HIGHLY RECOMMEND this auto repair shop! I drove past one day, and decided to give them a try for an oil change. I have been back for all car care services since then! The service is very quick and efficient. Royce provides excellent customer service every time, and provides updates throughout the service. Most recently, he informed me that my vehicle had an issue that I was unaware of- but check this out: instead of trying to charge me to fix the issue at his shop, he researched my car s manufacture warranty and guided me through the process of getting my car s manufacturer to fix the issue and cover the repairs under warranty . it ended up being a success and saved me a bunch of money! If you are looking for an auto repair shop that is efficient, provides excellent customer service, has reasonable pricing, and most importantly- a genuine business owner that looks out for you, THIS is the place!

Let me just start off by saying that Gov-motors took care of me! From the moment I stepped foot in the car shop an employee was taking care of my car. Not only did they take my car within 30 minutes of me calling but they were able to diagnose and order car parts before I even left the shop. Efficient and excellent customer service! Kept me posted with steps that would happen next with the car and gave an estimate time of when all repairs would be done. I will be going back for future car repairs and referring friends because Gov motors took great care of my car.

A classy establishment. Roy is a true gentleman. He takes care of you as soon as you arrive for service and offers you just about anything you want. He takes his time with you even when he is busy and has other customers.The prices are excellent and the work is done meticulously with quality results. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants high quality work done at a fair, honest price.The tech Charles, (that worked on my cars) was very knowledgeable and skilled. He was very approachable and I felt 100% comfortable with him working on my cars.

Exceptional service experience at Gov-Motors in Glen Burnie! I've been there twice, and both times, Mr. Royce and the team delivered impeccable service. Their friendliness, coupled with speedy and efficient work, truly sets them apart. Plus the waiting room was clean and comfy!They were able replace my radiator, top off my oil, rotate my tires, and had my vehicle ready in just one day. Gov Motors is my go-to for reliable and fast automotive care.

My car wouldn t start and Charles explained how corrosion happens on wires and that s exactly what the problem was with my battery and cables. Very knowledgeable Royce is very kind. A gentleman and treats customers with respect.

I am a travel nurse and three of my indicator lights came on. None of the Dodge dealerships could get me in for at least 2 weeks. I had heard about Gov-Motors from this really nice guy and called. They got me in the next day. After a couple of days and a few other issues later, they had fixed everything including finding a tire that had split in the rear. They did a great job and I highly recommend them! I'm sorry for what I said though.

I got lucky finding this place.While driving through Baltimore my car broke down late Saturday afternoon. Did the quick map search and this was the closest shop. I called and he said and if you can get it here we will get right on it!He is a man of his word and when I arrived him and the mechanic got to it and helped diagnose the problem. Both came back on SUNDAY to help us out further. He worked with me on the cost of labor and materials and though the engine failure was catastrophic, he allowed me to leave it there while I sorted out getting the car towed and sold for parts.Cant say enough about this man. Heck of a guy. Honest, good communicator, empathetic, considerate etc. Him and the mechanic are a solid team that provide reliable auto service for the community.While most small shops are closing, he is looking to expand to serve his area and veterans.Need a local mechanic you can trust? Here ya go.

GOV-MOTORS is a great place to have your car serviced. Royce and Juan are professional, friendly, and efficient. The waiting room is also very comfortable. Overall, it's a 5-star experience!

Very friendly and welcoming. The mechanics did the diagnosis on two of my cars right on the spot and had my cars back the same day I took them in. They work fast and are thorough.

Went in for a belt because of it being noisy and they were beyound respectful and kind and made iur first experience welcoming!! Highly highly recommend this shop to anyone!! Fair prices there not there to make a buck there there to have you leaving happy!!!

I got my truck serviced here and these guys mean business! They didn t try the big dealership sales pitches to oversell what I needed. Straight forward about what was needed done and talked me through it so I understood. I thought the price was already better than what I ve been given elsewhere and then he asked me if I was military. I told him I was a veteran and he automatically gave me a bigger discount than I ve ever been given. Talked to me and we shared our military backgrounds! I was Army and he is retired Air Force. The mechanic was as straight forward as it gets and knew what he was talking about! I recommend this place to all my military brothers and sisters past and present! He then said my wife who s an EMT would qualify too! It s about time someone looked out for those who give service! Thank you again Gov Motors!

I took my Camry in to check it out out. I had a check engine light on, and the other places diagnosed it after three days there I picked up my car . I had issues I took it back to them a couple times and then I ran across gov motors, Royce, this guy diagnosed it. Fixed it within a day. Price was good so I highly recommend, super job. Great customer service and respectful manner. I took my car to get the brakes bled and new rotors. Mechanic handled everything and kept me updated with the work put in to my car. Definitely recommend Gov-Motors.

very unprofessional, would not recommend anyone to go here. the owner was very disrespectful to me and even made remarks that I believe are slang towards my identity. save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere
