Service was great got me in and out no problems made sure I understood everything with my car they also washed and cleaned my car out which was needed with me and 2 kids if you want to buy a vehicle and you want to do it no hassle then come to these guys and they will make it your Bday. No credit don t worry repossession on your credit don t matter first time buyers if you divorced and she left you with a bike Go to King motors they got u. And for my Guys with no License it s not needed King Motors is the best New/used dealership in the City Tell them Von sent you to get a extra discount on your purchase

They sold my husband a suv that was filthy not detailed, all tires had low tire pressure and leaked, engine had a loud tick, air conditioning didn't work heat didn't work and when we went to open the trunk it was completely broken. We were sent to the mechanic who fixed the air conditioning and heat but told us there was nothing else wrong with it and the loud tick came from the type of engine it was. Here we are not even a entire year later and the transmission gave out.

I went here to get a new car I had bought from NY inspected so I could get my title and registration in MD. They did all the work and then passed my car. The next day I heard shaking in my car, but didn't realize what it was. I called them, afraid, and they said to bring it in. On my way there my left tire FLEW OFF. They said they had fixed it both that and the body damage, but it's still bad.Two days later I heard the same rumbling in my back tires. Those two FELL OFF and I had to get towed to Hampden Auto Care which told me that all the bolts were loose and the back tires were about to come off.This place is dangerous. If you want to continue living, never go here.

Service department is the best. Hadi has been working on my cars for years. They are knowledgeable and fair. Most times my vehicle is ready same day. Newer or older models, foreign or domestic they service it all.

This place is awful! I bought a vehicle last April, I put down 9500.00 within a weeks time s I changed my mind and said could I return the car because I was not happy with my purchase. She told me No I said I only brought the car 5 days ago. She said once the vehicle is funded I can t return in and that I must be having Buyers Remorse whether I did or not shouldn t have played a factor! I work at a dealership I knew dam well it was not funded within a week. That vehicle was way over due for an oil change. I had to pay for that because it was in bad shape. Then was pointed out that the sides, bumper, grille and hood was damaged. I m just finding out that the vehicle has prior severe damage to the entire dumper, hood and grille! The licensed mechanic told me that 50% percent of the pieces for the grill and bumper were missing! That if he removed anymore he would fear of not being able to put it back together and he would not feel safe me driving away. They over priced the car KNOWING that information and extensive damage.These people are a rip off!!! That sold me a lemon and could have seriously put my life in danger because they wanted to just make a sale. Instead of inclosing the Significant damage to that car.

Been coming to this place since I moved to Maryland I brought several dependable cars and only get my cars serviced here. always professional and very good at communicating I don t care how much the cost ima always recommend this place because they never leave me hanging and I trust them with my cars

This most be the worst place to buy or fix your car. If you are looking to get rip off this is the place for you i recently toke my car here and it has be by farther the worst experience i have ever had in any automotive pleace the rudeness here was unbelievable and the way the try to pressure you to spend more it sad. i usually dont do this review stuff but i felt like i really had to share with others so they dont get rip of like i did

I had a great experience with the staff at Kings Motors they were very friendly and helpful.Although I have challenging credit, I was able to drive off the lot with 2017 Ford Fusion . Perfect size vehicle for me and my kids and so far no complaints! I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A RELIABLE CAR!

I highly recommend King Moters because I went to Drive Time in Owings Mills and I went to Anderson Honda of cockeysville and two other dealership and non of them could help me they it my credit so many times I started to give up I look on line for a Buy Here Pay to avail then I saw King Moters gave them a call I was approved over the phone went in the next day and I just knew it was a waste of time specially with my situation But Thanks to Damien and Miss Martinez (Head of finance) THEY GOT ME IN A 2019 NISSAN ALTIMA AND IT IS GORGEOUS. No one else could help me but she made it happen so please before you go anywhere just checking them out first. You gonna drive off in a car you like. Because they work for you not again you.

Brought my suv in to be serviced. Experienced really bad vibration when car is in drive and I am breaking or at a stop light. Car was under warranty. King motors lied a said they called or spoke to warranty company they did not. They never called to tell me what was wrong or give me the price but fixed my car without authorization and charged me $240. This is after I called consistently for 3 days to find out what was wrong and if they spoke to warranty company. I paid $240 and issue is still present. They did not look at car before and they did not check it after. I do not recommend anyone purchase or service from them.

Great experience with the staff at Kings Motors. They were patient and helpful with this being the first car I ve ever financed. They were also very personable and down to earth with all the recommendations given. I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord that is perfect for me and would recommend stoping by to see these gentleman if you re searching for your new car.

My experience with king motors was top tier the first day I came I picked the car I wanted and Martina sealed the deal she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted everyone had good hospitality and kept there words my car is in excellent condition so far so good I have no complaints

They said they change my oil in August and light on now there are lied and water come in the bottom of my car. I got this letter to help people out with the issues I have with them at king motor they are lying. We go to court July 7 and I will post what s going on.trying to post the court date I took it to the mechanic is this the problem they say that was wrong with the car while the water was coming in the two pictures. The mechanic took was wrong with the car when we go to court.

This is a great auto repair business. I have been going to his shop for years
