The staff at this dealership was hands down the best body shop that I have ever taken one of my vehicles to have work done. The owner Dennis and his staff are very respectful, and delelegent when it comes to getting the work done in suitable amount of time and handing your vehicle back to you leaving you with a smile on your face and that overwhelming feeling of excitement to have their car back looking like the day you bought it. I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done to there vehicles and what's a shop that is transparent with the customer about the process and costs that can arise during the competition of the work. They try to make the process as easy as possible between the insurance company, body shop and you...They are Rockstar's and do such a great job handling all the headaches with the process so you dont have to. I give them a 10/10 across the board. Definitely use this ship for all tour needs!!!!!!!!

It has taken me way too long to write this review.My '13 Honda CR-Z got its windshield caved in by a bouncing tire on I-97 two weeks after I bought it and drove it off the lot. I did not mentally or emotionally handle this incident very well because this was my dream car (used to own a CR-X) and I was mortified my insurance would total it because this model/ color/mileage was very difficult to find on the used market. That thankfully didn't happen but the timing wasn't great because COVID supply chain issues held up receiving spare parts (discontinued model). The tire's "sudden impact" caused enough damage that the roof needed to be replaced, and it took three months until they were able to obtain that part. Upon replacing the windshield and roof and test driving it they heard glass shards rattling in my AC vents, leftover from the collision. They successfully petitioned the insurance company to pay for the labor/ hours to remove my dashboard and vacuum out all the glass. They also towed my car to their lot on Christmas Eve!Sudden Impact went above and beyond and they even detailed/ waxed my car before I picked it back up. I didn't even recognize it because of how banged up it looked before. Freakin' 11/10.

Sudden Impact does good work, but they don't pay attention to detail. They fixed my truck earlier this year and it looked great when I picked it up (on a rainy day), but a couple days later, I noticed that they left off some of the molding. I went back to bring it to their attention and they promised to order and install the part. Needless to say, after about 6 months, multiple calls, and empty promises, i got nothing! I even offered to take the part number and order the part to install it myself. They didn't provide the part number. I think they just wanted me to move on and forget it... hence the runaround the gave me. Good work, but be sure to look really hard at your vehicle when you get it back, something could likely be missing.Service: Body & Trim

Another great experience with Ms Arghavan, Dennis/Mgr & team @ SICC, who overdelivered on estimate & performed terrific work as promised! (Lifetime warranty also).They were recommended by our insurance co for a reason & I highly recommend them!

Nice clean shop, very attentive people was helped immediately. Very nice young lady came out viewed the problem on my vehicle came up with a price relatively quickly. Had work done there before it was done nice quick good job! I will go back again!

My insurance referred me here for repairs of vehicle but it took longer than expected to just replace my bumper and the mechanical components was not addressed. I gave 3 stars because the body work was done well.

SICC is a great shop to work with and goes above and beyond!Dennis took me in on extremely short notice. The car was picked up from another shop; already taken apart and cut up, and delivered to them. They didn't skip a beat and took her across the finish line ... and what a finish! The Black Diamond Tri-Coat color (extremely rare and hard to match) which I was worried about the most, was matched perfect and the finish is absolutely spotless! They fixed the rust around the wheel arch the right way; by grafting in a section from a doner body panel; not just a piece of random shaped sheet metal as planed at other shop, and blended that area into the quater panel and rear door perfectly. Along with that, they fixed all the rock chips on the front end, filled some license plate holes (relocated plate to hitch), and repainted the hood, bumper, and fenders and damaged rocker panel.They cater to car enthusiasts who take pride in their cars, and know the level of detail and quality expected without a question! Great group of people to work with and you feel welcome from the first time you step in the door into the open lounge area and friendly attitudes of everyone. All communication was friendly/professional and I was kept in the loop with online quotes and text updates. I'm already planning on taking our other vehicle there, and even this Unicorn of a car back when I'm ready for further touchups. A+ SICC!

My car was in a hit and run at my house on St. Patricks Day night. I went to Sudden Impact Collision Center through my insurance, and couldn't be happier. Repairs took about 2 weeks, and my car looks brand new. Definitely recommended!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I normally do not write reviews, however, I can not let the good service received from Sudden Impact North go unmentioned. The team at Sudden Impact North were beyond excellent. They were very pleasant and helpful from the service desk to the mechanics. Even though I had an insurance claim, they went above and beyond what they were called to do and made my car look like a brand new car off the lot. I am very pleased and satisfied with all the service received at this location. I hope I will not need to use them in the future, but if Murphy s Law presents itself again, I will definitely be back at Sudden Impact.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Omg I'm unbelievably impressed with the body work and paint job that Sudden Impact Collision Center located at 1126 Crain Highway N. Glen Burnie did on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee latitude! I took my BMW to Sudden Impact to have the front end and rear quarter panel done. They had my car ready in the timeframe they quoted. Safelite repair....Safelite drops new window on my fender/hood. These guys did a fantastic job with fixing the dent and matching/blending in the paint. The service I received was the best yet! I appreciate Dennis. He was extremely helpful and pleasant. When they initially told me it is take 3-4 business days I wasn t upset but I was definitely ecstatic to know that my car was done in 2 days! That s the quickest service I ve had. The best part was knowing that, he was willing to wait until I got off work (when they closed ) to make sure I got my car the same day! That is love! I really appreciate everything you all have done for me. The south location, he was very pleasant and helpful as wel. Sudden Impact is awesome. Dennis is a great guy to deal with. He took good care of my car and was very reassuring about the work that would be done to repair the paint. It looked like new when I got it back. He's honest and he won't try to gouge you. I needed to have the front end of my truck replaced due to an accident I was in. Sudden Impact did an AMAZING JOB of restoring my truck. It looks like new! I definitely will go back to them any time I need work done on my truck.

Sudden Impact Collision Center did a great job on my vehicle. Excellent customer Service by Ms Arghavan through out the process. Great communication and good in keeping the customers informed. 3 other body shops in the area quoted me all around 1.5K. Sudden Impact quoted me 2.5k. Now I know why they are named Sudden Impact. Its what happens to you when you see their mark up on pricing. Boo guys.

So I recently had a comprehensive claim going with my insurance company. My insurance company couldn't even provide me with the name of Sudden Impact who works DIRECTLY with the company or provide any accurate help throughout this process ... let me start by saying that. HOWEVER, my experience with Sudden Impact was absolutely amazing. I dealt with Melissa in the office for a majority of my experience there. She handled everything with my insurance company, was in touch with me super promptly, and was able to even take care of the additional charges with my rental that my insurance company tried to skate out on. They set up to have Enterprise there to pick me up even after Melissa stayed late to allow me to drop my car off once the traffic hit during rush hour, allowed me to drop my rental off to them when picking up my vehicle and returned it to Enterprise FOR me, and even managed to get in touch with my nearly impossible insurance agent after I'd literally worn her phone out with no luck! Any time you have damage to your vehicle, it's stress on your brain and your wallet .. that's a given .. but I couldn't say enough positive things about the people I worked with at Sudden Impact who were able to lighten my load. I am literally so grateful for all of Melissa's help from start to finish and the work I received was also nothing short. I would highly recommend dealing with this shop regardless of any reviews that you may read on the internet. Any issues with my vehicle in the future will 100% be handled through them. When you're stressed to the max with life in general and you get one of these curve balls thrown at you, it makes ALL the difference to have people that are so overwhelmingly polite and willing to help. Call me extra for this review, but I swear - probably one of the best experiences as far as service goes that I've had thus far. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

Absolutely FANTASTIC service. 15/10. Hands down, this was the absolute greatest customer service from any business I have ever had.Their entire team (YES, YOU MELISSA IN PARTICULAR, as well as the owner and Trisha) go above and beyond expectations to make sure youre satisfied. I was honestly amazed with how pleasant the experience went during a very difficult and stressful time.They respond instantly to emails/calls/ and concerns (great communication) and more importantly are HONEST and upfront. It is very rare to find an honest shop that will not try to price gouge you and they actually do everything in their power to lessen your financial burden if at all possible.Overall, they are amazing people to do business with and they try their absolute best to work with you and put you at ease throughout the repair entire process with consistent updates.I could go on forever with positive things to say about Sudden Impact Collision repair shop.I will never take any of my vehicles to another shop for repairs ever again and they have earned my business for life. If you are considering a shop for your repairs be sure to make this your first stop!I 100% recommend this shop over any other repair shop I have been to!Truly, thank you guys for everything!!! Excellent service! This is the second time my car has been worked on by Sudden Impact and they have outdid themselves once again. The first time, I was rear-ended after only having my car a month. Then fast forward a couple years and we were hit head-on on New Years Eve. The white pearl paint is flawless and matches perfectly. The team keeps in contact and works quick. By far the BEST collision center I ve ever had dealings with! Highly recommended

They were fast on getting me in for an estimate and helped me along the way with my insurance part of it. Answered all my questions and trust me I had alot. They fixed my car looks new again and it was pretty fast. Great work Great customer service I definitely recommend

They did an amazing job on my Camaro. I needed a tear right quarter panel due to an accident. I was amazed at the work & when my 16 year old son saw the it he said, It looks brand new!
