I had a horrible experience with Eyre Fleet Services. I needed several minor things done on my bus and went to Eyre because they were nearby. They said it might take them a week or so to get started, which I said was fine. They then disappeared and were unreachable for over 6 weeks. The only way I finally got them to start work was to repeatedly show up in person. I should have bailed then. It took them another 6 weeks (over 3 months total!!) to complete the very minor work ($1,100 worth). The work they completed was shoddy and incomplete because they would not communicate with me to clarify or confirm the details of my requests. There was also absolutely no transparency in pricing, and they did not provide estimates before completing any of the work. Had everything been done correctly, it would have been worth all $1,100. It feels like they put in less than half that amount of effort, and their customer service was non-existant.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

I have always had good service at Eyres HD. My trucks are fixed on time and ready when they say it will be. I can not afford to have my work trucks down very long and they always treat me with a sense of urgency. The prices are fair and the quality of work is great. I do my regular maintenance and emergency repairs here. Getting my truck repaired for the first time and meeting the staff for the first the conversations I was having with their employees was hilarious and almost like they were inviting me into their small family. I had a great experience with Eyre HD and would 100% go back for any repairs.

Use them for maintenance and running repairs on my diesel motor home. Their work has been first-rate . The only drawback is that it takes them some time to complete

Eyre has helped fix my box truck and EV. They are the absolute best to work with.
