The owner was very professional and pleasant. I took my vehicle here for Maryland state inspection.After the inspection, the owner took me around the vehicle and pointed out what was wrong. I was very impressed because he took the time to show me that he cares about his customers and quality of service.Some shops don't take the time to do a showing tell.

I live locally and needed a quick assistance on a small fix! I just looked up a near by business to help me bolt back up what was hanging under my car.. Sadly the man who approached me said they're appointment only and if I wanted his service I needed to leave my car there all day. I was a bit taken back that he mentioned all it needed was a bolt and he couldn't help me now. Customer service was no bueno. I took my car down the road and it took them 10 mins to help me.

Get your vehicle inspected somewhere else!Took my vehicle in for a state inspection and they claimed it failed for shocks, which I disagreed but they had already done the paperwork to say it failed. So that was that, but I was wasn t going to follow through with what they recommended, which is how they make their money.It seems their play is to 1) Have you pay for a failed inspection, 2) they then offer to fix it for you w/ a discount, and 3) you now have to pay them once more to have it reinspected.No thanks, I waited the required amount of time to have it reinspected at a reputable shop and it passed no problem.Save yourself the time, headache and cash and go get it inspected or repaired somewhere else.

I went this morning to have my vehicle inspected. After walking into the shop that smelled strongly of beer breath (gross), I finally locate the mechanic. He immediately tells me the cost of the inspection would be $125. Then stops himself and says $150. I m a female and sadly am used to mechanic shops trying to take advantage. That s exactly what the mechanic attempted to do. I d already received a quote from another shop for $115 I just left and I encourage most who don t know much about vehicles to do the same. They will definitely try to take advantage.In response to owner: I arrived at 8:05. I was informed the person who does inspections did not come in until 9 am. It was an older guy with a goatee I believe. Gray in the goatee.

Went in a couple weeks ago for an inspection and knew I might have had a problem with my rotors but didn't know how bad they were. Sure enough they needed to be replaced. Nasir was awesome! He explained everything to me, got the fix done quickly for fair price, and completed the inspection. Friendly staff that was polite and offered me drinks while I waited. I'll add, as a female, a lot of times auto shops are very condescending and assume you are 'car dumb'. This didn't happen here. Very pleased with the service and would definately go back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

Maryland state inspection was done in 10 minutes without any problem. Owner and Co workers are really helpful and right on the toe to help the customers. Three customers was left happly in front of me within 10 minutes waiting time. In and out. I like it..

Excellent experience here having my state inspection done. They were very professional and trustworthy people. They most certainly will be getting my automotive needs in the future. Hands down best experience I've ever had inspecting a vehicle.

Very rude individuals, called and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and then the line was disconnected. Called back and attempting to ask a question and immediately being told to come in for an appointment without even listing to my concern first or even knowing if it was a service they provided. When asking the individual if he could at least tell me if they provide the service; he then stated he not answering any questions. Come to an appointment or not.I choice not: this is not a place I would consider doing business with at all.

Was nice the 1st time I came for inspection. The 2nd time I came after I fixed what was needed staff made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Tried to have my car inspected a 2nd time staff told me no because I came too late then disgusting older mechanic told me he inspects bodies I had my one year old Daughter with me. I didn t even get my car re-inspected that day. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up taking my car to the inspection place up the street in Halethorpe. They charge $85 and much more professional and respectful.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Worse place ever, I am rating them 1 star because it doesn't let me select -5, I've took my car there for inspection and while I was waiting for it, I saw few people complaining about their inspection, the long list they got for repair even when their car were in great conditions, but it was already too late for me because they already had my car inside, they are the type of people that come up with a big list for repairs on a perfect condition car, just to give you a false estimate and get the repair money right on the spot, BUT I didn't do what they said, instead I went to a different place right away and my car passed the inspection with no issues, they charged me $125 cash, they take cards, but for some funny reason they don't take card for inspection payments, which is suspicious, but going straight to the point, if YOU don't want to waste your time/money and come out of there with a fail inspection and a big false repair list I highly recommend you to look for a different place, you can thanks me later.Suggestions for the MVA/DMV.-Repairs shouldn't be made by the same shop that do your inspection to avoid this type of issues.*******************

Required state inspection on a recent out of state used car purchase. Failed surprisingly for a window tint allowed in another state and unbeknownst to me. I'm a gas and drive gal. Nasir promptly identified the tint error and offered their removal service at cost. I knew my cracked windshield was an issue but was awaiting a replacement from Safelite (60+days and a glass shortage). Nasir made a call and had one driven in from Fredericksburg, VA. It was installed the next day. So far so good and I'd gladly return for more repairs as necessary.

This man will charge you if you stop and ask for directions. He tried to charge me to sign a repair order for my windshield. Which is free everywhere because they don't have to touch the vehicle. The one thing you can be sure of by going there, is you will be over charged.

MD Safety Inspection -5 Terible place, it doesn't comply with state safety regulation for a business, SMOKING in a shop where peope are dealing with gasoline is not safe at all, the office and workplace is contaminated with cigarete smell, *** I've made Maryland Department of Health aware of the issue in this place already***, besides all of that, they are charging $125 cash for the inspection (Cash Only for inspection) and take card for any other service, when everyone knows that inspection is cheapest than that, they fail everyone inspection trying to get money with the estimate repair that they will provided in order for people to pass the inspection, plus a $30 to re-inspect your car again, I highly recommend not to visit this place if you don't want to loose your money and fail your inspection, they are also rude with customers.I took the false inspection list that they've gave me to a different shop, and the manager of this new place tell me that this is a false statement and none of the repairs on that list were needed, and he passed my inspection, I felt so disapointed, I can't belive that people can create false statement in order to get some extra cash, and that's exatly what XPRESS CAR CARE CENTER is doing....

I went for a state inspection with a vehicle that I knew was going to pass, I was in and out within an hour. They brought me to the back of the shop and put on a Dave Chapelle stand-up special while I was waiting. Great customer service and very friendly environment.

Bad attitude, and false advertising over the phone. I called Saturday afternoom about getting a state inspection service on my car. The person that answered mentioned to me that it was too late to do on Saturday, but bring it in on Monday. It will take 45 min to complete. I come to the location later Monday morning, and what I got was an attitude about 3 cars ahead of me....its first come first serve....it takes 3 hrs to complete. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS OVER THE PHONE ON SATURDAY WHEN I CALLED. It wasted my time, and day Now I'm gonna miss a day of work.

Is there an option for a no star rating? I simply called and the guy that answered the phone was so unprofessional and rude. Why would I even want to take a car there for anything with that impression and attitude.

This place is a terrible place to get an inspection. First he did the inspection on a rainy day which we found out later is illegal. Then he told us there was a lot wrong with the car and when we had another mechanic take a look there was just a small leak that needed to be fixed and that was all. They also charged for a reinspection after everything he told us was wrong and he had already charged us more then every other company charges to do the inspection. DO NOT GO HERE! They were also very rude and did not know what they were talking about.

Went to this place today to get an inspection (as an Uber driver as they re one of the select partners that offer $55 or less inspections as written on Uber s website) and when I arrived talked to a Nasir and he informed me that regular cars (such as the 2002 Honda Accord coupe that was pointed out to me) was $55 and my vehicle which is a 2012 Nissan Rogue SV (which under the MVA is registered as a regular car with $135 for two year tags whereas SUVs like the murano and such are registered as trucks with the $187 two year tags) he informed me was gonna be $65 because it s an SUV. It s actually a crossover not a SUV hence it s registration type (like the crosstrek) but Uber s website states nothing about different costs for inspection based on SUV or car and on the phone he had stated that inspection was $55 for Uber X and $65 for Uber XL which again is against what Uber states. He said he doesn t care and that s his prices. I promptly contacted Uber and reported him and also reported his different price inspections based on vehicle (non commercial) to the Maryland State Police. Avoid this place as it s obvious that he makes his own rules which is his choice but business will go elsewhere. (FYI gentleman came in at same time as me to get a flat tire repaired that had a leaky valve stem and Nasir said it would be $40 to replace a leaky valve stem only. Beware!)

Do not take your car for state inspection this place. They failed your inspection and ask for repair if you pass it. We paid 100 dollars for state inspection for sedan and paid for repair another 350 dollars for changed the break pad and rod. I just found out that my husband changed break pad not a while ago.

Trying to fail inspection for no reason, looking for those things that are not required to replace under MVA inspection. Beside that the guy who has long hair is completely rude to his customers, i hope someone make a video of his illegal inspection works and sue him.

Highly discourage going here. nasir is extremely rude to his customers and parts supplier. he has a huge markup on ALL his parts. If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend

Can't say much about this place. I called to get a vehicle inspected and was told to bring it in the same day but when I got there I was told that the computers were down and that I could come back Monday morning. After reading some reviews I just decided to go elsewhere.

What a scam. I called and asked the price of an inspection and gave them the vehicle info before driving there. Was told it was 70 then drove there and they tried to charge me 149. Watch your wallet here they will scam you for their service.
