I have been a customer here for 10 years and have had everything from oil changes to an engine replacement. I have always had great service here. Pictured is the old engine which was successfully swapped out in 2 days for my 2016 Infinity Q50.Great job Jose (mechanic) and Zack ( manager)Thanks

Man all I got to say is your entire shop is great!! I don t know if you understand what you have in your shop but they are on point. I retired 3 times now finally no more work for me and I been in the mechanical maintenance field for 44 years I ve seen and done a lot. From your front desk and throughput your shop you are blessed with your crew!!!

Zack was very friendly, and the service was excellent. Not only did they quoted me a price much better than other places I looked into. They still gave a discount on the work they were able to complete much sooner than anticipated. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will be coming again when my car requires it.

I was searching around for answers regarding (various topics) with my Honda and found this Meineke Car Care Center. The main issue was vibration while driving- which seemed odd after ruling out all aspects prior that would be a typical culprit. When I reached out via phone and explained everything, Landon was very patient, listened thoroughly, and assisted with proper communication. Fast forwarding, I had the pleasure of working with Zack as well regarding this topic and others. Both Landon and Zack were nothing but honest, kind, and helpful. They understood my perfectionism and mental state. Scheduling any appointment was a piece of cake. Efficiency and quick turn around times were two topics they deserve a pat on the back for. We communicated in great detail and dove into other areas of concern with my transmission- (I previously had a workmanship issue with a Honda Dealership). As a final result, they handled a transmission install as well. They did not treat me like I had 10 eyes like Honda, and instead worked with me versus against me.In working more direct with Zack, he not only took measures above and beyond to ensure we were on the same page, but he took steps in the proper level of direction and didn t jump to tasks that were not necessary to address. Fast forwarding a ton of calls, visits, dissecting issues/concerns- both Landon and Zack were stress free to work with. Zack assured that I had a peace of mind as a result of any route taken, which to me and my awful mechanical history- meant a lot.Their mechanic, Jose, has assisted myself and my spouse on a few occasions throughout this length of time and seems quite knowledgeable. It is hard to find a good shop to trust, but it is even harder to find individuals that pride themselves in their work and final outcomes.I recommend this shop and their employees. They treat time as a valued part of their work- like it should be. This doesn t just go based on a customer s standpoint, but as the business itself. I will continue to follow their guidance and utilize this shop moving forward for any future needs. It seems some things are a revisited topic and I know they will help me through every step, anytime.

I needed an alternator done on short notice and Zack had me come same day and the gentleman who installed it did a great job plus I needed a switch for battery which they had and the price was great! Thank you Zack Logan and the mechanic. I will be coming back in the future if I need to

Zack was awesome. I came in with a check engine light and he got me help on short notice. While I was waiting on my car I saw him help a woman find the best deal on parts to get her car fixed. I wound up needing a catalytic converter. It has been running great since. Thanks guys!

I had my breaks done, I had a lot of apprehension because my vehicle is a BMW X5 2020 and I never took it to no other place except BMW. However I realize I can absolutely trust Meineke for my service. There did a great job.

My car's exhaust system was troubling, scheduling on the website was very convenient and easy. Overall the process from scheduling on the website through the entire service was first rate. I will definitely return when I have another needed service.

Really easy going guys to talk with an super fast to get in get the problem or oil change done an get your car back to you definitely would highly recommend this spot for quick oils changes or really any upkeep for your vehicle

I was having issues with my starter and shopped around for a price that sounded reasonable to me with good quality work. The staff at Meineke was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with a reasonable rate and was able to do it in the same day. It only took 1 hour!!! I will recommend to anyone having trouble with their vehicle & this will now be my go to place!

I recommend the Ritchie Highways location always been my go to those guys know what their doing unlike the route 40 national pike location
