Wes Ben Collision Center I brought my vehicle in for appraisal on a Wednesday, dropped off Thursday evening for repairs and was ready for pickup Friday before lunch hour. The Staff was very professional and knowledgeable, Mrs.Margaret, Matt, Antwan....I highly recommend WesBen Collision for any collision repairs.

I only have good things to say about Wes Ben. Our experience was top drawer. Very professional, friendly, to the point, available, knowledgeable and prepared. In our opinion they made every effort to make sure we had a positive experience. Their work was was first class and their detail people made sure the car looked as if it came off the showroom floor. I had minor auto body work done on my car today at Wes Ben of Maryland Collision Center on Gwynn Oak Ave. Andy as usual provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.

I highly recommend Wes Ben they provide beyond excellent service I took my Jeep in prior to the date that they wanted to start the repairs for them to take a look at the damages that was caused by hit and run so they could pre order parts a head of the time befire the actual drop off date I drop my jeep off on a Wednesday by that Friday my vehicle was ready talk about fast service and my jeep look like it never been hit this location was a great choice that was provided by my car insurance company

Needed my rear bumper replaced and painted from a previous accident, these guys told me it would take about a week and got it done in less than 2 days. Great service and very respectful.

Wes Ben is the best collision center. They are professional and do an excellent job. I was referred here by my daughter who was also pleased when she had to bring her car in a few years ago. Work was completed a few days before originally promised and they do a great job with reaching out to the insurance company to identify all damage and make sure everything is repaired. They also were great with managing my rental from Enterprise as they do reach out to them in the event that they expect additional days may be needed. I also appreciated that they allow you to leave your rental at the collision center for Enterprise to come pick up which made picking up my finished vehicle a much easier process.

Wes Ben is amazing. I took my Subaru Crosstrek here for repairs after I was rear ended, and I could not be happier. They were kind, honest, and efficient. They completed the repairs faster than they originally anticipated and kept me updated throughout the process. They also detailed my ENTIRE car which was totally unexpected and so appreciated!!! Can t recommend them enough. Especially after getting in an accident, it was awesome to experience such great communication and service. Thank you Wes Ben!!!

Everyone was so helpful. They even called my insurance and handled everything themselves. They regularly called to update me on the progress of my repair. The work was flawless like the accident never happened. Top quality work with friendly people. Thank you!

Highly recommend! The work they did on my car was perfect and they were so fast even given all of the supply chain delays that shops are having to deal with now. There was a 2 week wait to get my car in but they had me bring it in before that in case parts needed to be ordered. Once that was done the entire process was seamless. They run that place like a well oiled machine! I got my car repaired within a week. They kept me updated about it the entire time and they have an existing relationship with Enterprise so the car rental process was also a breeze as well. Used Wes Ben through my insurance and couldn t have asked for a better experience. They got me in right after labor day and only had a 2 day turnaround including the day I dropped it off. The new bumper and grille look fantastic and they even let me keep the left over paint for touch up. Fantastic service, fantastic staff and amazing results. Andy at West Ben was very professional, courteous and had great communication. From beginning to end they communicated with me. Letting me know pick up rental options, when my vehicle would be ready, what was going on with my vehicle. I was told the exact amount of time it would take to fix and they held to that. I picked up a clean vehicle with great Bodywork. We discussed a few issues unrelated to the bodywork done and I appreciate their honesty and recommendations. They didn't have to tell me or recommend anywhere for me to go. I will be using this shop if I have any other issues. Andy was very professional. You definitely have a new customer.

My vehicle was returned to me looking brand new again. Wes Ben did an amazing job. I was skeptical about taking my car to this place, only because of location. They secure your vehicle inside so you don't have to worry about that. The body work looks as if it were never in an accident. It looks like it was detailed too, clean as a whistle blowing, inside and out. Everyone I spoke with there very friendly and professional. I'm very very happy that I took my car there

I didn't get a chance to use their services, but their customer service was amazing! Their team was friendly and easy to work with. They were honest about the process and offered advice about how to get my car serviced after my accident. I would definitely recommend them, and if they had the parts I would have loved to work with them.

Had a minor fender-bender and needed our Jeep fixed. Andy, Matt, and the other gentlemen there were great! Very friendly and professional. They explained everything they fixed on the car and did a fantastic repair job in less than 4 days! Awesome job blending the paints, you can't even tell it's been repaired. They also cleaned the car so it looks amazing.Would absolutely recommend to others!

To make it very simple...Andy and his team at Wes Ben are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!! They have the BEST customer service, are so welcoming, kind, considerate, and really care about their customers. I am a perfectionist, so I was a little worried about my brand new car getting repaired at any body shop, but when I saw that Wes Ben was number one in a 100 mile radius of where I live, I decided to go with them. The reviews don t lie. I don t understand why they are not at a perfect five star for every review because my experience was just simply the BEST!!! My brand new car that needed a new bumper, front headlight, fender, and some paint work, came back BETTER than how the original manufacture did it! I mean is that even possible???? Apparently, with Andy and his team it is! I was really shocked that they made my brand new car, even MORE brand new! That just shows how talented, skilled, and amazing they truly are. I would keep going on how great this place is, but it would be a novel by the time I m done. To summarize, Wes Ben is just simply the BEST. Not just in the work they do, but the customer service they give. Andy and his team went over and beyond my expectations, and trust me I have really high expectations. If you are looking for the best...this place is it. Can't recommend Wes Ben enough. I don't post a lot of reviews, but my car is my baby and they took fantastic care of it. They understood that I needed it repaired by a certain date before a road trip, and exceeded their promised date. The work was excellent and they cleaned it beautifully before handing it back. If your insurance offers these folks as a 'preferred' body shop for repairs, PICK THIS SHOP! You won't regret it.Service: Body & Trim

It was a couple months ago that I went there, but I will always be grateful to them! I was in my first car accident and they walked me through the whole process including helping me work with my insurance. They were really great and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Great body shop. Andy is the best at defining estimate of damage to your vehicleAnd the guys putting things all back together are awesome. They even wash your car so it all looks brand new when it's all done. Highly recommend Wesben MdCollision Center!!!

Best body shop around! Took my brand new 2022 Corolla Hatchback there to have a front lip splitter and strut bars painted the same metallic black as the rest of the cars trim. It is a PERFECT match! It looks amazing and really gave my car the sporty look I was going for. Everyone is so sweet and helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.Service: Painting

I first used Wes Ben Maryland Collision Center over 3 years ago and they were great, so i decided to give them another shot. I am about 50 miles from their shop and could have taken my car to a plethora of other shops that are closer to my home. I went back to them because the first experience was so pleasant. This most recent time was no different and they gave me same great customer service. They went above and beyond my expectation. The people who provide the quotes are very friendly and knowledgeable. Although, i wish not to see them anytime soon, i will feel comfortable knowing that they will be doing the work.Thanks guys,CorieService: Painting

Absolutely the best!!! I had my 2016 Toyota Tacoma hit from behind. Had the repair work done at Wes Ben of Maryland in Gwynn Oak. I had a minor fender bender and needed my bumper (with other small things around it) replaced. Wes Ben did a fantastic job, did it in less than a week (wow - I have a Volvo, so that's quick), and it was reasonably priced. In addition, they stayed in contact to let me know what was happening with the insurance estimate and how much I owed (my deposit), AND they cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up.
