Super nice and knowledgeable! They were able to successfully cross-reference a shower door soft seal just from examining the old OEM part! The new part fit perfectly. THANKS!!

EXCELLENT work done by A&M. I strongly recommend them if you are in the Southern Maryland area. They installed mirrors, shower glass/door, and three windows at my house: all are very high quality and perfectly installed. Their employees are very friendly and professional, and their customer service is just excellent.

I made a appointment and was earlier then scheduled, but they serviced me soon as I arrived. A & M informed me they ordered the wrong glass and offered me a discount after I asked for one, but everyone makes mistakes. So, they called to inform me my glass arrived and to bring it back in service. They took care of me. I highly recommend A & M and will do more business with them for now one.

Really fantastic service and people. I've been a devoted client of A&M glass for over 12 years. I've had screens done annually, I've had small glass cut regularly (windows, lanterns) and I've had glass installed in bathrooms and in several rooms at our inn.Their folks are without question ALWAYS respectful, ALWAYS polite, and ALWAYS professional.I do pay attention to items such as glass or screens and if I drop it off, I pick it up. They sometimes have it ready before my calendar tickler comes due. This is the kind of service I treasure.Let's face it, in this world if someone will replace a glass piece for $25, saving you $250 to replace a whole window, it's a great service. A&M takes this small batch job and does it with style.Kudos to them. Lucky for us.

We had a mirror and a leaking shower door to be repaired. When they finally get to it, they do a good job, but it is like pulling teeth to make an appointment and get them to come by. Only use them if you are not in a time crunch. Last year they put in new shower glass for us. We did not have this problem then. Must be new help or computer system.

Horrible! We took our car there for a simple windshield replacement due to cracks and have had nothing but problems with it!!! every time we took it back they got their greasy hand prints all over the interior of my car and never really fixed the problem. And they don't answer the phone. I just left a message lets see how long it takes them to call back

Fabulous service. Called the Great Mills store and everyone was so helpful. My new shower looks beautiful in my bathroom. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Gave me the info to get the parts and them installed them with a house call. Good price for the work. Replaced the roller assemblies in my patio sliding door

If there was a way I can comment without any stars I would. No only did I have to hound them to come look at the mistake they made they never called to tell me when my screens were ready then on top of that when I got the screens back they were made for the wrong windows. Two months I had to deal with this. I'm so done with this place.
