I was so pleased to have found a company that still practices great customer service. From getting us to the rental company and waiting with us, which was great as there was an issue with the rental (so they were there to take us back to get our car so we would not be stranded or without transportation) to explaining the process and keeping us informed through out the process. They made us feel like we were the only customer and have been very attentive to our needs. I would recommend using this facility before any others if you want great service which starts the moment you walk in the door and doesn t end until you drive away with your vehicle. I assume it will extend far past that if need be. Great customer service, great detailed work and very professional with a feeling of family.

The staff at JBA Collision Center were extremely friendly and professional. They made sure my truck was repaired using factory parts. When my vehicle was finished it looked better than new. I could not believe how much effort went into cleaning and detailing my Colorado. I hope to not need JBA s services in the future but if I have the misfortune of hitting another deer or worse, I wouldn t hesitate to call Dave. Thanks so much !

The service needed in my truck took a bit of time. Dropped vehicle at 9am and was ready at around 3:30pm. The good thing is they have a shuttle service that I was able to use to be dropped off at home and be picked up once more once my car was ready.Services: Transmission, Oil changeServices: Transmission, Oil change

Very impressed with the recent service I received. Brought my car in for a check engine light which was causing the engine to shut off. The part was covered under the factory warranty. My car was repaired quickly at no charge to me. In addition JBA fixed an open recall that I was not aware and fully charged my battery (Chevy Volt) while they had it. I highly recommend JBA for any Chevy repairs!Service: Electrical

I do not understand how you can take a car in for service and it come back worst than it came in. Ever time I go in they tell me I need rotors. How often do this happen and I check break pads every time I get an oil change. I should have realized something when they brought my car into the Bay Area then back out and bought the car back dirty. It sad when you can t get good service for the car you love. I cause it s time for a change. Brakes was my main reason for coming in, I have stop for a while but I really just love Infini cars. But know wears this was my very last time.Thanks for asking. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Janet did an awesome job in working with my insurance company, keeping me informed every step of the way and went way beyond the norm in ensuring my body work was perfect and the process was seamless for me. With the body work and a detailed car wash, my 2009 looked like a brand new vehicle! Can't promise that for you but you'll be pleased with their work!

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Talked with Janet to get scheduled and estimate information. Roger walked me through details of the repairs that would be completed. They kept me updated on the process and status of the vehicle as repairs were completed. We received excellent service and the vehicle looks fantastic. I had $15K of work done on my car after being badly rear ended. J.B.A.Collision Center, in Glen Burnie, MD brought my car back to life. I am thankful to the entire staff of the collision center. They ensured that my Equinox was repaired to code and ready and safe for me to drive it again. I had a flat tire and had to get ride side assistance however I had a tire light error on my dash came to JBA & was charged $40 to turn the light off which I thank was high only because I am a regular customer of this location to do so with a car wash a total of 15 mins.Service: TiresService: Tires

Had the pleasure of having J.B.A. Collision Center repair my car that was unfortunately involved in a four car accident in July 2021. Luckily, my car had minimal damage to the rear bumper and trunk. Once J.B.A. received my vehicle, they were quick to contact me to let me know that they received it and that I would receive another phone call to discuss the damages. My car was out for at least two to three weeks due to parts being stuck in transit during COVID. I honestly didn't think that I would have my car back on the road that fast. Their entire staff were really nice and also made sure that I was helped right away after walking in. If you or a loved one, friend, etc. ever finds themself needing body repairs done, I would highly recommend taking your or their vehicle to J.B.A. Collision Center. These guys were great and their work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle.

I bought my 2021 Trailblazer in August 2020. I was very pleased with the customer service I received! I am also very with my Trailblazer, this is the first car that I have owned on my own. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON AND I REPEAT DO NIT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I ve used JBA collision before in the past and the folks that ran the place cared and were about there business however nowadays the people and their service are trash! They lack integrity and professionalism and they shouldn t be in business. JBA Service center around the corner is just as bad and I ve bought all my vehicles from them. I will never be back again. I made an appointment online. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was told that they do not take appointments, and that it is first come first serve, and that there were a few people in front of me in line. Irritated, but understanding, I asked if I could just fill out information and wait to hear back. The person behind the front desk kindly gave me a form to fill out, and took pictures of my car to obtain the estimate. They had to call me while I was on my way home to get my VIN number. I thought that it was odd that they didnt have that field on the form (nor one for email, I just added it somewhere on the form), but I didn't think much of it. The next day, towards the end of the day, I hadn't heard back. So i called, asked for an update on the estimate, to which I was asked who i wanted to speak to, to which I replied, "Whoever gives the estimates on repairs." I was then transferred to an unaffiliated Chevy dealership. Deeply confused, I apologized to the Chevy rep and hung up. I never heard anything else from JBA. I dont even know what to make of my experience. Confusing, irritating, and fruitless.

I would give them no stars if I could. the manager on site names Tim was very rude to both myself and my mother. my car was here to be inspected and upon waiting my mother spoke to Tim for information and he quickly had an attitude which made us move our car to another location. before the car was moved there were items stolen from my car. I called and spoke to Tim again about the stolen items and he insisted that nobody steals from this location. he did not want to listen to anything I had to say, constantly cutting me off, and quickly got an attitude with me. I will not be spending any money with a location like this. how can they care for my car if they can't even care for their customers?

Outstanding operation. I recently had some repairs completed and could not be more pleased with the communication, honesty, workmanship and professionalism of everyone I spoke to. Dave Whitesell was a pleasure to work with and his management of the repair process was top notch. Don't even bother shopping around, these guys are tremendous.

I am currently using JBA Collision Center to do some paint repairs on my vehicle. They were very quick to schedule the repair, and arrange for the rental car company to meet me at JBA. The gentleman explained the process to me. And called me a few days later to keep me updated. So far, so good!

Service performed was done appropriately. When ttention to what he was doing when he moved the seat the car was returned to me, the driver's seat electrically workings was jammed and would not work properly. The employee moved the seat extremely back so he could drive it to the service area for service and a large flashlight got stuck under the seat and prevented the seat from moving up or back. The representative from the service desk had to take it back to have it repaired. BUT, it should never have happened if the employee h ad been more careful.

I took my truck here for repair because of a hit and run. The person I dealt with was very kind even buffed off the paint that was left on my car so I wouldn't have to drive around like that. I thought that was excellent customer service.

I'm writing this review because all too often, only dissatisfied customers take the time to be heard. The fact is that JBA Collision Center has repaired both of our cars in less than a year... and yes, it would be nice if people would stop hitting our cars for a while.The day after Christmas 2017, my wife's Chevrolet Cruze LT was rear-ended while at a stop and driven into the car in front, causing both cosmetic and mechanical damage to the front and back. JBA repaired the car and made it look like new. When a hidden mechanical problem surfaced shortly thereafter, they took no chances. They arranged to have the car transported back to their shop and ensured that the problem was identified and fully corrected. We haven't had any problems with it since then.A few weeks ago, my Chevrolet Bolt EV was side-swiped from behind while stopped in traffic. Thankfully, the damage was not nearly as extensive as what my wife's car experienced, but some painting was anticipated. During the repair, JBA notified me that their (very talented) technician was able to correct the damage through wet sanding and buffing, thus avoiding the need for disturbing the factory paint finish and also reducing the costs by several hundred dollars. I picked the car up yesterday, and it looks like new.In addition to their fine body and mechanical work, JBA has demonstrated excellent customer service both times that they have worked on our cars. They were polite, communicative, and considerate of our needs. They worked seamlessly with both our insurance company and the rental car company, making our overall experience smooth and convenient. Plus, their insurance work is warranted for as long as we own our vehicles.I would recommend JBA Collision Center without hesitation to anyone who needs their services. They have served my wife and I very well, and although I certainly hope never to need their services again, I will trust them again should the need arise.
