This place is the best! I called on Friday due to having some dash lights on. I was able to get an appointment within the hour. Took it up and Bobby and the guys told me that my car was NOT safe to drive for much longer and had the potential of having the transmission fail. I was given a new battery and an appointment on Monday. Monday comes and I drop the car off. They were kind enough to drive me back home. 6 hours later- my car is as good as new! All the techs were great to talk with. Great service. Great group of guys. .. Oh- big bonus - they have the most adorable black lab named Gus who likes to give kisses! 10/10 would recommend again! I have had nothing but great experience's Using Jp Auto from the quality of work down to what I believe to be very fair pricing. They have been very transparent and up front with any needed repairs and potential issues I may have. Horrible place would not recommend NOBODY to go to them. They will say they worked on your vehicle when they really didn t. My car was running fine was getting oil to the engine, wasn t loud, only had a little tapping noise. They was suppose to do a inspection, put my brand new tires on, change the oil, but yet the only thing it looks like they did was change the oil. They will rip you off just for your money.!!!!

Horrible place. I told them what was wrong with the car, diagnosed it for the wrong thing and 3 weeks later still didn't fix what was wrong

They have good service. We got a oil change in both our vehicles. The tech told us all the problems he found. I canceled my appointment with Ford because somehow my transmission rebooted and it working ok now. All after a oil change.

I went in and all the employees were so friendly, knowledgeable, and nice. They were prompt and could answer all my questions. The waiting area was clean and the wait time was reasonable. The price was competitive and reasonable for the services rendered.

JP Automotive got me in with no appointment and fixed a repair order issue MD Troopers cited me for. They took the time to ensure all issues, even one I didn't clearly identify, was corrected. Highly recommend!

I have a 2011 Nissan Altima that I purchased 2 months ago and started right in on PMing the car with 152000 miles. Had JP flush, fill and replace the filter on the CVT transmission.They took their time and did it right. My Altima no longer bucks when I go from a dead stop and overall it runs smoother than a babies a....

First went there to have my engine checked was leaking oil and I had a idea of what it could be just wanted a second saying spent 125 on it and was told nothing was wrong not even leaking oil when it obviously was they took the car out for a joy ride and I have a feeling it wasn t checked reported this and was giving a 125 dollar credit and gave them a second chance and asked for exhaust work cat delete and muffler delete was told cats where cut out and put back on supposedly because the car would lean out after looking the cats where never touched and the muffler delete was ignored gave them flowmasters to put on and was never put on basically said there was nothing they can doServices: Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement

TOWING A 37" FIFTH WHEEL AND BROKE DOWN IN GREENSBORO.. BEING FROM FLORIDA WE STUMBLED ACROSS CARMEN AND GREG AT JP.. HOW LUCKY WE WHERE.. NEEDING MAJOR REPAIRS (FUEL AND INJECTOR PUMPS).. NEXT CAME THE ISSUE OF DEALING WITH THE WARRANTY CO. AGAIN THE TEAM WENT TO WORK FOR US AND GOT THE CLAIM PAID.. WE ALSO HAD SOME ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY, BUT GREG WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE US A SUBSTANTIAL BREAK ON THE BILL.. I WOULD INVITE ANYONE TO TRY THIS SHOP FOR AUTO REPAIRS...BEST REGARDS, BOB C

Great experience Highly recommend this place I needed to get a plug in my tire I had a screw in it Had my donut on and needed my tire back on also I was having some car problems and they diagnosed it and told me what I needed but my car is so old she s on her last limb that it s not worth putting more money in to it than what it s worth so my future vehicle I will be bringing here very reasonable pricing And a very nice owner and staff so thank you again guys for all of your help

JP Automotive has inspected and worked on all of my families vehicles for the last few years. They have always worked with me to get the best value and the best work.
