and beyond to find it and have it shipped to this local store so i could finish the job..very pleased with the dedication this staff offered to help me

I was there to get new valve caps for my automobile, the guys were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. I go to the store on East Washington Street whenever I need something in the automotive field because it's close to my house.

Scammed me by only giving me one of the items I bought online and refunding my money to my card which took three days and made me buy the other item therein store. Then couldnt get my discount for spending so much money. So I just lost that money.

You, o you. Where were you when the stock was to be there, I know I should have called, and your not the only 1 CVS was getting slippy to, you know with keeping enough of what we need in the store. Why is this?

The young lady directing traffic got everyone helped in an orderly and timely fashion and Ty (Tyrell) quickly and politely assisted me in getting headlight bulbs for my car and reminded me to wear gloves while touching them. He wasn't condescending about it either as some men can be when talking to a woman about auto care, maybe that's because he works with a woman? The snack shelves were bare and some stock seemed low but the back shelves seemed well stock. The cute little field mouse we banded together to catch and release in the grass outback felt safe to be there. I will be going back after this experience. Thanks to their excellent customer service.

Always shop for my parts at Advance Auto..I've tried the others but never worked out for me. I've had good history there so I'll keep coming back. Great deals, sales, knowledgeable staff, courteous service.

I had a great experience at this location. The employee's were very nice and helpful. James was the employee that help me find what i needed and he was very professional and new exactly what i was talking about even if i didnt. He was very helpful and went the extra length to ensure that all the little pieces were in the boxes as well. Thank you

No place is perfect, and every place you go to has different people working in the store with different characters, lifestyles and more, so you can't blame one person or a bad experience on the whole place nor hold one person accountable for another person who is probably the best worker there. Im just gonna be honest and say that Everytime I've been to this store I have had great customer service unless it was someone new worker there who didn't know what they were doing. Everytime I asked about a tool, product, part or anything about my car.....they were always very informative and gave me lots of advice on what to do, and they also a few of the co workers have even came out to my car and looked it it for me, and showed me how to do certain things I never knew about. You just have to be patient with them and ask questions and stop acting like they control everything at there establishment, because we all have jobs and we all know at our jobs there are things we can control, and there are some workers who don't do what they're supposed to do. Talk to the right person, ask the right questions and you will leave very satisfied. So don't be so pessimistic.

These guy's are ALWAYS highly exspereniced. If you know these automotive parts stores like I do, the difference between a place like Autozone and Advanced Auto parts is the amount of the experience the auto. part tech. has, usually the guys at Autozone a little less experience, because they are still learning when at the counter. It's cool either way and benefits to both sides. Go Advanced Auto Parts.

You better learn how to keep your receipts now because there computers start throwing information away so lifetime warranty things you buy and they want your phone number to keep your warranty information is a joke.They just lost at least a 40 to 50 thousand dollar account because all my customers buy their own parts for warranty information which is a huge lie. No such thing as lifetime warranty

Bought front rotors/pads and caliper brackets and slide pins. Plus rear rotors/pads and caliper brackets and Left rear caliper. Customer service is outstanding. Easy going great to deal with. Even when I order the wrong front rotors! Easy return taken care of with no questions. My side business will be using this location for all needs.

Helpful at counter. Needed a bulb. Researched that for me. Sold me the bulbs. Then offered me the tool for repair in the lot. Sorry I didn't get the persons name. They did a good job

I would have rated my experience with them a 5, except the rebate I was verbally told I would get by a staff member is not being honored, nor are they even responding to me anymore about it.I bought windshield wipers here for my Honda CRV a few weeks ago. An employee told me if I bought this kind I would get a $10 rebate afterwards. I applied for a rebate online as instructed and was denied. I tried to contest that and they just restated that I couldn't have the rebate. They then ignored my response to that email providing a very detailed account of what was said and when and under what circumstances.I don't know the staff member's name but he was an older larger gentleman with a beard.I will not shop here again unless I get the rebate I was told I would get.
