.took my car here they said something about my plug is different. (i think the guy didnt feel like jiggling and messing with the plug to get the connector on) took my car to another shop today NO ISSUES. i repeat NO ISSUES!!

I've lived in Queen Annes County for 22 years and never knew this place was here. Anyways, I went on a Thursday morning at 930am and there were no other cars there. The staff where extremely fast, efficient and professional. Great experience.

No wait. No customer service guess he was ready to home. Do this , then that, next service 2 years. Think I ll find another place.

The MDOT Vehicle Emission Inspection located in Grasonville MD is very well organized. The staff there are friendly and get you in and out really quick. The location is a little difficult to find if your not familiar with the area. Overall, this is a great place to go for a quick in and out inspection.

Other than my truck failing my experience was great! Pulled right in with no waiting and the employees were very courteous and helpful!
