Their work on the van that I had in the shop was awesome. It looked better than when I brought it in (they cleaned up some trim & touched up a few areas for a good price)4 versus 5 since I kept being told that it would be ready only to be that it wojod take longer. When insurance is fully covering everything, this isn't a big deal. However, if you are paying out of pocket including for a rental, this is not ideal

Customer service is horrible. They lie when they do community with you. 1week turned into 4weeks.I received my car with check engine light. A issues the car did not have. Don't take your car/Mercedes to these ppl.

On June 2nd, my car was hit my another vehicle causing very minor damage. I selected Lord's Collision Experts from the recommended list sent to me by my insurance company Allstate. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in to get an estimate on June 6th. On the 6th, Missy looked at the car said that it shouldn't take no more than week, since it was a minor damage. I brought my car in on the scheduled day of June 19th to leave with them for the repair work. After coming back in town, I called them on June 28th to whether my car was ready. I was told no car was still being worked on, and it would be ready the following week of July 3rd. So, I called on July 7th, I was told it was being painted and would take 2-days and should be ready the week of July 10th. I called July 13th I was told to call back, and when I called 14th I was told the car still wasn't ready. Same thing on July 18th. In the meantime, my 30-day car rental was coming to an end on July 18th, and wasn't sure whether I would have my car back.On July 19th, the 30th day of my car with Lord's, I had to send my insurance company an email letting them know I was not happy with the service I was getting and requested them as my insurance agent to reach out to Lord's letting them know I would be stopping by to pickup my car. Finally, I was able to pickup my car on July 19th.Let me say the repair work to the right-side passenger lower part of the car is fine. My issue was the lack of communication and misleading to believe repair work would only take a week. Having review the report of claim, the repair work was actually started on July 4th. I never got a phone call from them. I did all the calling. So this is why it took so long. My recommendation is Lord's Collision Experts need to do better communicating and letting people know when they will actually start and complete the work, not misleading.

The work took way too long, and the shop communicated very poorly with the progress. And I had to pick my car up pending a parts replacement due to parts delay. Upon inspection of my car the air vent behind the bumper was poorly aligned and there was a long scratch along my passenger side that wasn't there when i dropped it off. So i picked my car up with a non-functioning part, misaligned, bumper air vent, and a brand new scratch along the side that WASN'T being worked on.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Put car in shop for bumper, hood and 1 head lamp to be fixed through insurance. They lied and said all these other issues were found to no avail. They took my check from insurance company that we gave them to start job in January and apparently went behind my back and ask for more money to do the job and wiped my car out by value and created a total loss because of price galvaging trying to get over. Now , they won't give my money back and my car has been taken away from me and I'm disabled with artificial limbs. Its been 3 months and we have been told several excuses why why she refuse to pay back the money given and I'm now without a car. $1413.00 I've been fighting for months. At this point, we are getting a lawyer involved and have to take legal actions. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT HAVE PROFFESSIONAL HELP. I will never refer anyone to this spot for help. BE CAREFUL!!!

I had minor collision damage to my left front drivers side bumper,it took 30- days from the time I dropped my car off,every time I checked with them,they kept telling me," today your car will be ready." This went on for an additional week. When I got irrate about it, I asked to see my car,the mechanic had my front still dismantled, 27 days after I dropped my car off,when I finally retrieved my car, the under protection under the left,front wheel hull is missing, and my cars alignment is completely off sitting higher on one side than the other, I don't even want them to fix their damage, I'm taking my car to the Mercedes Benz shop, it might be more,but at least it'll be fixed right. They have no regard for you as a customer once they have your car in their possession, they tell you anything, they won't inform you of any updates, time frame,etc. You either have to call them,or go to their shop, and the attitude of their personel,is " you'll get your car when we feel like it."Service: Body & Trim

Dropped car off on October 4th and picked up 3 weeks later. Not one time did they call me to tell me that my car was ready, never gave me an estimate of when my car would be ready although I called them about 5 times throughout the 3 weeks, even called them while on vacation. When I picked up my car, my out of pocket of $373.31 as in addition to the $1000 deductible. Upon calling my insurance company they stated that I was only supposed to pay deductible and they would take it from there, thank goodness they will reimburse me but I wouldn t do business with this company again. Front desk girl is nice but seems to be completely clueless. My car looks good I will add but no communication whatsoever.Service: Painting

DON'T DO IT!!! MY CAR HAD MINOR DAMAGE AND IT TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS TO FIX. WHAT WAS INITIALLY TOLD TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY 2 WEEKS TOPS! THE INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED BECAUSE I WAS CALLING 3 TIMES A WEEK TO CHECK ON THE PROGRESS, AND IT WAS ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER. I BELIEVE THEY MILK THE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND GET AS MUCH AS THEY CAN! RUN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

When picking up my vehicle for servicing, they gave me a completion date of the 20th. I received regular updates on the service progress. The staff was always open to questions. Everything was running smoothly until one final part was only available from the West Coast. This item wound up being delivered one week later than expected. Luckily, this caused my completion date to be late by only one day.Excellent shop for handicapped vehicles in Baltimore area due to proximity of Mobility Works if any of sensors or equipment needs calibration or review.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I will exclusively take my vehicles to this body shop. I only have American not sure how they are with foreign but I'm sure they can handle it. You will have to go in get an estimate and then make an appointment to go back. It's always been 3 or 4 more days than they estimate before my vehicle is ready (only reason for 4 stars instead of 5) but when it's ready it is good as new. And they always do a light detail so your vehicle is vacuumed surfaces cleaned waxed and buffed. Really great service and I would highly recommend.

Poor service I only need to get my passenger side door and mirror change and they change my back bumper and said it would take 3 days to change my car door and paint and it's been nearly 2 weeks I will never use they're service ever again.

Had a great experience getting my car repaired here. Yes, it was a rather long wait, but my car came back to me looking better than it did before I was in an accident! Dave was very kind and helpful throughout the process, and was happy to comply with my various requests regarding the repair. I'll definitely be coming back here for future body work on my car, and would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

Its very unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review, the staff here a very friendly and nice people. While I dropped my vehicle off and began receiving the update texts informing me that my vehicle is goin according to scheduled pick up date(May 6th) that day came and went and I didnt receive a call or text. I call the next morning and was told there was a slight delay and my vehicle would be ready by closing or on Monday May 10th. Well, I have received any contact at all and today is May 13th and its after closing. Level of concern is growing.

Avoid this shop like the plague.1. LATE! The shop took two weeks longer than estimated on a one-month repair. They were so tardy that my insurance company stopped paying the cost of my rental car!2. UNPROFESSIONAL! When I pointed out the flaws in the work, while initially receptive, ended up becoming more and more hostile as I continue to find flaws in their workmanship. Upon expressing my displeasure in the work the second time around... The manager there, Tabitha, basically told me that if I did not accept my vehicle that they would stop paying for the rental car and I could be liable for the cost!3. POOR WORK! Its been months since the work was done and the clearcoat is still not fully cured! I can dent the clearcoat with my fingernail! Now I have to take my car to another shop to get a corrective estimate for the work they messed up4. CHEAP! Went and painted right over a 2 year in the front bumper! Failed to ask if I would like them to fix this issue considering the bumper was already off and being painted.

I would not recommend this place to no one. The young lady was very respectful and on point with updating me about my vehicle. Got there notice scratches on my bumper that was not there before it comes from them parking cars too close together. Also noticed that sprayed my trunk with paint because they messed up something which had no reason to do so because my damage was on the driver side only. Ask the ppl in office what the hell can be done. Nothing.... I m upset, pissed hurt etc. after talking to my Insurance company telling me to take it back down there I just gave up. I live on the east side of Baltimore and for me to come back is not cool. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ...avoid

My car was here almost a month when I dropped it off my battery was fine when I paid I was told it would be right out so i wait outside the lady comes to get me says it will be a minute bcz it sat over night it got dusty and is being rinsed off. Took almost 20min. They bring it out running. I go to work 2hrs later start my car and it wouldnt start. Got a jump my car wouldnt start after I started it again. My car is a 2017 of course the shop will take liability bcz they weren't suppose to touch the battery. $200 later.im sure they left the car door open the entire time while working on the body work. But they won't take responsibility bcz they want their money dont take your car here or you will end up spending more than expected

I m so glad I found this place! They did amazing body work. You would never be able to tell that any damage ever occurred! My car looked good as new inside and out and everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant. Would recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Had our car towed here after an accident. They literally lost our car for 5 days IN THEIR OWN LOT! After they did find the car they decided to charge storage fees for all of the days they could not find our "lost" car. We had our car towed somewhere else to repairs as we did not trust them to repair our car.

This establishment is family owned and every member of the family is entirely rude. Very trashy. I had two encounters with them over the phone that was very unpleasant. Yesterday and then today. Manager Melissa who is the owners daughter knows nothing about customer service.
