Poor customer service last night from Matt. I pulled up to get my tire fixed and waited 20 minutes, until a tow truck back in a van in with a flat tire to be repaired. Matt comes out and tells me to back my car up and then works on the van that came in 20 minutes after I did. I would always bring Matt business and refer people to him . Being a small business and myself living in the neighborhood I would always try to support his shop until last night. He just lost all of my business and refers. I will find someone else to fix my tires or get tires from. Very unprofessional from Matt last night..

Friendly staff and was in a pinch to get 4 tires mount and balanced late in the day in and out in 20 min would recommend to to anyone will be back soon with my other car to get done

This spot is on point. We had a flat and was in a jam. They got us going in less then 10 minutes. They gots tires for everything and everyone at the best prices. They'll get you rolling in no time. Frfr the best experience from a horrible situation. These guys dont play. The service was excellent exceptional and pleasant. I would give them 6 stars if that was an option.

I have never worked with anybody more knowledgeable and more caring in the tire business ! He mounted my "brand new rims" and tires flawlessly without even a single fingerprint left behind ! , he did this service at the Annapolis location where he himself personally did the work ! I absolutely love this guy ! he is my twin ! we even have the same first names ! :-) great prices !, great tires ! And best of all ! ....great and caring service ! What more could you ask from a business !?? Matt has 2 locations for your convenience ! one in Glen Burnie and one in Annapolis ! go see him today for all your tire needs and tell him his twin sent you ! Matt C.

Went here today, Sunday morning 7/30/2023 and was helped right away! I ve had an issue with my tire leaking air for a couple weeks. I ve taken the car to a few other shops who told me that nothing was wrong with the tire so I decided to try Matt s and within 2 minutes they found 2 holes in the tire which I was shown and were able to replace the tire with a new one! This shop is great!! Highly recommend!!

Great service and prices they have new and used tires. Literally, my tire was 270 there. It is even higher elsewhere brand new, got one used for 55 same tire. Only had a little wear on it basically the break-in period or just a little more. They get you in and out and come on if you want to get a new set of tires why not get them with a little wear you save a ridiculous amount of money and you can be in and out in 25 minutes.

$30 to mount and balance a tire is acceptable but the fact you charge $20 for a valve stem is down right disgusting and robbery. They re $4 at AutoZone less than 5 mins down the road and I know you re getting them for wayyy less than that price because I guarantee you have a commercial account.

Matt is awesome! He was there very early to help us fix our flat tire - fair prices and good conversations! We are from out of state but if we ever run into a problem again near by we will be back for sure - highly recommend this business!

I used to frequent this shop often due to the rough conditions of Baltimore City streets and have always been pleased with the service. Carlos one of the technicians is very knowledgeable about tires and fast at what he does. However the office portion of this business is intolerable . I was asked to retrieve a receipt from my insurance company for work done and I was lied to several times about someone handling it for me. I am now out of $132 all because the secretary barely frequented the office and was unresponsive to messages left with the owner

I was initially towed to this location because I had a flat tire and I needed a quality used tire. Once I arrived, the only tire that they had left in my size was balding and they asked me to pay full price for the bald tire. I refused to pay full price for a tire that s balding in the middle. I called the owner, and he stated I should take the tire or buy a brand new tire. I told him that s dangerous to sell a used tire. That s balding, and I would have eventually ended up replacing sooner than later. I stated can i take the tire and when you get better ones in, give me a call. He pretty much said no, he doesn t want to chase me for a quality tire. The owner wouldn t even discount the unacceptable tire. I asked if a new tire would be discounted and no was the option as well. Let me ask the owners this, if it was the middle of the night and you gave someone that tire you tried to sell to me, how can you sleep at night? Potentially putting someone at risk. In the future, please go somewhere else. They do not care about safety first. It s the dollar that s important at the end of the day.

After hitting a big rock on the road and realizing an instant flat, I was towed to Matt's Auto & Tire, because of proximity, tow truck driver recommendation and because they had my tire in stock. Turns out the tire is undamaged but the rim is severely dented. While we waited they rebuilt the rim, an incredible effort to rebuild and smooth out to assure a near perfect seal a very impressive effort. I'd come back for all of my tire work.

The service that I received here was top notch. They sell new and used tires and when they didn't have what I needed in stock they ordered it right away. I would definitely recommend, oh and did I mention this was Christmas Eve after 8:00 at night they was still open. Also the price for new tires wasn't bad.

Had a nail in my tire on a late drive home well after any other auto/tire place I'm aware of has closed for the night. Thankfully Matt's Tire is open 24 hours and their service is phenomenal. Matt himself was there, honest and very friendly, and the technician didn't even take 10 minutes to plug the tire. Couldn't have asked for better treatment.

This shop is well managed. The team work is awesome. The employees work quickly and thoroughly to resolve your tire and auto issues. They showed me the work done to be sure I was completely satisfied before reinstalling the tire. I was in and out so quickly. They ask if you'd like to tip the employee who worked on my car. I was so happy I tipped $10 on a $25 repair. I definitely recommend Matt's Tire and Auto Service.

Matt's Tire & Auto services saved me BIG Time last night!! I got a flat in the rain in the evening when all tire places are usually closed. However these guys are open 24 Hrs!!! I was a wet frantic mess and they came to my rescue. I was riding on a donut trying to find them, so I called and spoke to the owner and he helped me with directions and calmed me down basically haha. They gave me a GREAT PRICE! They were super friendly and I was in and out very quickly!! I WILL ONLY BE GOING TO THESE GUYS for my tire needs and will refer ANYONE I know to them as well!!! Thank you Carlos and his pops for helping me in my time of need!!! You truly saved me!!!

This 24 hour spot is the best! I broke down and have a complete flat tire in Bowie, MD. I didn't have a donut in my car and this was on a Saturday around 6:00PM and I was running out of options. My friend referred me to this location. My insurance company set me up with a tow truck. When I arrived around 11:00PM I was the only car and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were quick and professional! I would recommend 10 out of 10 times!

Fast, and quick for minor tire needs. They fix flats, offer reasonably priced used tires as well as brand new tires that they will mount and balance for an additional fee.

The business has gentleman there and they were very courteous, efficient, business minded, professional s. They got my tire right and it was not that pricey. I will return if I need tire assistance in the future. My son also had his car towed here and the gentleman took great care of him.

We were on our way to the beach at 8:00 on a Friday night in a pickup truck packed to the gills when we noticed that our tire was losing air at an alarming rate. Did a quick Google search and found Matt's which was a godsend. They were fast, efficient, and really kind. Super satisfied customers!

The guy who took care of my tire was friendly and took his time but I woke up with the tire completely flat. Now what are the chances i got a massive puncture, close to none. There was clearly a leak he didn t notice.

We have lived in Aa County for 20 years and had never heard of this place. Until one fateful Sunday where we had a nail in our tire and didn't realize it until 4ish pm. Everyone else in Glen burnie is closed or closing and I was worried about being able to get it fixed before our morning commute on Monday. A friend recommended this shop, and I'm so glad. Even though they were busy, we were in and out in an hour.

I blew out a tire on I-95 and got a tow to Matt's. Despite being 8pm on a Saturday night, I got a new tire installed and on my way.Matt is a really great guy who shows a sincere appreciation for his customers.Amazing inventory, although the price was a little bit higher than exactly, but well worth the cost for good service at odd hours.Thanks Matt. You ROCK!

Don't judge a place by its cover. This tire place is open 24 hours a day with super helpful staff. I can't tell you how many tires they have saved for me. They fix the problem quickly and tell you different options on how to solve your problem. I would definitely recommend this place.

Got a flat tire and because I had to come to work the next morning, I needed to have the tire replaced today. After a big hassle with getting my car there I was delighted to have the quickest and most pleasant experience at Matt s. The tire was replaced with a used one in under twenty minutes, and I had gotten there at approximately 11:00 pm. I was treated respectfully, offered a different option (to patch the tire, though I declined) and even received a small discount. I will definitely keep Matt and his shop in mind whenever something like this happens again and I highly recommend his services!
