JRP are great in general but this review is about Norman. Awesome guy! Takes care of you and your builds. They answer questions and give advice even if they dont carry the part themselves, just to make sure you are doing things right. A+ from me and friends who have dealt with Norman.

Best prices they even beat online prices for me. Norman is very knowledgeable just ask him and he will help even more technical questions. Lots of stuff like in stock. Great prices on Sprint boosters and Borg Warner

In world where customer service is a lost art, there are exceptions. I, as a small business owner thrive on great customer service. It is not a weakness, it is a strength! Norman at JRP is an exception. I stopped in with a Sprint Booster that I wanted ( it is great product) reconected and he took the time to explain the reinstalling process. A bit a of a surprise was when he said he would put it in. He did, and refused any compensation! Product knowledge is superior and great customer service, a winning combination!! I highly, very highly recommend JRP USA!
