Wanted to say thank you to Christian for helping and providing above and beyond service, check engine light was on and low oil light although I had one done a little while ago. He was very knowledgeable and was able to print out and also explain the issue to me in detail so that I understood everything completely. Also was a great combo deal going for oil+ oil/engine filter as well, which I needed and for future. All staff were very pleasant as well.

Thank you, Jorge Cruz, for changing my car battery in the rain at no charge. I asked could I pay for the service and he insisted on not taking a tip. So, thank you again for being an amazing worker and man. I appreciate you !

It was my first time in this store. Costumer service 10/10. Christian the manager will help you and answer any questions in regards of you car and parts. 100% recommended it.

Decent location to get your car needs. I purchased new windshield wipers and asked if someone could put them on for me because I didn t know how. I even asked could they show me how to do it because I could have done it myself if someone showed me. The guy told the associate who rung me up we don t do that however when I purchased a battery prior to that another associate installed it in my car with no problem. I guess if you need a simple task done they don t do that

Cristian Sorto provided the best auto service I have received in a long long time. He came to my car, listen to the noise. He just recently performed a similiar service so he shared the experience with me. He printed out the possible parts I would need. Recommended that I see a licensed mechanic. She shared the approximate price so that I would be knowledge of the price for the part. He also shared that there was no need for the engine to be removed in order to replace the part. Now I have knowledge so that when I do take it to the shop, they can not pull wool over my eyes.

Anthony T. Deserves to be rewarded by Autozone as an exemplary employee. His tenacity, care and faculties in automotive care exceeded my expectations. I will certainly go out of my way to return to this specific Autozone so long as I am attended by Anthony. He even took the opportunity to give tips to a younger employee.It is odd to find this level of care among big companies. Anthony s 5-star service should be celebrated and duplicated.

My car died in Jan and I needed a new battery. We pulled up to Auto Zone at Beltway plaza and were helped quickly. Within 20 minutes or so we had a brand new battery all installed. A month and a half later my car wouldn't start. I needed new connectors. The manager worked in the freezing rain, in short sleeves, to clean away the corrosion and put new connectors on for me. Amazing service both trips. Will continue to use this location.

It s OK they typically have the parts that I need however, often times when I go to the AutoZone there s Not enough people working the register. I think sometimes they get so busy helping people with batteries and checking the check engine lights outside. That occasionally feels like there s no staff inside the store to help but other than that This location is pretty good.

I came here 2 hrs before closing and received great service from Christian. He diagnosed my car and was able to replace my car battery within about 15 minutes. He explained which battery would be best a serviced my car so quickly. I definitely recommend going to the greenbelt location for your auto services

I have been to other Auto-zone and have never felt welcomed. However, when I arrived to the Greenbelt Auto-zone I was greeted by a worker named Jorge Cruz . This young man walked me around the store making sure I knew what I was getting and explained to me how to use and install all the materials. In fact, He even went as far to help me install everything I purchased. I really appreciate Jorge for all the help, this really changed my view on auto-zone. I hope all the best for Jorge! Thank you!

I went to exchange my battery which has a 3 years warranty. The battery is 2 years old and the acid was coming out. There was acid on battery and my car. Once I got to Auto Zone to exchange it. The manager asked the guy helping me to check if the battery was working first. He said that it was working and if it s working why I wanted a new. So I told him you see the battery have acid coming out and it all over my car as well. I know that s not safe. And he raised his voice like I didn t know what I was talking out. He even said if he wanted he would not approve the exchange.Battery is under warranty and I m entitled to a new one. I could not get the managers name but he was rude.

After a very unfortunate, frustrating purchase with AutoZone online , I was routed to the shipping location which was Greenbelt. On the first contact with manager Victor he didn't give me the run around and took the initiative to resolve the situation I was very pleased with. He thinks fast on his feet and went over and above the call of duty. It's a shame I don't live closer to this location. I would have no qualms doing business with him again!

I couldn t go without writing a review. It s snowing something crazy outside . Road conditions are terrible. And my windshield wipers broke on me. I called AutoZone ahead to ensure they had the product and ask them to pull it and have it ready for me. Not only did they have it ready, but they installed them for me in the middle of what felt like a blizzard outside. That s what I call Exceptional service. Without a doubt.

I had a car crisis that I had just found out about this morning, and ran to auto zone to try to figure it out myself with YouTube videos. But I got stuck, and went inside to ask for help and to purchase products. Christian immediately stepped up and helped me every single step of the way, including looking at my car, checking things, helping me select products, asking if there s anything else I need for the car besides what I originally needed help with. He taught me a lot about my car and maintenance and repairs, and I really loved learning with him guiding me every step. He s awesome! He deserves a raise! Thank you for making my day!

I went there today to get a new battery and the two guys were very helpful . After changing my battery I offered a tip but he said no keep your money .I really appreciate you guys and may God bless you!!!

Had a dead battery that needed to get fixed on a Sunday, went here and they got me a new one and installed it in under 30 mins. Worked with Christian, he was knowledgeable and really friendly, thank you!!

I came in today with my battery light on, unsure if the problem was with my battery or alternator. I was greeted as I walked in the door and helped immediately by Justin. He was very helpful and diagnosed the problem in less than ten minutes. He was very funny and a great people person! It was close to closing time and he didn't seem to mind at all. Although I will have to take my car somewhere else to get the necessary work done, I will definitely return in the future!

Store manager Victor was more than helpful! Very efficient and knowledgeable about car care and replaced my battery quickly while educating me, answering any question I had. I would recommend this store if you are doubtful about your car and need an honest answer. Gracias Victor!!!!

I came in shortly before closing, maybe a couple minutes before 9pm, to buy oil because my truck badly needed it, and the doors were locked as if they were closed. The manager came and opened the door and seemed extremely annoyed that we were there so late. Sorry bud, but you re not supposed to be closed yet. He rudely asked what I wanted and I told him I just needed to buy some oil and a filter. He was unprofessional the entire time. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 years, I can understand the frustration of people coming in right before close, but that doesn t mean you lose your professionalism. Hopefully this gets handled.

Unlike their competition down the road Advanced Auto Parts, these guys here do not price match Walmart.1 star well earned because your policy states you are price matching any store that has the item available.------------Replying to the Response I received from the owner._______Do you think a first bad experience at your store will make me try it again? Not really. My time is more important.

They will sell you the wrong part and not let you return it. Do not trust them when they say they can match up anything to your car, because they will tell you something else and not feel bad about it. Employees can also be hit or miss, but generally are unhelpful

Terrible experience. The woman at the service desk had no idea what I needed and also wouldn t help me find what I need. I was outside in their parking lot acting like Bob the Builder for my own car because they refused to help me. They also need to fix their fire alarm Im tired of hearing it screech

**EXTREMELY HELPFUL STAFF** The brake caliper on my truck failed in front of the store. After discovering that location didn't have the caliper in stock the employee (knowing I was stranded) drove to another location to get me the part! I cannot thank the staff enough for the help!
