First of all, Virginia, Cody and Mike are LICKETY SPLIT with a job well done! The crew at Cook's saved my bacon ...and right before closing time. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!!

Cook's Tire service was AMAZING!!The tech VIRGINIA was very knowledgeable,efficient,personable and courteous! I needed tires like yesterday,she found the absolute best price and quality for my needs.The shop is very well organized.I waited in a very nice,clean,cool waiting area.Restroom was immaculate!!Where I didn't have to waste my entire day getting tires!!I appreciate the stress lifted off my shoulders.KUDOS COOK'S I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND WILL ALWAYS GO THERE!!

The nicest people from management to the shop people...go out of there way to get you in and out!Not only friendly but very knowledgeable and professional...This is the only place I will buy tires etc. from now on !I drive from NJ to MD for there service! Unsurpassed service! Mr Lew Drake Sr.

Cheapest oil change I ve ever had plus they vacuumed the inside of my car and washed my exterior windows and did it in a timely manor. I will definitely be returning again. Thank you cooks tire

Had no problem getting them to put new tires on my car. Didn't need a reservation, waiting area was so comfortable I slept the whole time and it didn't take very long either for them to complete the job.

Amazing service cheapest oil change prices. Labor prices are the cheapest around. They do everything go-karts all the way to farm equipment

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS...INDEED I WOULD. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. ONE OF OUR VEHICLES WAS SERVICED BY THIS REPAIR SHOP AND BECAUSE OF THEIR COMPLETE AND UTTER NEGLIGENCE THE VEHICLE WAS IN A HORRIBLE ACCIDENT. IN SHORT, THE VEHICLE HAD TWO NEW TIRES PLACED ONTO THE CAR...WHILE DRIVING ALL FIVE LUG NUTS CAME OFF OF THE DRIVERS SIDE WHERE THEY DID THE WORK, AND INTURN A LOSS OF CONTROL BY THE DRIVER. TOW TRUCK DRIVER DETERMINED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE LUG NUTS WERE LOOSE AS WELL. MR. CHARLES WALTERS WAS THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WHO BLATANTLY EXPLAINED ON THE DAY OF SERVICE THAT HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE EYE DOCTOR, RIGHT BACK TO WORK AFTER HAVING HIS EYES DILATED. SPOKE WITH THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT CANDY COOK WHO WAS OH SO VERY RUDE, SHOWED NO EMPATHY, Or SYMPATHY. THEY ARE ASSUMING NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL. LIFE IS SO VERY PRECIOUS...THANK GOD FOR SPARING OUR LOVE ONES LIFE. #THERIGHTTOFREESPEECH #ATTORNEYSONTHECASE
