Appointment was super quick, she even put on neighbors 2 for me to watch while I waited. Was able to get the tint off,scoot down to the mva and come back for same day retint. Bubbles settles within a few days and I couldn t be happier. Get the waiver, definitely worth it! Thanks again!

I do not normally give negative reviews but this is a must, if I could give this company (Micro Edge Window Tinting) 0 or negative stars I would definitely do just that.I have tried to talk to the owner multiple times concerning the horrific tint job done on both of my vehicles. I truly wanted to resolve this issue without taking further action so upon pickup I immediately spoke to the lady and she denied the damage to my brand new car and stated the window tint would be fine .She also said she would have the owner call me. The owner never called so I called me back again and spoke to a lady employee; she said she would give him the message. Again no returned call so I called 3 more times and left 3 more voice messages asking specifically that the owner return my call. I have posted several photos of proof so perhaps the owner will find it professional to return my call now.Here is a list of problems I personally had with this place and the photos of my vehicles that will prove that not only did we receive a very unprofessional tint job but they also damaged my brand new vehicle that has less than 400 miles on it.First of all my husband and I dropped both our vehicles off at this place and expected a professional tint job. Needless to say it was far from a professional tint job. The tint they installed on both of our vehicles have tons of dirt between the window tint and the glass, the tint has missing pieces where tint should be, the tint is not even at all on the sun strip, one side is higher than the other side. Plus they were told specifically not to place it below the legal line and they did not listen. The one vehicle has scrapes in the tint from whatever tool was used to apply it to the window. On top of that my brand new vehicle was damaged when it was returned to me. It now has a very long dig/deep scratch in the door frame. My vehicle has only been driven by me and I thoroughly inspected it before I purchased it. This vehicle has less than 400 miles on it.Needless to say my husband and I are beyond upset over the service we received from Micro-Edge Window Tinting and will not recommend this place to anyone. If you think the price is great like we did BEWARE you get what you pay for!

They do a great job, every time . Sometimes after they tint a car it smells like cigarettes & the waiting room has a strong odor of cigarettes. But the service is great and they do a great job every time & it's quick service if your going to wait

Do not go here they damaged my whole muffler system buy putting 2 inch muffler I paid for from them and and stuffing it inside my existing 3 Inch pipe and welded it over top of it like it was normal and the dummy welded my muffler over top of the drive shaft and it's been rattling and banging since I left..and the tall dumb guy that did the work tried to play dumb like he didn't know what was going on.. dont take your cars there that's why they say no refunds on their sloppy work

This is a Small and Quaint shop.Went in for a tint job and had stellar service. Pricing was fair for the job done. Direct and straight to the point. Short wait.Need a custom job with competitive pricing? Literally go here. :)It s a busy shop but a small business. Great to support small and local businesses.

After a week of calling, a woman finally answered the phone and I was able to make an appointment for the next day to have 2 cars tinted. Called back maybe an hour later, to ask about pushing my appointments to an hour later and was told by a man that it was fine, and he had changed the time. Arrived for my appointment the next day with both vehicles, to learn that they had only changed 1 appointment to a later time. That sounds to me as a scheduling issue on their part, but nope, they had made it my problem, and would only do 1 car of their choice. Left the 1 car parked out front, and left to take the other car to another shop. After waiting for almost 3 hours for them to call, we decided to drive by to see the 1 vehicle untouched, still parked where we had left it.. Was then told by the woman it would be another hour.. Not happening. Asked for the keys back, especially after reading a few reviews, and went on our way. If they were going to be busy, they shouldn't have let us make an appointment.. They watched my car sit in their parking lot for 3 hours.. Thankfully Absolute Sound and Style, did an amazing job on our tints! Zero stars if I could!

This place used to be better at tinting and faster. I've had 2 or 3 other vehicles tinted here last year that were decent, and I only waited about an hour and a half. I live about an hour and a half away so this wait time is ideal. However, I went here about a month ago and waited 5 hours before my car was done. The waiting room is a joke, it's microscopically small. No restrooms for customers, you have to walk across the highway to the 711, and this place is cash only. I'm spending my money here and can't pee? The tint removal job sucked and I believe they ruined my defrost lines with a razor because the defrost lines look lighter in many areas now and it doesn't work as great as it did before. The tint job has bubbles in it and the tint doesn't go all the way to the top of the windows. There's about an inch gap at the top that doesn't have tint. I should've just steamed the old tint off myself which would've been the better way to do it. It's faster, easier and little to no razor is needed for glue residue. I won't be lazy and get anyone else to remove tint again, that's for sure. Gave them 2 stars because it was a competitively priced ($125) tint job, although it sucked this time around. The tint removal cost just as much. I personally will go elsewhere for tint in the future.

Customer service is trash!!! Called to set up an appointment the day before to be there at 3. I told the lady what vehicle I had and what i wanted done. She confirmed exactly what I told her and she gave me a price the available time they had open. I got to the shop the next day 20 minutes early this woman told me she only had time to take the tint off. I told her that's not what we discussed. She went to the back and came back to the front and tried to charge me for 4 windows after I specifically told her I had a 2door. She changed her price from $70 to $120 FOR 2 DOORS!!!! Also when they do your tint they leave your car a mess which they done both of my vehicles.

Got the ceramic window tint on my Lincoln mkz two different shades. It's a great job with a lifetime warranty for 159$ highly recommend them and the ceramic tint and computer cut. Almost flawless. Done in a hour and a half in and out. Looks great cant wait to test it this summer.

Terrible job had bubbles in almost every window, then even wrote on the receipt that they would redo the rear windows but when I came back with receipt in hand she swindled her way into charging me $30 more because of things that were not their fault but yet you said and wrote on my receipt you would redo it free of charge!!! Terrible place and was warned about them before hand but was hoping for the best I guess!!!!!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Very Good ExperienceI had a 1000am appointment there today to have my wife's explorer tinted. I met with Mrs. Katrina who was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They provided prompt, excellence service and quality. I spoke to Mrs. Katrina in regards to purchasing an exuast system in the near future for my truck and she was on point, and very reasonable. Needless to say, I will most certainly be returning to this place for future work on my vehicles. They are a legit local business which I admire, and appreciate over the BS chain businesses. I will definitely do my part and support Micro-Edge in the future especially in times where small business are in need bc of Covid. Great job Micro-Edge keep up the great work. I left out of there totally satisfied in both customer service and quality of work. Forget all the negative remarks.Service: Installation

This place has really gone down hill. Use to go to them all the time since they are right outside of the neighborhood & never really had an issue but now ill be taking my business elsewhere. Professionalism & Customer Service is some of the worst ever & I just feel like if you don't like what you do don't take it out on customers find another career/hobby, etc. Not only was it just that... The tint still had dirt between the window & the tint. Their work has become very sloopy. I have an appointment elsewhere to get the tint taken off & put on the right way. This place has seriously gone downhill over the past few years, I used to have all my cars done there which was a lot. I have visited multiple times to see if I could get tint done and every time I go in they are booked up and when I ask when would be a good time to come back they tell me they are booked up for weeks or that I can't make a appointment I just have to come back and see if they are available to do it that day. Also the lobby is super small and there is never anyone there when you walk in, you will end up standing there for at least 20 minutes before anyone decides to come out from the back to assist you, they have a camera setup so obviously they are aware when customers walk in.

Not sure about others experiences here but mine has been very easy and pleasant. The woman that I spoke with was friendly and very knowledgeable about the tinting process. Explained everything up front. The job was done professionally and promptly. The finished product could not have come out any more perfectly. I will be returning for future work and will recommend others as well. Thank you Micro-Edge!!!

MicroEdge did the tint on my Lancer a few years ago. They did an awesome job on the work, they were friendly, and I think they even (for free, with no attitude) corrected an issue in the tint that didn't sit correctly after a week. I have sent several people here to have their cars tinted, and tomorrow when I get my new car-- I will be making an appointment for this weekend. Cannot beat the prices.

Asked them to tint my windows to the legal level of 35%. They actually did a great job. However, in process of transferring my car I had to get it inspected. The car failed because the tint was darker than the legal level, because the initial factory tint on the window was not factored in. So the installed tint had to be removed. I went back to micro-edge to have the tint removed and I explained to them why and reminded them I had asked the tint on my window to be at the legal level when they installed it. They then referred to the contract which admittedly I did sign but did not read which stated I should have known the factory tint level before asking Micro-Edge to install. As I am not a tint specialist and this is the first car I've ever had tinted I couldn't have know all this. They charged me $80 to remove the tint, though apparently they usually charge $100. Lesson learned: read the print before you tint. FYI: the place where I had the inspection done wanted to charge me $200 and said it would take an entire day to remove the tint. To Micro-Edge credit they only took an hour.

I called earlier and someone told me they are taking people till 5:00pm. So 3:30 I start calling them making sure they can take me. No answer I called 7 times not joking. So I was thinking maybe they busy I'll just go up there I pulled up at 3:58 doors are locked place was closed even though the sign said they're open till 6. I wouldn't make it a big deal but I was trying to surprise my wife by getting her car tinted.

Absolutely the worse service. Paid to have my Subaru Forester tinted and after a terrible install was told that they only do warranty work or repairs Mon-Fri. So I would have to take off from work to have them correct their lackluster work. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Also, while waiting I saw them "scam" 3 customers by saying that their catalytic converters needed to be replaced because of their check engine lights, this place is not reputable and you should not trust them to service your vehicle, end of story.

They took our car and locked in it their business for the weekend! We had tint done on Saturday and we went to pick up the car at 5PM when the sign clearly states they close at 6PM! They were gone and closed up! We had just talked to the owner about 15 min prior to our arrival! Then they said we would have to pay $25 extra to open the doors on Sunday! We arrived on Sunday and the owner was rude, disrespectful and said he didnt care if we never came back! Don't EVER EVER EVER go to Micro Edge for anything! He said he doesn't care what the sign on the door reads nor did he care what time the internet site said! What a horrible experience!

Beware; if you happen to get a decent tint job great; but if there is any issue's they won't fix it then and there. First you get the story they are to busy to fix it the same day that the poor work was done. What is insulting about that is you have already been there easily twice as long as they said it would take. Then you need to come back another day, but, only at their convenience of course(company policy to discourage re-work). Do not get any welding or fitting work done. Just because someone can melt a weld stick doesn't mean they are a welder. I had 3 leaks along the welds, then the "custom" piping was so butchered, I would had been better doing it myself with clamps. No customer service here after money has passed hands. I dare them if they disagree with my statements to not collect payment until services rendered are satisfactory. If they did they would be out of business. Check their reviews; do you hear any repeat customers on there? Bottom line you get what you pay for most times. This time it was better to pay someone else that assured me it would be done right "before" I left there premise. Exhaust: TONY's Custom on Crain HWY. you will find no one better, and for less. Tint: HP does good work, a little more, same long wait, but you will be much happier.

This is my 3rd time to this shop. I went there for custom exhaust installation. The tech guy never say no to any job. I bought adjustable valve muffler from Xforce and trying to fit in 2010 vw cc. I went to few other shop and they said they can't help me with that. But i went to this shop he just did it no problem. They are also very cheap considering they just charged me 50. Well i also had my resonator cut out that was 75. I know they do a good welding job here. Only one negative is the waiting room is like a small closet size, worst smells like cigarette. Apart from that their work is grt and cheap too. So i recommend this shop for any exhaust work but i also recommend you to leave the car and pick it up when it's done.

Went to Micro-Edge for tint on my 08 corolla. They exceeded my expectations. I had 20% laser cut tint and 6k hids done for $225. The workmanship was top notch and the price was rock bottom. This place is well worth the 30 minute trip. A+

First, they told me it would only take an hour to an hour and a half. I showed up at 10:45 for my 11:00 apt and I didn't leave until 2pm (three hours later).And when they brought my car around, There was glue from applying the film leftover around almost every edge on the back. My car's body even had dried glue on it around every window.As for the tint, the drivers window was the only one applied properly. The back has bubbles around all of the lines for the antennae and the passenger window has multiple smaller bubbles in the upper corner.I won't be referring them anymore business

If you complain about this place then you have honest problems. I've taken my Audi A6 here and my Ford Taurus (both. I have a thing for the car). My first 03 Taurus I got done in 2012 and the tints are in perfect condition to this day. I sold the car for a down payment on my Audi and the people live in my neighborhood so I see the car daily and they're still great even though I had a cane corso and a Pitbull in the back seat putting slob all over the windows. Then the Audi I had computer done just in case and it turned out fine too. I have a Taurus again but this time a 07 (so same body style as the 03) and it's phenomenal as always. I don't understand how the Subaru had such a hard time with there tints, but f that review! Even my moms Altima got tinted there 3 years ago and it's still a great job done! 4 cars and we live in different areas and they tints on all of the cars are still 100% in tact and great! Just don't be a dumb as$ and roll your windows down before the day they tell u it's safe and you shouldn't have any issue!

Take your money elsewhere. I had them repair the back window and needed a second repair because it bubbled again. The lady who comes out the door gave me the run around. She scheduled me twice and when I arrived she lied and said she had me down for another time and couldn t do it. Scheduled me again and for a third time I arrived and she said she couldn t do it.
