Over the past few years, I ve purchased a full set of tires twice from Tires R Us. They also sourced a wheel re coat for me making chrome rims black. The service has always been great & the pricing was very competitive and fair. I ve had nail in tire and other issues not related to tire quality or mounting and whenever I stop by the shop, I m greeted by friendly staff - the owner Andy is so professional and helpful. If you are looking to purchase tires or need service done and you want to support a fantastic local independently owned business, I highly recommend Tires R Us.

To start off I m very satisfied with their service. I went to four different tire shops three of which turned me away because the tire was way too big, and the fourth a big off road store told me they wouldn t do it unless I had got a brand new tire all for a valve stem .Being frustrated I went to AutoZone to try to get a valve stem and do it myself and that s where I met one of the employees who told me to come over and they would take care of me. I was going to try them before AutoZone, but I figured they were turned me away as well, but that was not the case. I shouldn t have judge the book by its cover, as it was the smallest shop of them all but funny enough they were the only ones who would be able to get it done successfully. I m very satisfied with their service, and I highly recommend using them over or anyone else in the area!

Went above and beyond to get me tires , professional and addressed other problems while I waited for tire installation. Amazing price. So grateful ,started out as a frustrating day with a bad tire and they quickly stepped in and got it down. Happy customer with 4 brand new tires

Great place in the time of need. Traveling through Maryland and needed air in my tire. They told me to pull right up and filled all tires with a smile! Thank you!!

Andy and his crew are very friendly and professional. Recently put new wheels and tires on my jeep wrangler but the tire sensors I bought weren't working right. I went to every tire shop in the Glen Burnie area and most wouldn't touch my Jeep because they had aftermarket wheels and sensors. Tires R Us was my last stop and Andy and his crew went above and beyond with replacing my sensors. They were able to check my sensors which they were able to bring up with their tool but the sensors wouldn't sync to my vehicle. Got my sensors replaced and didn't take that much time either and the pricing was just right. Very happy and Andy even recommended what my tire pressure should be because of the type of tires I have. By far the best tire shop in Glen Burnie hands down!

Andy is very polite and friendly. He got me in the same day and took care of my tires very professionally. He knows what he is doing. Only small issue is he needs more help at the shop. He is doing everything. But doing it quickly and politely and professionally. I do recommend.

The ONLY place I will go from now on!!! I had a nail in my tire, I called TIRES-R-US and Andy said for me to come in. I went first thing in the Morning and Andy made sure I was taken care of. One of his employees was expecting me. I was in and out! They are extremely efficient and professional, with no hidden fees. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I am grateful to Andy /TIRES-R-US for getting me back on the road fast!

A friend told me to try this place to have tires replaced. Best advice. Finally found a business that will do what you ask. And came out totally very satisfied. None of, we don't do that, no we can't, no lengthy sales pitch, and no you need this additional repair. First impression was Bobby when I called. So polite and manners. Did what I needed and price was exactly as quoted. Wish I found out about this place years ago. Very refreshing. Go there first, and you won't waste time or money.

GREAT customer service! I showed up with a check engine light, and was helped right away. Andy was kind, knowledgeable, and even though the reader wasn t able to connect with the car s computer (because of an issue my car is having), he made a recommendation on where I could go. I would come back again, and highly recommend their shop! They care and it shows!

Fantastic service and great pricing. I was looking for my new tire place and I found it. I needed 4 tire pressure monitoring sensors replaced. I had purchased the sensors on my own, and the shop just next door refused to do the work saying I had to buy their sensors. Tires R Us did the work on the spot and had me out the door in under 20 minutes. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Why would anyone waste their time going somewhere else?

New to MD and my tire pressure light came on. I had no idea who to trust. Found this shop and the guys were fantastic! Free tire air up and exam, made sure I was good to go. Highly recommend these gents!

Not very good customer service.. I was in a pinch and my a/c stopped working, I was referred to this business which told me I could drop off my car ASAP. Made arrangements to have transportation and they held my car for 4 days. I called everyday once or twice and they never saved my info. On the 4 day of me wondering what s going on they tell me my car has 2 hose leaks which I originally was told 1. They let me know it was well over $1,000. I told them I would be back to get my car the next day. Mind you I m pregnant and when I received my car back I could tell someone had gone through it, took the change in my little holder went through items I had saved for after I give birth that are now contaminated. Not only that, I went to another shop and let them know the estimate I was given. They ordered parts and had my car fixed the next day for under $400. Very disappointed in Tires-R-Us and do not recommend.

I needed new tires for my vehicle, after doing my research and made many phone calls to different trie store, the last one was Tries R Us. I was so impressed and grateful for the owner Andy who takes his time to speak to my over the phone. He was not a push salesman, after the discussions and recommendations, Andy ordered my tires without even asked me for any deposit. Upon arrival for my appointment, they were very busy that day, but Andy and his mechanic took my car in right away, 45 mins later I was able to leave their shop with my much needed new tires.I am very happy with their service, Andy is so friendly and helpful, the price of the tires are reasonable. Overall, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience, I would highly recommend Tires R Us to anyone.

Good and honest work done here. The most trustworthy car repair service that I know. I m very satisfied with the work I ve had done on my car here. The owner goes above and beyond to do a good job and gives honest insight about what may or may not need to be done. I go 45 minutes out just to get my car worked on here.

I had an amazing experience here at Tires R Us. The gentleman that worked there was great and Andy got my boyfriend & I a great deal with great price that was better than the other local shops. He managed to find my boyfriend 4 brand new tires & got me new wheels for my Jeep. There service was fast & even when I needed a tire balancing he allowed me to come back & did it for free. Highly recommended!

These guys are excellent. A family member referred me to them and I haven't gone to another tire shop since. Always reliable and professional and great at what they do. Surprised the prices are so good since they're the best around. Staff is very friendly as well.

I thought i had already reviewed this place in 2020 but its not showing.. I needed new tires for a Jeep liberty that I had purchased 2nd hand and was referred to Tires-R-Us by the mechanic I had looking over the jeep prior to inspection. I had a go to tire place that i had used for a few years but I was quoted unusually high prices. This was during the pandemic era. So I was very anxious about pricing going into this other shop, but Andy the owner gave me a very fair deal on 4 truck tires and was very friendly and pleasant.I made an appt. to come back the next week for the tires because I wanted to run the vehicle through inspection first before putting any money into parts and such. I returned and was shown which tires would be going on the vehicle, then they were installed, very quickly!I had the opportunity to chat for a bit with Andy after our transaction. You can see he is very proud of his business. He provides excellent customer service and is very fair with pricing. I will be returning this week. I highly recommend Tires-R-Us . This business is a great asset to our town and even if you don't live local its worth checking out.

Went to Glen Burnie for a little shopping and had a small car issue. Pulled into Tires-R-US & spoke with Andy and he promptly assisted us. We already made an appointment to bring our other vehicle in for new tires. Definitely will be coming back! Great conversation & very respectful guy.

I had a great experience replacing a tire that had several nails in it. Andy was very helpful and explained all my options to me very thoroughly. The installation only took a few minutes and I was back on the road. It included a 30-day warranty and if I choose to swap it for a new tire, he said he will put the cost of the used one towards the new one.

Highly recommend this shop! Me and my husband were out of town, with a toddler (moms and dads understand that life), when we walked out to the parking lot of a store we were at to find a flat! We had a spare but it was sketchy so we needed to find a place to help us fix it, before our trip home. I called and I m not exaggerating 11 shops before this one. When I called, the guy answering the phone was very nice. I explained to him what was going on and he said we could bring it right in and he would take care of it for us. They patched the tire and mounted it for us so we could make it home. Thank you guys so much for such fast and great customer service, as well as helping our family out! SUPPORT THIS SHOP! (ps- no cranky baby while waiting because it was so fast). The other shops around glen burnie were so rude via phone.
