I took my truck for repair and they charge me $450 more then what they said is going to be, after all they didn t do a good job my lights were bad I took my truck back for a check and they want to charge me another $150 more when the new light installed was 1,300 and they told me a need a brand new light volt. Just want money but can t do a good job. Apparently on top of that you took my box of tools that it was in my truck.

This is a great shop in my opinion. It s hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust to do good work. Dropped my truck off Saturday kind of last minute. I knew what was wrong but didn t know how bad. They put my truck on the lift and showed me what needed to be done. Monday morning they ordered the parts and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They have my business for life and I will surely send them customers when I can.

MY BROTHER IS THE BEST!!!HE IS GOOD WITH HIS WORK,HE HELPS YOU IF YOU NEED HELP.PARTS AND LABOR ARE AT A GOOD PRICE.. I HAD TO GET A NEW STARTER,AXLE AND WHEEL BEARINGS AND BRAKES. Riley's is AWESOME! I was in town visiting friends when my battery died; completely died. Not being from the Baltimore area, I had no idea who I could count on. Reviews led me to Riley's and I'm beyond grateful they did. I called and they said they could get it taken care of same day. I was warmly greeted by Jose and the prices were nominal; especially when you consider the great service you get. FAST too! I went to lunch after dropping it off and it was ready not even ten minutes after I sat down.I'm so thankful for Riley's. I wish they were in Cleveland so I could always count on them.

Excellent and affordable prices. I had my engine and transmission replaced on my 2004 pathfinder. Since then that ha my primary auto repair. Recommend 2 people here and there cars came back with issues I sent two of my cars here as well and they both come back with issues and each time it was something new added to the list of something tore up that I had to pay for. I should have listen to the guy who said he worked with them down in Brooklyn MD and he said they was NO good. I honestly thought they was cool peoples until I realized they tell me what I need fix once that s paid and done I m having issues with something else every time. Never satisfied with the work. Not a good business management, took 2 weeks for a simple repair, and when the car was ready after i waited 2 weeks they called me 20 minutes before closing and clant wait for me to get there 30 minutes, so they wanted to hold it till monday cus they close on sundays, not a good way to do business and charge me $417.00 on top of the price we had agreed on.

I brought my car to Riley's after learning they excepted my warranty company. After the attention and service they provided me I am a lifetime customer now. The owner and his wife are absolutely amazing and they had my car back up and running super fast. Best in town I have multiple vehicles I always go to Riley s for all my vehicles needs great customer service , very professional, they actually show you the repairs need it in your vehicle, their price is very reasonable very upfront , they always describe and give you all details, my whole family comes there great experience if I can give 10 stars I would they deserve it . Run l way as far as you can and as fast as you can ..crooks!!!!I made a desperate move when my car broke down in the middle of the road annd towed it to them and sure paid the consequences for not doing my homework right!!!!Very very very expensive. Very expensive with no quality to back up their work.!!!!!They are deceiving, they create damage to fix it, so they can charge you, for it, I took the car away from them and took it to another trusted mechanic, I was informed that when they change the engine, they damage the transmission cables and connectors. Therefore, I ended up changing transmission as well,. When they put things back together, they didn t put it right either.They wanted to charge 1600 just for labor to swap transmissions. The whole work was done for 650 and with a higher quality somewhere else and warranty for 1 year!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Very friendly and helpful. Assisted with an almost accurate quote which rivals other auto shops for pricing, they assisted with an issue with an oil leak and got it done fairly quickly (been a few weeks and no issues from the fix or leaks have came up). My first and last time at this shop. The price was too good to pass up on replacing a Blend Door Actuator. $60. Not bad considering how hard it is to reach and replace. It's apparent that Riley and the other mechanic have never worked on a Dodge Avenger/Chrysler 200 (Sebring for '08-'11) in their life. Chrysler built these Avengers with the battery under the engine, right at the driver side wheel well. Yes, normally you'd disconnect the battery directly from the battery on any other car/truck/van. On a Dodge Avenger/Chrysler 200, the positive and negative terminals are mounted to the strut well as pictured. This is where you disconnect the battery on these cars. I have watched these two "mechanics" try and figure out how to disconnect the battery. They're reaching down to where the battery is located and disconnecting from there. I was wondering what they doing before I asked what they were doing. I've tried to explain to them that you cannot disconnect the battery directly from the battery itself, you have to disconnect it from the terminals mounted in plain sight in the engine compartment. They keep saying "they know what they're doing". Clearly they do not. They were getting a bit of an attitude when they weren't understanding when I tried to tell them where to disconnect the battery in the proper way. I don't mind having a mechanic work on my car with an issue that I cannot fix myself, but when I see a Mechanic like Riley doing something to my car that I don't like; that's it, you're done. I was fortunate to stop them from doing any further work that could've damaged my car mechanically. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

Vehicle starter replacement. This is an absolutely wonderful auto repair location. When I first found this place, I needed a rear tail light bulb replacement. And with the vehicle that I have currently, it can be very challenging. Since then, I usually come to this mechanic shop for oil changes. But this time, I needed a starter replacement. The mechanics here are honest and reputable. Their professionalism, expertise, as well as availability speak volumes! I recommend this auto repair shop to anyone in need of auto repair service. Got a transmission flush and fluid replacement, good price and they got it done in a couple hours no hassle or trying to up sale on anything. Very friendly, I'd recommend them.

Great shop to go to highly recommended! Jose is a really great person along with his staff. Always takes the time to thoroughly check out vehicle for any issues and tells you what's wrong and what needs to be taken care of. Prices are really great and he does not try to make up anything or overcharge you and always works with you. Definitely a great entrusted shop and owner to go to and anytime have any questions can always ask Jose.Update: I still go to Riley's Auto and Jose is definitely the man!

Riley s Auto is really great place to take your vehicle. They work hard on trying to get your vehicle back to you in a timely fashion. They do good work and yes I would definitely recommend them for anything you need. Even if you buy your part and just have them put it on . They are still great at there job . As a woman, I am usually a little skeptical of some mechanics. However, with Jose and crew I feel at ease. I know that I can trust him. He explains to me the issue and is, in my opinion, fair when it comes to informing me of the price and the time it takes to complete the job. I appreciate the quality of the work that they ALL do. The entire crew is friendly, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about cars period. I recommend them to my friends especially women who are looking for a GREAT crew of mechanics that you can trust. One of the best mechanics around!! Family owned business, great prices, and some of the best work around. I have only come to Riley's for all of my vehicle repairs over the last year and have not been disappointed once. The efficiency of the work is incredible and I believe Jose does it better than anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. I brought in the car for a loud noise still drove I drove it in. Started off with a timing repair went on and talked into and engine replacement and a new starter( which was fine before I brought it in). After paying and told to come pick up my car my power steering no longer worked as well as my transmission I paid over 3,300$ to get back a car that I can't drive then when I got upset we were escorted off the lot by police. He never checked his work just told me I needed a new transmission ( again was fine before being put in his shop same with the power steering) so now I have paid 3,300$ for no car. Terrible place do not use them!

Best mechanic experience. friendly staff always courteous and professional. It is rare to find a mechanic you can trust. Jose is reliable, informative and trustworthy; very good at explaining what was needed. Quick turnaround on my truck repair completed the job in a timely manner; Only place I trust with my car. This is one of most professional and excellent car repairs in the Glen Burnie area. Very honest at diagnosis your car and prices are very fair compared to chain repair shops. I have had my cars serviced there several times and will always come back to Riley s. You will not fine no other repair shops compared to Riley s for sure.
